We love Cadence Construction. Todd, Kristy and Jeff were great. Kristy runs a tight ship and they actually finished our huge project (large addition; doubled square footage) earlier than anticipated. All of it during a pandemic! The hand-holding and quality was the tops. We will definitely call on Cadence if we ever have another renovation project.

Its a pleasure to work with Candence. Todd is a perfectionist with an eye for great design. He takes great pride in his work, and it shows through the durability and functionality of the end product. He has built us a screened-in porch, replaced multiple large windows, and renovated a master bath. Cadence is our first stop for any construction and renovation project.

From start to finish working with Cadence Construction, was a wonderful experience! Our project involved building an addition, including an enlarged kitchen, master bedroom/bath, screened in porch, plus substantial changes and improvements to the existing home. Six months later Cadence built a freestanding combination carport/storage to complete our project. Cadence personnel were on site daily to assure the project was going smoothly and to answer questions. We appreciated suggestions Todd made for small changes, or improvements, which significantly added to the liveability of the finished project.

Almost two years ago, Cadence Construction renovated the exterior of my home, turning a fairly Plain Jane house into something with charm and character. A new side porch and deck, renovated front and back screened porch and a few other bits that have stood up well over time. Im still in love with the work. Todd attends to the details like hes working on his own house - always considering what you want and need, both aesthetically and practically. Like most anything worthwhile, it took a little longer than expected - but it was worth the time. I highly recommend adding your name to the queue as I imagine lots are eager for his talent and good humor.
