Brad and Crawlspace Doctor were excellent. Competent, professional, courteous, and clean. It was clear at the outset that Brad had years of experience and was shooting straight - I loved that. I had already gotten several bids but went with Crawlspace Doctor with confidence - and they did a terrific job. (It didnt hurt that their pricing was great, too!). When a seam separated a few years later they came and took care of it without issue - they stand behind their work! I recommend them with no reservations.

The crawlspace under our house looks FANTASTIC after The Crawlspace Dr. finished their work! I could live under there…well almost but there are no cup holders installed for my coffee. Brad Dehring, the owner of Crawlspace Dr. is great to work with. He is very personable, DEPENDABLE and his cost is reasonable. A neighbor had recommended him and we are grateful that she did. The work was completed without a hitch and at no inconvenience to us. Thanks Brad!

Brad is a professional who took the time to fully explain all options and exactly how he would address our issue of moisture control under our house. He and his workers are very courteous, prompt, and thorough in what they do (including cleanup after the job was done). I researched 4 different crawlspace encapsulation companies before deciding to go with Crawlspace Doctor, and I think I definitely made the right choice. When Brad, the owner, met with me, he clearly and thoroughly covered all aspects of the process and detailed exactly what I could expect. Once the job began, he sent me status reports regularly of what was done each day. His workers were friendly, punctual, and worked quickly. The work they did was excellent. The results were even better than I expected! My humidity levels have already dropped significantly, and I am not afraid to go into my crawlspace now that it is so clean and shiny.

Brad is awesome to deal with. Very professional, takes the time to help educate us and continually updated us on his progress and schedule. and coordinated the electrician for the necessary work. We hit a plumbing bump and he handled it with integrity and professionalism. We were very very satisfied and highly recommend him.Update since the work- he has come back- not because there was any issue with his work- but for other questions. He was promptly responsive and so helpful. Great company who wants to do excellent work, and serve the customer fairly and completely. Rare to find people like this these days.

We had water in our crawlspace and we called Brad Dehring with the Crawlspace Doctor. He was excellent. Professional, personable and prompt. Brad has 9 years of experience working with crawlspaces in NC and no problem is too big or too small for him to tackle. Our problem (which I thought was going to be serious) turned out to be an easy fix, so after getting rid of the water issue he didnt even charge us. We will definitely will use him in the future! Highly recommended.

I had experienced periodic water problems in my crawlspace for a few years. Brad came over, and properly diagnosed the issue, when others did not. Price was competitive compared to other contractors in the area. Brad advised me on everything that needed to happen so that I could get the work permitted, and up to code. (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc.)When work started, his guys showed up on time every day, and finished when they said they would. When the project was complete, the final inspector commented, this is the best retro-fit sealed crawlspace Ive seen in years. Those guys did a good job. Great Work Crawlspace Doctor!

Brad and his crew redid my crawlspace. It was moldy and had mildew and rotten wood. Brad came out and walked me through what needed to be done and explained everything they were going to do to make sure all work was up to code. I had a lot of questions and Brad was very patient and answered all my questions.I had to have a sump pump installed and the company that did that told me that the work on my crawlspace was excellent and some of the best work they had seen. The same was told to me by a plumber who was working on my kitchen sink. I even went under the house myself and it is immaculate under there.I would highly recommend The Crawlspace Doctor if you ever need this type of work done.L. ThompsonOxford, NC

To put it lightly, I had a crawlspace moisture problem. I contacted Brad Dehring with crawlspace doctor. Please dont label him as a contractor. He actually communicates (calls you back), sticks to his estimate, and cleans up when finished. I now have a completely sealed crawlspace that is permanently fixed (and dry). Give this crew a call, you will not be disappointed!

Call around and get several of estimates, certainly. But youre going to end up doing business with Brad, the Crawlspace Doctor. Heres what I liked: (1) responded quickly, (2) gave a thorough, accurate estimate, (3) does only one thing...and he does that thing very well, (4) hired and retained a dedicated, professional team of workers, (5) showed up when he promised, (6) finished ahead of schedule, (7) on the worksite every day until the work got completed, (8) cleaned up after themselves, (9) did a fantastic job sealing my crawlspace, and (10) charged a competitive price. What I didnt care for: it took a couple of months for him to get started. But his work is based on the weather, and then its first booked, first served. In hindsight, Im pretty sure that I wouldnt have confidence in a business that sat around twirling their thumbs and waiting for work. The fact that hes so busy means hes in high demand...and that has a lot to do with his pricing and the quality of his work. HIGHLY recommend Brad and his crew.

I live in a 100-year-old- house with a crawl space and water seepage into two basement rooms. There were always issues with humidity and a musty smell. Brad sealed off the entire crawl space, including building a wall across the open front porch area, and installed insulation under the flooring, and a high-power dehumidifier. Not only is the smell gone, but the house is MUCH warmer in the winter. And the price was very fair.

Brad and his guys are the best! Very thorough and the materials used appear to be top quality. I definitely recommend them! I will try and post a follow up to let folks know if conditions under the house and inside the house improve noticeably in a few months. I expect them too based on how it looks today!
