    I had half a gallon a minute leaking from my water line from the meter to my main shutoff valve. Carmin ran through the different solutions we could use to remedy the situation. Not only did Dirt Cheap give a great bid, but they didnt charge to come and give a quote. Most of the other companies wanted to charge to come out AND wouldnt be able to until next day at the earliest. Dirt cheap came the next morning, replaced my entire line with 1nch pex and did such a professional job. Dan and Leo are such pros and actually took pride in their work. The way they worked on it was as if it was their place they were working on.Id recommend Dirt cheap for the up front pricing, down to earth vibes (no pun intended lol) and the feeling that I received the best work for the best price. Thank you!

    I cant say enough about this company. They were recommended by my daughter and son-in-law. I have, what could be, an ongoing problem with sewage blocking the pipes under my house. I have worked with Angel (appropriately named by his mother) twice now and have been very impressed with his calm and thoughtful demeanor. As we stood in a lovely pool of sewage, he talked with me about solutions to the dilemma. No judgement, just practical advise. Were not done yet, but I trust Angel and Dirt Cheap to continue to guide me through this fun project.

    After our water bill doubled, then tripled, over a few months, and our yard became a swamp all the time, I realized our water line was leaking. Not yet an emergency, but headed in that direction. Collin from Dirt Cheap responded immediately to my inquiry and came to inspect it first thing the next morning. Correctly sensing Im a cheapskate, he priced out three options: the cheapest was if I did whatever digging necessary to find the exact location of the leak; then his crew would just replace the minimum necessary section of pipe. The most expensive option was to replace the whole water line, including some cutting of the concrete driveway that would be necessary because of where the line enters the house under the garage. I discussed the proposal with a contractor friend who said wow, thats a fantastic price for water line replacement, and given the age of the plumbing (45 years) it would be wise to replace the whole thing now with new materials. The only question was whether this Dirt Cheap outfit would do the job right. Well, they did it right. Collin, Carmin in the office, and the crew on site did the work efficiently with good results. They were careful to avoid damaging trees and shrubs when they were digging. They took care of city permits and inspection requirements. They were always eager to please and quickly answered questions. And when the plumbing was done, they did a great job patching the concrete where they had to cut it, including matching the aggregate texture of the driveway. All-around excellent work at a great price.

    Dirt Cheap is truly an underrated company. We discovered we had some blockages requiring us to install a sewer cleanout and after consulting with various companies, they were able to do the work for 50% cheaper than anywhere else. They sent Angel out to do some recon before starting the work and he was knowledgeable and professional and made sure we knew our options and how to save money when we could. We needed to get some permits and Carmin at the front office answered all my questions whenever I had any. She estimated about 3-4 days of work and it only took them 1-2 including the inspection from my utility company. Overall great, honest work for a great price.

    Dirt Cheap Sewer runs a very efficient operation, I had a natural spring appear in my backyard and out of 3 different companies they were by far the most responsive, effective and reasonably priced. I called in the morning to schedule a estimate, Colin arrived several hours later to inspect the site, and had a formal estimate to me that same evening. I hired Dirt Cheap and they started the very next day and were finished in 3 days, Colin and his team worked hard every hour of the day and cleaned up when they were finished, I would recommend this Dirt Cheap Sewer to anyone.

    Dirt Cheap Sewer, Angel, and Carmin saved the day! What utterly remarkable professionalism, transparency, honesty, hard work, patience, perseverance, and most of all caring. They really truly care. I will spare you most of the details, but Monday evening we knew we had a big problem. On Tuesday morning Roto Rooter told us we had a completely collapsed sewer line (of course that means no flushing, no running water) and that the repair would cost $14,000. Also, we would need to have a tree removed before the work could be done. We live in a city that can require a tree removal permit, which we began working on. In the meantime, we started asking around for recommendations of other companies. Thank goodness someone had posted on Nextdoor about Dirt Cheap Sewer. Angel and Carmin jumped into gear and by late Tuesday afternoon Angel and his scope gave us a drastically different diagnosis: the sewer line had not collapsed, but tree roots had made their way into the sewer line in 2 places. Angel cleared the line enough so we could flush that evening, and by early Wednesday afternoon, for $750 (for both service calls), the sewer line was completely clean and ready for action. We are still shaking our heads, pretty sure an angel sent Angel, Carmin and Dirt Cheap Sewer! We will be forever grateful.

