Fantastic service! We had a complete blockage of the main drain on Christmas morning of all times. Stan called us and came out within the hour. The access point was buried but he painstakingly probed the ground until he found it. Then he went back to his shop to get the equipment he needed. The equipment wasn’t functioning at first but Stan stuck with it and made it work. I think most plumbers would have told us we were out of luck until the next day but Stan took several hours of his Christmas to make sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate his professionalism and follow through. Thank you, Stan and Stevenson! Highly recommended!

The technician that performed the services was great. He was very professional and knew his job. However, the mark up price on the part that was replaced on my furnace was at 376% of what it cost the company high Mark up on the parts is not in favor of winning customers, it is un-American to price gouge customers that much, even when the market is high in supply and demand. Trent L was the technician and he should be commended for his professionalism and commitment to his profession.

Stevensons made a routine checkup visit to my parents home and found that the water heater had just succumbed to structural deterioration and was leaking. The 3 man squad of Stan, Joe V., and Jason M., quickly were on the job, which now required a replacement. They recommended theperfect replacement, and provided the most efficient, clean, and professional installation work anyone would desire from a service company of this type. Technician Sam and the advisor Joe came out today to look at our AC not working. They did a thorough investigation of our furnace and AC unit. They even offered us helpful recommendations about our water heater to service in the future. Throughout the entire process they were able to show and document what their findings were and what we were looking at. They were knowledgeable and respectful. There werent high pressure sales tactics going on. The service was very helpful and informative. We appreciate the heads up of when they were on their way. They gave us all of the options of what we could do, so we could make an informed decision. Mackenzie B. came to our home this morning for our yearly furnace system inspection. I let him know that we had turned on the system a week prior; it was blowing out very little heat, and there was a bad odor around the furnace unit. He discovered the problem immediately: a family of mice had built a nest in the air intake line and been sucked into the furnace, blocking the air intake. Mackenzie spent over an hour patiently and thoroughly cleaning out four dead mice plus additional leaves and other debris. Then he did a comprehensive inspection and got everything up and running perfectly. It was an unpleasant job that he handled professionally and with no complaints. We are so grateful for Mackenzies diligence and expert service!

Greatly appreciated Cal and the work he did for our unit! Our AC wasnt putting out cold air suddenly one day and Cal was quick to find the issue-which was a leak in one of the lines. He added a dye and recharged the system to see if there were any other leaks. After running the system for a few days, Cal came back out and fixed /replaced the issue and my system is running as good as new! Thank you again, Cal!

I am so happy with my new hvac system! Kevin was great from the first visit diagnosis of our old system, to the sale of our new system. I only had to wait 1 day to get the new system install instead of 2 months like other companies. I was able to get everything I had before at a reasonable price too. Larry and Justin L. did a great job installing my system. I didn’t even notice if they took a break all days as they worked diligently for 9 hours straight installing my system. They explained how to use my new thermostat and how to take care of the system excellently! The new units looks like it has been here the entire time and very professionally installed. Clean up was awesome as it looked like no one had even been here at all. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone else looking for maintenance, service or a new unit! Had a great experience when my relatives furnace quit working. The receptionist and technician was courteous and very helpful in getting an emergency appointment set up. The technician checked out all the connections and determined it was okay. He checked the air filter and indeed, that was the issue. Showed me how to change it and made sure I knew which way the arrows went. And advice to change it every month. Our house in Ohio and the water has problems, so we purchased a filtration system, which is quite complicated and to make matters worse, it could only be installed in a limited space. Two local plumbering companies declined the job and the manufacturer suggested Stevenson. Were very happy he did. Stan and Sterling came out and got to business. From the start, I could tell that both knew what they were doing and everything from the tankless hot water system to the UV light at the end of the filter system was tackled. They were able to put the whole shebang together with optimism and purpose in their attitudes. They were always ready to explain and answer questions. The company has been very nice to deal with ... from Paul, who does the estimates; Stan and Sterling, who know thier trade; to the people I talked with over the phone in the office; all were polite and courteous.Update: 16 August 2024After some discussion with the filter manufacturer and a request for a part that was not included in the original shipment of the filter, Stan returned and completed the install of our water filter. Stan and his assistant, Tyler, did a great job (as always) with finishing up the install of the water filter and also the install of the reverse-osmosis supply -- thank you, Tyler. For the first time since buying the house, my daughter was able to drink water from the tap and was so thankful. Also, I must say that the attitudes of both Stan and Tyler were excellent. Great customer service!!! When I bought my condo in 2005 it had a Lennox unit installed by Stevenson in 1991!! From 2005-2019 it had three service calls in that period of time! Hopefully my new unit will last just as long!! Brian Severt does excellent installation! Very through, detailed and friendly!! A very hard worker and he was training his new assistant Chris Hendrickson! Chris is very pleasant, professional and courteous, I feel he will be a wonderful addition to the Stevenson team! Highly recommend this company! I was originally going to purchase a unit that was much more expensive, but after a conversation with JD Conrad the General Manager and me explaining the issues I had with heating and cooling the upstairs of my Townhouse he explained throughly the unit I was looking at may cause me to be more uncomfortable simply because of how my condo was built. I have no air return upstairs and a total lack of insulation in the condo. JD saved me almost $3000 and I couldn’t be more appreciative for his honesty and kindness! That speaks volumes for the company as a whole! Thank you to Rick Bryant for getting this whole process started, he’s a wonderful representative for your company, a truly amazing person and Stevenson for earning my trust.

