Steve Waker and his crew were exceptional in the repair of our water main leak in September of 2024. My husband and I secured 3 bids for the repair and Steve’s quote was WELL, (by $2000-$5000), under the other 2 plumbing companies quotes. Steve also spoke knowledgeably about our situation. Steve knows all rules and regulations regarding water main repair as it pertains to the City of Oakwood. Our yard was NOT torn up as we had seen a yard on our street that experienced a similar water main issue and was serviced by a different plumbing contractor. Steve also worked with our insurance company in completing necessary paperwork. Grass seed and straw was used to patch the very small area that was disturbed by the repair.We have lived in our current home for over 27 years and this was our first time using Waker Plumbing. Steve Waker is now our plumber of choice!

Best pricing (based on five quotes), fast and professional installation, friendly, and committed to their customers satisfaction. Replaced old tank water heater and water softener with new tankless water heater and new water softener. Very pleased with the installation and the entire process. They even came back out during the inspection to make sure everything was good and we were satisfied. Highly recommend.

I had a water main burst at 11pm along the side of my house. 2 kids and 2 adults with no water to the house. 3 companies told me they were 2-3 weeks out. Waker showed up same day, gave me a price and showed up the next morning. They got my new line in and water back to the house in less than 4 hours. Life savers. Price was reasonable and well worth it. Highly recommended!

Waker Plumbing is awesome, and has an A+ crew! Our street has been getting new gas pipes and gas meters from Centerpoint Energy, and Waker is the contractor for them. From the first knock on the door to the last minute when the job was finished they were absolutely professional and courteous, explaining everything they were going to do. They had to drill through the side of the foundation and into the basement to accomplish the task and not only that, they left the basement as clean as they started, with the pipe beautifully tucked away and out of site. In an age that professionalism and prompt service is declining it is absolutely refreshing to see that we still have quality service as this outfit has offered me and my neighborhood. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The Waker Plumbing crew relocated my gas service line in my side yard and installed a new meter at my house. I was very pleased with the service and quality of work. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon start time, 8:00 am, we walked the site and they explained what they would do. They went about their work, and stayed on the job. The crew was courteous, taking time to answer my questions when I went out to check on progress. At the end of the job the yard was put back into shape, grass seed applied. Their equipment appeared as new/newer and in good working order. I would hire them again.

Waker Plumbing did a great job with our water supply line issue. Several other plumbers didnt have the means to fix our problem and Waker resolved it quickly, easily, and for less money than we excepted. All around good experience.