    Dirt Cheap truly lives up to their name by offering exceptional quality services at a fraction of the cost compared to their competitors. Our experience with them exceeded all expectations as they provided outstanding workmanship and professionalism throughout the entire process.We requested to dig our own holes to replace our sewer line, and Dirt Cheap was accommodating by reducing their already affordable pricing. However, due to a large tree root, they ended up having to dig almost as much as we had. Despite this unexpected setback, they remained honest and transparent by sticking to their original quote without any additional charges.Overall, we couldnt be happier with their services, which were delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Their pricing, workmanship, professionalism, and honesty make them a highly recommendable company. We highly encourage you to save your time and effort from getting other quotes because you wont find better services than Dirt Cheap.

    I could not be more impressed with Dirt Cheap Sewer. They responded quickly and communicated well. Katheryn went out of her way to follow up on an online inquiry and Sergio was out the same day to evaluate a water line leak. The work was scheduled just 2 days later and Sergio even began the excavation himself while waiting for the rest of the crew to arrive. The job was completed in 2 days including inspection, the workmanship was excellent and the jobsite cleanup was incredible; better than I wouldve done myself. Plus, the new isolation valve was brought closer to the surface and a brick frame was built around the valve for the box to sit on. Finally, the price...for the amount of work required, I wouldve expected to pay double what I was charged. I would definitely recommend Dirt Cheap Sewer to anyone needing exterior plumbing repairs. Their prices may be dirt cheap, but their customer service is top notch!!!

    It would be hard for me to prove that I’m an actual customer, because Dirt Cheap never even charged me for their services — even though they absolutely resolved our problem. Colin and Angel both showed up on the scene and were dogged in determining the location of a blocked drain that turned out to be inside our home (not their specialty, thus the no-charge help). And then Angel stayed for hours and fixed it, cheerfully standing ankle-deep in our stinky basement and messing up his own Friday night to make sure the clogged drain had fully cleared out. These guys are as honest and decent as the day is long, and there’s no better feeling than knowing you’re dealing with honest brokers. A shout-out to their dispatcher, Carmen, as well, by the way. She was very calming and kind when my wife was on the phone with her. Big thanks to all of them. We will definitely know who to call if we wind up needing help on a bigger job.

    I had a break in my water main that I discovered on Monday. I had Dirt Cheap Sewers recommended to me by a coworker who also used them so I called and they were out the same day for an assessment and quote. I did my due diligence and got 2 more quotes and Dirt Cheap lived up to its name ($2000 cheaper than the next quote, and $12k cheaper than Roto-Rooter). They were out the day after I signed the contract and had the main replaced same day while also installing a more accessible shut off valve for me. The workers were professional, honest, and went above and beyond to get the job done well. I wont recommend anyone else for sewer or water line work.

    Colin King is a person with integrity. He first quote me with a pipe drilling. But the space was not big enough for the machine to work. He had to go around with extra work. He did not charge me extra. His team did a great job. It has been working very good over a year.

    We just moved into a newly purchased home and found out the water main line just outside the front door was leaking - water came out of the ground and water meter moved very fast. Fortunately we found Dirt Cheap - the owner came to checkout the issue without charging us trip fee and gave us a very reasonable quote for replacing the main line. Katheryn is amazing in answering our questions and quickly working out details and schedules. The crew did a great job quickly replacing the water main line, installing a main water switch off and a yard hydrant, and clearing up the field and recovering lawn - all finished in two days with professional manner. We are very satisfied with and thankful for their work and would highly recommend their services. Well definitely hire them again for any plumbing work in the future.

