    I have used Brown Brothers Plumbing for more than 30 years. I have always received prompt and courteous assistance when I call no matter whether it is to make an appointment or to discuss a billing question.I had a leaky tub faucet which needed to be addressed . Mike and his assistant were on time. He answered all my questions and explained my options to me in a manner I could understand. When they left today I truly felt confident in their work and their solution to my leaky faucet.Thanks to Rick Whitaker and the rest of the Brown Brother Crew

    Two super nice guys, showed up on time (early actually). Professional, thorough and dealt well with my two dogs that were all of a sudden apparently very interested in plumbing for whatever reason. Fixed the garbage disposal and showed me how to handle the same issue in the future. Very appreciative and would definitely use again

    Brown Brothers was suggested to us right at Christmas for a fix required by the city. I was very impressed by the entire company from first phone call, thru Permitting (which they took care of) and all the way until today when the actual work was completed. Even with the holiday they got everything done in a few days. The guys that came out this morning were so kind and knowledgable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

    I have used Brown Brothers about 5 times for sink leaks, a toilet clog that none of us could get unclogged, a pilot light that went out on my hot water heater, a external hose bib repair and to diagnose and repair a persistent leak on a 2.5 gal under sink hot water tank from Amazon that both my dad and a handyman could not repair correctly. Billing and prices are fair and plumbers have come on time and each plumber has been friendly and professional, answering my questions, and often educating me on the topic of service so that I can troubleshoot it better myself next time. Once, on an emergency call, Brown Brothers were not available so I used a different company and I had a very bad experience with the other company (overcharging me significantly and the plumber accidentally cut my internet line while digging for a water line in the ground even when I had warned him the line was in that area). So this experience further encouraged me to stay with Brown Brothers if at all possible. I will definitely continue to call Brown Brothers for my plumbing needs!

    I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I recently chose them to do some commercial plumbing work for me and I was extremely pleased with their services. Jeremy was great to work with and provided excellent communication. They were understanding and worked with me when there were scheduling issues on my end. Thomas and the others did very good work!

    The best service!! the technicians were prompt and professional and went beyond the minimum. The explained the issue and demonstrated improvements and provided advice .     Brown Brothers has the best service & personnel of any plumbing and/or hvac company in the area. While I may only have an occasional small residential service job for them, i feel just as important to them as one of their largest customers, like Duke. I even had what would have been an emergency call outside regular hours, but it was just a thermostat replacement that I was able to do by myself with a little guidance from them. They are also the type to consult honestly with me and let me know my options, particularly when it comes to doing & spending more than is necessary. They are super folks & I recommend them highly!!

    We have been customers for several years and have always had great service but I wanted to give a particular 5 stars to Shawntell and Dustin (I hope I have both of their names correct), parts of the team who schedule the appointments and answer the phone-making sure you get to the correct person!     I have done business with them for well over a decade, may even close to 20 years. They do quality work, have always been courteous and fair, and you never feel hustled. No awkward upselling or monthly fee offers. The times we have had to use other contractors because Brown Brothers was not available have always been regretted. Unless it is a true crisis and they are booked solid, we are happy to wait for them. I recommend them every chance I get.

    Jamie from Brown Brothers showed up on time with Caleb and immediately began work. We had a sound idea of where the problem was and he quickly confirmed the leak location and began replacing a corroded shower neck from the wall. The end result was leak free and in all took less than an hour. Always a pleasure to have a pro that knows what they are doing!!

    I found the Brown Brothers plumbing to be very good. I asked him to take off their shoes and they immediately went, with no complaining, to put on paper booties. They tried the simplest prepares first without trying to upcharge me. When they didnt have to replace the same we talked about everything and everything was up front. They were also willing to look at another problem of mine without charging me extra. I would definitely use this group again.

    Very friendly but professional service. Were able to quickly repair a broken garbage disposal, and showed us how to fix ourselves in the future should the same issue arise. A little expensive for a ten-minute fix, but it saved us money we thought wed need to spend replacing the whole unit. We will call Brown Brothers again if we need plumbing help!

    I highly recommend this company. I had my tankless water heater descaled and sink drainage cleared. After the technician left I noticed one shower head was constantly dripping. Calling to report and get it fixed, I was told it might not be related to the job done. An hour later different technician and assistant came, spent more than 30 minutes and told me it was fixed. An invoice I received a few days later showed the total amount the same as what I paid and no charge for the sink cleaning. It did not include fixing the shower head. It is rare to find an honest plumber with good customer care.

    We have nothing but good experiences with Brown Brothers. A coupleof years ago it took them two days to find the pipe that the city said was leaking. Today the technician spent a couple of hours completely unclogging our drains and fixing a pipe. He did a great job which was well worth the cost.

    We had Brown Brothers come to sit l remove the gas line to our stove. Im general the with was fine, but two things prevented this from being a 5 star review: the hole in the floor where the line was removed was left completely open (we sealed it ourselves) and he didnt restore the water heater settimg to the original temperature after he had to restart the pilot.

