I have been an All Weather Heating & Cooling customer for decades, buying my furnaces as they need replacing and signing up for All Weathers annual preventive maintenance plan. My most recent PM call with Mitch (October 2023) was another example of the great service I have received. Upon his on-time arrival, he introduced himself and quickly got to work on checking my heating unit after locating the inside thermostat. Mitch kept me apprised of steps he was taking to evaluate the heating system, especially as he raised the thermostat to check the burner units! He also pointed out his attention to cleaning out the unit to prevent future problems, an important task since my home is surrounded by trees. I greatly appreciated his service and the manner in which he delivered his service. All good!

Exceptional service is not a high enough rating for how All Weather HVAC technicians and managers served me for the last week. I had a dangerous emergency with my furnace, and All Weather employees worked out the problem over three days so I would have heat and be safe. They worked all day long the day before Thanksgiving to replace my units. I cannot thank them enough for working diligently, quietly, efficiently to help me.

We contracted with Matthew and the AWH&C team to replace our aging HVAC and add zone heating. Their approach and solutions to maintaining a comfortable environment across a long distance of duct runs made the most sense to us (after we had a number of approaches that made less sense) This was a major job and we could not be more pleased at the service we have received. Matthew took the time to explain the differences in the three (“quality levels” of) system they recommended and there was no pressure for a specific one. The team were punctual, friendly and respectful of keeping the indoors as clean as possible. There were inevitable small but important modifications needed and Matthew was good at keeping us informed and fair in discussing any updated quotes based on evolving issues (eg size of return vents). Matthew has continued to work with us on items as small (but important) as sourcing and installing the approapriate router for the WiFi capabilty (gratis) and helping troubleshoot the fine tuning/balancing of the zones. They even made a call out when a small and noisy (buzzing) “vent” turned out to be a failed doorbell transformer, and were gracious in not charging for the house call.In all, the service, price and level of quality are beyond expectations and allow us to recommend Matthew and his team without reservations. We are looking forward to contracting them for ongoing seasonal service and confident they stand behind their work. Thank you Matthew and Team!

We had multiple quotes to replace our single package unit with an upstairs and downstairs systems. Several wanted to just change duct work, others quoted the cheapest hardware they could find. All Weather came in a little higher than the others, but the craftsmanship, hardware, and dedication to providing a cool, consistent environment was top notch.Installers arrived on-time (actually early) each day, and made great efforts to keep work areas clean. Vacuuming and sweeping regularly, wearing foot covers, etc.. Installers also noted hot spots and installed vents where needed, and enlarged return vents.All installers consistently wore masks, and maintained distancing from family and pets, and kept themselves only to the areas where they were working.Overall, we had a great experience with All Weather and our upstairs is now at a consistent temperature, which hasnt occurred in the 20 years we owned the home.

What a Lifesaver! Before summer, our AC/Heater unit broke down, so my wife and I decided to buy a new unit. We looked all over and visited all over for the right place to do the job, but then we ultimately went with All Weather in Durham. Were very glad that we made the right choice.The technician was great. He and his team did an exceptional job with efficiency. They didnt even leave any mess for us to clean up. They made it very simple from start to finish.The Lennox unit kept us cool all summer and into the fall, but now that it is winter.. its keeping us warm. I signed up for one of their preventative care package, so they came out before winter started and checked our unit for problems. It was tip top shape, but Im glad that they did that because it gave me some peace of mind.Thank you for all that you do.

I started with All Weather Heating and Cooling in January of this year when they conducted the first of two annual preventative maintenance (PM) visits on my two Lennox HVAC systems. The technician doing this work was knowledgeable, courteous, and performed the job with great professionalism. He later emailed me the Gas Heat PM checklist results of his visit showing all what he performed.Having been pleased with this original work, I had All Weather Heating and Cooling come back and correct the wiring on my fresh air intake damper system and get it to work properly. I had them also install a filter box in this fresh air intake duct. As before, the work performed was first class and at a reasonable price. All Weather Heating and Cooling is now my preferred service provider for all my HVAC needs and I highly recommend them.

About a month or so ago, we had a maintenance done on our A/C by a different company. We also told them we were experiencing issues with our A/C over-cooling downstairs and not keeping up on our 2nd floor. They said that was normal. Our A/C kept freezing over and so we decided to call All Weather because they were highly recommended from others in our neighborhood. They came out, we told them our issue and they diagnosed and fixed. It turns out our entire evaporator coil needed to be replaced, which made a ton of sense to us based on what was happening. I highly recommend All Weather Heating & Cooling, especially if you have a Lennox system.

Im a DIY-er and, often to my wifes dismay, I like to do my own repairs when I can. But there are some things on a heat pump that I just dont have the equipment to do. And sometimes I get myself in over my head. Richard and his techs have stepped in to save me in both of those scenarios.When we moved, our new house had two heat pumps on their last legs. All Weather helped me preserve those until I had the cash to do the right thing and replace them. Great performance in an emergency! We returned from out-of-town (on Sunday, December 31) to find that our old furnace had given up the ghost. I called All Weather and the owner answered immediately. He was at our house 90 minutes later. The temperature hovered in the low 20s that day and dropped lower overnight. All Weather subsequently juggled around work crews, located the perfect furnace for our crawl space and had it all installed absolutely as soon as could be hoped. They did great work, kept us informed as the work progressed, and the guys doing the work could not have been nicer. My wife and I think this is a really fine company.
