    I was impressed with the service I received before and after the installation of my new HVAC. I loved the fact that a person other the person who was doing the job checked to make sure the job was done correct. Emmanuel and the technician that worked with him was very friendly and dedicated. Took their time installing the whole system. Made sure everything was explained to me in detail. Cleaned up area once job was completed. I would gladly recommend ARS to anyone.

    I just had a new HVAC system installed and I was so impressed with ARS from start to finish. When I called to request an estimate they were able to send Alfredo out the same day. He was very professional and patient and willing to try multiple options until we could find something that fit my budget. The very next day Jorge and Mark arrived and worked so diligently until my system was fully installed and running perfectly. There were multiple other employees involved from the electrician to a supervisor who checked in. EVERYONE was respectful of my home and worked tirelessly until the job was completed.     This is a follow-up to my Dec 22 review. I required a repair of an HVAC that I purchased in June. It took a week to get someones attention that a carpenter was needed to make the unit accessible. I would like to thank Cherish at ARS for her coordination to make things happen. The repairmen were professional and completed the work very quickly and effectively. I recommend ARS for their service.

    Was assisting a friend with a heating system problem. During an ARS heating system contract service call, a technician discovered a problem with a part, which he replaced. This led to loss of heating system function for several days. Called ARS about this issue on a Saturday. The call was responded to by Ricardo Rivera Diaz. He spent about an hour working on the system, got it running, and remained on site to ensure that function was stable. No charge for the visit. Ricardo did a great job.

    The technician Shawn that came out was very nice. It didnt take him long to do the check up on my furnace. I would surely recommend him to anyone.He respected my house by putting shoe covers over his shoes as to not track any dirt in.

    Carlos Alvarez-Baizon did a great job. He has worked on my unit in the past and he is a very good worker. Plenty of times I have had poor service from ARS. Workers like Carlos keep me from talking my business somewhere else. You should give him a big raise and make sure he is happy working for you so he stays with ARS

    The technician, Jacob, did an outstanding job servicing the heating system, lighting the fireplace’s pilot light and explaining important information to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. The reason there are only four stars marked instead of five is because ARS was originally sending someone two nights ago between 6 and 9. I received a text at 5:32 PM stating they were on their way. By 8:00, no one had shown up, called, texted, or emailed me. I called them and was told they weren’t coming because of the rain. If it wasn’t for Jacob Tweet’s superior work today ( he arrived between 12 and 4), I would never use this company again. Now I will use them every six months for service and will request Jacob during business hours only.

    Ive been using ARS Durham for about 3 years now and some technicians are good and others I just feel are trying to either upsell or never have any logic on why they are replacing parts. I had the chance to meett Derrick, whom was professional, knowledgable and straight to the point, which is all I ask. Derrick made me feel reassured in why and how the unit works. He presented evidence and walked me through steps that would help keep the unit maintained. I will now be requesting for Derrick every maintenance visit I have moving forward. Thank you ARS for having great techs that know what theyre doing and actually care.

    AC went out last night and the technician came to save the day. He was courteous and knew what he was doing. My home is cooling down as we speak today I had technician come to replace the AC damper and it was very hot in the attic. I was with the tech while he worked to watch what he was doing and was very impressed with his work ethic. He paid close attention to my needs and concerns. I feel confident that he did the job right and now my AC is working properly. He even went out of his way to do a couple of extra things to make me appreciate him even more. I hadn’t felt satisfied with the service I previously received. However my faith has been restored. I appreciate you Jason Stephens and ARS. I am now considering purchasing the Air scrubber system after I save up a few dollars.

    ARS was here on time and promptly got to work. SHANE Was a gentleman. He told me what all he needed to do and when done came and told me that everything was ready for cold weather. He changed my filters. I thought ARS was suppose to supply the filters. Fortunately, I had 2 filters. Please advise if filters are included in the contract? Thank youVicki lynch

    Shawn from ARS was earlier than the original time frame quoted, which I really appreciated. He was very thorough in his inspection of our 3 year old HVAC unit and was able to get it running for now. Unfortunately, he did discover that it was installed incorrectly and would be very costly for ARS to repair given the large number of mistakes made. He promised to send me a detailed report with pictures and gave me good advice about contacting the builder to try to get repairs done. I am so grateful for Shawns honesty and professionalism! I will definitely call ARS with any other future needs!