    I hired Brown Brothers to install a kitchen faucet and I could not have had a better experience with the install. The workers were friendly and professional. My only complain was the appointment was for 12:00-2:00 but the workers did not show up until 4:30. I didnā€™t receive a call from their customer service department making me aware of the delay which was very disappointing.

    Brown Brothers has done a number of things for us, large and small. I think theyā€™re great. They do the work well, and efficiently. Weā€™ve never needed them to come back and fix what theyā€™ve already fixed. Their prices are in line with everyone else, and they NEVER EVER try to sell us anything! They come and fix what we need fixed and then they leave. We love them! And twice we have had emergencies and theyā€™ve arrived within three hours! I wouldnā€™t use anyone else.

    From the scheduler to the plumber and his assistant this company deserves the 5 stars. The service techs were on time, polite, professional in attire, and after looking at my issue said 3 words you donā€™t hear very often, ā€œitā€™s not badā€. Music to my ear and wallet. Replaced a leaky pipe and tighten my pressure regulator. In and out of crawl space less than 25 minutes. Not a big job, I know, but still, Brown Bros. is on my speed dial for any future plumbing issues. Do people say that anymore? Lol

    After 3 no show appointments with another local business that would not even provide a time slot, this was a pleasant experience. They said 830am next day and actually showed up. William was very nice and appears to have done a great job. If I had only one complaint, it would be they told me 250.00 on the phone for the job and it was over a 100.00 more when complete, but again, this is a contractor that actually showed up and we needed it done. Would be 5 stars if not for the price discrepancy.

    I hired Brown Brothers to cap the gas line to our stove. The team they sent was outstanding! Special kudos to Luke!After the team capped the line, Luke said something isnt right. He went back into the crawl space and found a gas leak elsewhere in the line. This is a leak weve smelled several times and called the gas company out to fix. They always tell us there is no leak.THANK YOU FOR FINDING & FIXING THE GAS LEAK! I dont even want to think about the other consequences if it had never been found.My whole experience was awesome. It was easy to reschedule with the main office. The plumbing team called and let me know their arrival time & they arrived when they said they would.Also, it is cheaper to hire a plumber than the gas company to cap ahome gas line. I researched that. Im VERY impressed and highly recommend Brown Brothers!

Mr Brant is an artist on a backhoe and the correct tasks were completed almost before they had been decided upon.I got a very quick diagnosis of where my water lateral leak was. The one weak link in my system (a foot long piece of iron pipe that someone had foolishly used to splice together the rest of my lateral which was all copper) was quickly discovered, uncovered, cut out, and replaced with a length of Pex paired with top quality connectors, covered back up, tamped back down and the sod neatly replaced.Truly I got the best service leading to the best solution and the most affordable price I could have hoped for.You could not have better ambassadors for your business.     Brown Brothers got my business because I asked for an unusual installation of a replacement of an old cast iron radiator- to a sleek new one that attaches to the wall. There were some tricky bits to that- and they were grand about checking it out in advance, making the appointment, and their employees were so courteous and efficient. Iā€™m a bit sad that they used a plumbers wrench on the new radiator without any kind of bumper, so a bit of paint was scraped off. Itā€™s not terribly noticeable- and they were so good otherwise.     We have been using Brown Brothers since the mid 1980s for all of our plumbing needs from small repairs to more involved water leaks to helping us find someone to dig a new well and have never had a problem. We also use them for our heating and cooling system issues. They are professional and accommodating.     Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating has been our go-to for our annual irrigation system backflow prevention tests for over a decade. They make the process easy - all I have to do is email them a copy of the form I get from the county and they take care of the rest. Recently, we noticed that a leak had started happening at the site of the backflow assembly. We researched the cost to replace the part, about $200, and called to see if Brown Brothers could do a repair instead and how much it would cost. Since the assembly is all brass (I think) except for the seals, the seals were the only thing that had degraded. The quote came back that to completely replace all the seals would be ~ $200, and they also pointed out that installing a new assembly unit would (per the city) cost an additional $100 for permitting (they have serial numbers), so if we had done this on our own we would have been caught by surprise with that. So we went ahead with the seals overhaul. The technician came out yesterday on time, did the work efficiently, and then took the time to show my husband the right/easy/efficient way to winterize the system each year (he had been doing it alright but some tweaks were needed). Thank you, Brown Brothers for being reliable, dependable and fair. We recommend you highly!

    Our septic line from the house to septic tank was clogged resulting in backflow in toilets and tubs.... a very unpleasant situation. We had contacted our longtime plumbing service who came to our house 4 times and each time led us to believe that the problem was fixed. Finally on the recomendation of a friend we contacted Brown Brothers. Franklin and Howard knew exactly what needed to be done and they knew how to do it. No messing around. Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable....I could go on with my compliments, but Iā€™ll wait until I get the bill and then give it some time to settle in.... see how things go for a few months and then Iā€™ll put out an update.As of this writing, it looks like Brown Brothers will be our ā€œgo toā€ plumbing service providers and probably HVAC as well.Bill P.

    I was referred to Brown Brothers for a dishwasher problem. Without coming to my house, they diagnosed what the problem was, guided me on how to fix it, and told me it was not worth paying them to send a repair person. 5 stars for their responsiveness and honesty and helpfulness.
