Overall fantastic experience! I had Darius come out and fix my leaking outdoor faucet. Very professional and kind and got the job done quick! I was given a time estimate of 2:00- 6:00 and they came at 3:30 so very speedy.I will definitely call them for future plumbing issues in the future.

This company is the best. I needed a plumber to scope a sewer line in the house we were buying and they came and were not able to scope the full pipe because the way the clean out was set up. They didn’t charge me even though they took time out of their day to do it. I will for sure be using them for any future plumbing work we may need. 👍🏻 [ we also have used them now to install a bathtub and they did a great job and price was reasonable!]

Its so difficult finding a plumber that is fair in pricing, personable and who does quality work. Robert at Plumbing Masters NW exhibited all these qualities. He also appreciated my Veteran status Military Service, and Law Enforcement service, and personally thanked me for the sacrifices involved in public service. His pricing was incredibly reasonable, considering I obtained multiple written estimates from other plumbers. He was on time, easy to contact, returned all my calls promptly, and the quality of work was excellent. The work done was a large job. We put in a new kitchen in an above ground basement. We had to cut concrete to tie into the sewer for the clothes washer drain. We had to put in new plumbing for the sink, drains, dishwasher as well. All the work was inspected by the City, and passed with no issues. He also replaced the regulator shut off valve to return proper water pressure to entire house. Robert was a pleasure to work with, and I will use his services for all future work! I highly recommend their plumbing services. I recently retired and decided to remodel our master bath. Having over thirty years of construction management experience I decided to manage the work and hire the specialty subcontractors to some of the work, and that included plumbing. Plumbing Masters NW gave me a fair market price for the work. They arrived on the scheduled date, and worked hard until the work was completed. It took two plumbers several hours to complete the work. They were very professional and polite. Upon completion they reviewed the work several times to ensure there would be no call-backs. I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend them.Roy

Plumbing Experts Plumbing was so quick to respond to my plumbing problem from making the appointment (just the calm, respectful tone from the receptionist put me at ease) to their professional yet nice demeanor to fix my toilets was a most pleasant interaction I’ve had with any service company! Absolutely so helpful. I had some water leaking which led to hallway and it was going to get much worse, and here I did some extensive research which to trust and who to use for plumbing. As I was reading reviews, plumbing NW has some great reviews and I wasn’t wrong. They found me same day appointment since mine was urgent, Saturday. Came and inspected and right Away started drying and installed dehumidifier. Following the next day we got connected to different water damage guys and all of these went so smooth. I’m still in the middle of fixing it but So far the experience is amazing and they are very straight forward. Thank you so much!

I talked to Robert at Plumbing Experts NW after being turned down by 4 other plumbers for a clogged toilet in a 5th Wheel RV. He had someone out the next day and they did a stellar job! It took them all of 15 minutes to get the job done. I am so thankful I found them. Especially since no other plumber would help me out in this emergency situation. Adam and Zane were the guys he sent out and they were wonderful. I will go to Plumbing Experts NW from now on.

10/01/2020 Thomas was on time, kind, and explained all the steps he took regarding my clogged pipes. He showed me what he found and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I appreciate his experience and craft! When I called to make an appointment, I received great customer service. I opted in for text notices and received reminders of my appt and updates which I also liked. The cost was very reasonable and I will only use this plumbing company. Before locating Plumbing Experts NW, I called/emailed 5 different companies who either did not service my area, was on hold for one company over 10mins, or never received a reply! After Thomas left, I was so happy to have flowing water and will be the only company I will use for any plumbing needs. THANK YOU Thomas and Plumbing Experts NW!10/12/2020 I had another plumbing matter and called Plumbing Experts NW. Thomas came over, identified a hole rusted thru my old pipe and resolved the matter. He communicated all steps he took and that I appreciate so much! Thank you!!

I called Memorial Day weekend for a fairly severe blockage in my line that was causing a backup in a bathroom and kitchen sink which was discovered while the washing machine was draining. I called Robert and he made it out much quicker than I anticipated. He was friendly and professional and quoted an estimate for the anticipated work. When all was said and done (about an hour or so later), the estimate was right on the money and he cleaned up and left. I would recommend his service in a heart beat.

I was completely at the mercy of a gas contractor, having no idea I even needed one let alone finding one. Robert at Plumbing Masters had great reviews, and I took the plunge. The reviews were right on. Robert was skilled, professional, and went above and beyond following through with inspections and Puget Sound Energy. Even long after I had paid for the job, Robert came the same day to help me get the gas turned on. When youre doing an abysmal job being your own general contractor - you need Plumbing Masters!

I called out Plumbing Masters to check on a failed tub spout. They advised me that it was a simple fix with a new fixture. I was able to buy it and quickly install it myself. I appreciate that they didnt pressure me into buying something unnecessary or intimidating me into having them do it. This really impressed me. Will certainly keep them in mind for any future needs.

Robert got here shortly after 8 and was finished within 30 minutes. Gave me two options for a plugged up drain after I dumped a load of big brussels sprouts down my disposal. He tried the cheaper option first and it worked. I appreciate the fact the company will not try to charge for things that arent needed....like a new disposal. When this one dies because of old age and not because I dumped a load of brussels sprouts down its throat, these folks will be the ones I call!! Thanks again Robert AND Roxann!

I had an extremely clogged bathroom tub drain, and Robert took care of it, he even repaired another problem that I didnt even know I had with the faucet. Adam M and co-worker (Sorry! Cant remember co-workers name) did a great job on finishing up a garbage disposal replacement that I had started. Adam provided a generous reduction in the normal price due to the work that I had already completed. While he was under my sink, he suggested re-piping the drain system under the sink. I have had on and off again issues with the old system, so I told him to go ahead and do that as well. Did a great job, and looks much nicer. They were in and out in a little more than an hour. Very friendly, very professional, and truly seemed to care about the quality of their work.