    Mr. Derrick Cooper identified problem/issues with/our main HVAC unit neglected/overlooked by a prior HVAC service co. failed to identify/address/or mention in 2 prior service visits costing just over $600. This is the 2nd time Mr. Cooper diagnosed a problem that evaded us...requiring IMMEDIATE attention.. His professionalism and subject matter knowledge are only exceeded by his un-assuming demeanor... he did not make me feel dumb (not easy to do when true) ..... or make the other service provider technicians who were present feel belittled ... (even tho they had it coming) He put enough butter on the $3600 dehumidifier to slide it down Phils throat w/o choking. & thats sayin something.Derrick should get a raise..

    Today I had our regular summer maintenance check for our AC and a system ARS installed about 7 years ago. Our expert tech Jose was highly professional and efficient in doing the check and sharing feedback such as it’s time for new filters. I was pleased with his attention to detail and the way in which he shared preventative options but without a high pressure tactic. We’ve had very good experiences with ARS over the years and I recommend the Durham operation to neighbors and friends.

    It’s 95* outside and our air stopped working. Got to 87 inside and then came Andrew Brian Wilson of ARS to the rescue. In about 30 minutes he had cold air blowing again. He was so nice, professional and courteous he is what all HVAC techs should strive to be . So thankful for ARS

Sunday my wife was told that they were coming out and they did not, but they called.     The experience was very good. The sales tech Stephen M. did a great job of accessing my AC/Heating old unit and determined the correct new one. He was knowledgeable about what needed. We discussed the different options and how the installation process would work. When I had additional questions he fould the solutions.The team that installed my new unit was early and very friendly. They told me everything they would be doing. They cleaned everything up nicely, took away the old unit. Assisted me in programming the new thermostat.     Kind of a roller coaster. My heater quit working. Called, they answered quickly and offered to come out same day with a 5-hour window. Well, the day came and went and no one showed up, I had to call several times, with my friendliness fading with each call. Finally, at 7pm someone came! My unit was completely dead, and said it needed replaced. They reacted quickly, placing the order and replacing my unit about 12 hours later (8am the following day). Couldnt be happier with the commitment to getting us heat and what we felt was a reasonable price for the task. Thank you for great service overall, despite the issue of missing the deadline promised (5 hour window is already quite large to begin with, so missing this is frustrating).

    The installation went well, and the workers were very respectful. But the unit that was installed is causing noise when it turn on. This was not happening when it was tested after installation. A technician was sent here twice (same tech) and he reported it as working as designed. I am also still waiting on passing a city inspection, which Im assuming started with a mix up with the permits.

    ARS/ Rescue Rooter is my go to for all my heating and air conditioner needs. I had a tech by the name is Jason Stephens stop by today and he was so amazing!!!! He was so professional and was extremely knowledgeable of this work!!!? He was on time and very efficient!!!! I hope the next time that I have my maintenance check that I get Jason!! There are no words that could express how wonderful he is!!

    Christian greeted me with a smile and went straight to assessment. He had expensive news for me to get my system running and properly maintained but walked me through. It, showing my the damage under my house and explained all the work thoroughly. In the short time he was assessing and going through the process of “paperwork” I feel that I have gained a friend, a brother in Christ, in spite of the “expensive” news!     I had a minor issue with my HVAC unit and it turned out to be user error. Christian was very nice and professional when he came out. He let me know how to use my thermostat in a way that will work best and ran a diagnostic on the unit while he was here to make sure everything was in working order. The main office kept in communication with me from the time I placed the call to update me when the technician would arrive.

    My husband and I recently have been fortunate recipients of repair service from Mr. Richardo Diaz. Mr. Diaz checked multiple air conditioning units with thoroughness, competence, and professionalism. He discovered several problems and was able to repair them with efficiency and effectiveness. One of the recommendations was to consider replacing a worn-out unit. Mr. Adonte Provenzano was the next ARS representative who inspected the worn-out unit and made suggestions for a replacement. He provided us with an informative “tutorial” on how our units connect and function. He offered a detailed analysis of strengths and weaknesses of our units and formulated a plan that involved fair pricing and quality control. Overall, we are highly satisfied with these two technicians, and we highly recommend ARS services. As senior citizens who don’t understand all the mechanics, we are grateful to have reliable and trustworthy partners.

    It started with the Salesman had he not been so down to earth and answer all of our questions we wouldn’t have gone any further. When the installers came they were early which I liked. On Friday I waited two hours andd then they called and rescheduled for Monday. I waited three hours for the technician to show up in the 8-12 window but when Jeff came he was great. Checked out our two systems and installed a second Google Nest controller.