    I appreciate the prompt professional service provided by Dirt Cheap to replace my leaky main water line.From the day the estimator (Angel) came to assess the problem to the day the project was complete, it was only a week time.  The crew assigned to this project worked hard and tirelessly with customer satisfaction in mind.  There was excessive ground water which hindered the project progression and forced deviation to the original plan, but the crew explored alternative way and method to tackle the issue.  They also returned the yard landscape as close to the original state as possible and cleaned up and hauled away any debris caused by the project.  The price tag associated with this project was reasonable.I am satisfied with such excellent service and will certainly recommend it to others.

    Sergio and his partner, sorry i dont remember the guys name, from dirt cheap inc were exactly what i needed. Id recently been ripped off by another company which made me label all plumbers as scammers, but the guys at dirt cheap changed that. After paying another company over a 1000$ to get my sewer line working for a week. I tried to hydrojet my own pipes which was brutal and only worked for 2 weeks until i was back at square one. I called the first company company again after explaining how i had installed a clean out on my line and all it needed was to be hydrojetted. They wanted at least 1700 or 1800. At least!! Even tho they didnt do anything the first time . So i called around and dirt cheap got my attention. Basically they were on time to the minute, super friendly, fixed the problem, total professionals, and gave me free advise what i need to do to prevent sewer from clogging in future. Cost about 750$ for all theyre work. Sergio even told me he would walk me thru correcting sewer lines slope whenever i was ready to do it, no charge. How often has a plumber told you that??Anyways 5 out of 5. Couldnt recommend more. Thanks guysPs the other plumbers were Pinkys plumbing. Dont call Pinkys call dirt cheap.

    We knew that major sewer problems were on the way when we repeatedly had to get the lines cleared but we had no idea how big. We had 5 quotes but only Dirt Cheap Sewer suggested an option that maintained the drain in my driveway (the lowest point on our property) and the downspots from the gutters. They came to the house and did the work on time as expected with no hicups. It was a complicated job with about 120 feet of sewer line. About 90 feet was replaced while the last 30 feet to the city sewer was lined with epoxy. They did the job well and I could not be more pleased with the way that they left the area.     I feel blessed to have dialed this #! I know...its Strange to say that -for services rendered! but 100% its the truth! Honestly They helped me, a complete stranger, like i was family! What more can i say. =)I was in absolute panicked desperation when I called. I simply explained my situation, answered a cpl questions- Was given an estimate one seemingly too good to be true (dont let this deter you they know what theyre doing, show up when they say, an do a great job!) and even still it got better- i told him how i had just had surgery and the asked if i had another toilet after hearing that i didnt He decided to come out that night instead of the next day. No crazy Up charges either! as everyone knows most other companies would have done instantly!Ive never wished so much that i had the means to pay more than the price i was given. SERIOUSLY! I would have for a fact!Just a good honest man, working hard, an taking pride in doing a good job!     Great service for reasonable cost. We had a drain line for our downspouts that was clogged, so that in a hard rain the water would back up into our house. Not good. They came out and fixed it in no time, and described an easy fix so it wont happen again. These guys rock.

His detailed sketch of the lines and where they went were put in the listing and never questioned and was a huge selling point for the house as it took one of the big things in houses these days, the sewer line out of the realm of bargaining.     Jason from Dirt Cheap just completed installation of a fiberglass patch on my main sewer line. The purpose of this parch was to eliminate ongoing root intrusion through a connection interface on a sewer lining that was installed several years ago. Jason was very knowledgeable and experienced on the installation of these types of repairs. I was very pleased with how the work turned out.After this was done, Jason with help from Angel, worked very hard to get rid of some loose tape from the previous lining that was sitting loose in the drain line and could have conceivably caused a blockage. Jason even crawled down into the main sewer to pull this tape out. Again, I was very pleased with Dirt Cheap and would definitely use them again.

    We had some major sewer issues and Angel was by far the most knowledgeable out of the FIVE estimates that we had. He showed us exactly what the problem was and he knew how to fix it. Many of the other estimates had some ideas of how to fix but they said they just wouldnt know until they got in there to see. We went with our gut and chose Dirt Cheap and couldnt be happier.