Our installers Daniel and Chris were professional and quick with the install.UPDATE: We continue to love our choice to go with the Advantage Program. It helps us breathe easy knowing that our system will be taken care of properly and if anything does go wrong, it gets fixed with no out of pocket expenses. With our plan after purchasing a new HVAC unit from Stevenson, we have had routine maintenance done to our system. Yesterday Ryan, from the Columbus branch, was able to service our Spring maintenance and was very professional, yet personable. He told us in layman’s terms on what he was doing and the effects it had on our system. He even went above and beyond and provided us tips and tricks to ensure our system continues to run efficiently (e.g. swap filters, monitor drain trap, and clean any debris from external unit). Ryan was also able to finally get our long-standing issue resolved for our system humidifier.Thanks to Kenny and Ryan, our issue with the thrown-away (during installation) of our humidifier framing and filter has finally been resolved after 9 months of requesting the resolution. They quickly identified that our system was still incomplete, determined the fix, and resolved our issue. They were both professional and personal, keeping us abreast of the process. Thanks to Kenny, our HVAC capabilities are now 100%.

Stevenson is great. They proactively call to schedule maintenance on my HVAC system and hot water heater which are free for life if you join there program. It also includes all parts and service for 10 years.When it got really hot this week I noticed my AC was not getting as cold as I thought it should so I called at 6PM. Cal was here in less than hour and figured out the minor problem and worked until 9PM getting it fixed. Since then hes been back once just to follow-up and make sure there were no more issues.Thanks Cal for all youve done.

Our scheduled Maintenance Plan A/C inspection/tune-up was performed on 30 May 2024, as requested. Thomas Lopez and Paul Lukas called 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were enroute and arrived within the scheduled appointment time. They had not been to my home before but they were just as professional as all the other Stevenson Service personnel who have been there before.They greeted me with a smile and handshake as they introduced themselves and explained what they were there to do. Once I showed them the A/C unit they started right to work. They were very efficient in their procedures and explanations of what they were doing whenever I asked a question. They were respectful of my property and did not leave any mess. When finished, they explained what they did and the current condition of my A/C unit, so that I knew how well my unit was performing. I will continue to utilize the Stevenson experts and the annual Maintenance Plan for all my A/C and heating unit maintenance requirements.

The Stevenson Service Techs Sam Shortes and Joe Violet arrived on site and were able to figure out the reason why my ACs were not cooling my house. Both professionally determined the cause by replacing the capacitor on one, that had gone bad, and the other one was on the verge of going bad. They had the parts and replaced both capacitors allowing my ACs to operate like new again within an hour. Both were very professional and would call them again to solve any of my problems with my AC. Stevensons Service Experts have done great work for me on multiple occasions. Just yesterday they installed an entirely new system. The rep contacted me prior to arrival, showed up when they said they would, and they worked none stop the entire day. This job presented no easy solutions but they took the time to get it done right! The entire team worked diligently to ensure an entirely new install. This included; all new lines, New foundation port holes, placement of the new systems, and removal of the old ones. They worked in cramped quarters alongside another Stevensons team installing a new water heater on the same day to minimize the burden on me. Im very happy with the install quality, the equipment used, and the Stevensons members who provided the service! Big Thanks to David, Matt, Austin, and Joseph! You guys do great work!Austin and Kevin Calicoat, The other team along side these guys installing the waterheater worked much in the same fashion. They have great communication skills and were able to explain all the components of my water heater install and its functions. I called Stevenson Service Experts to replace a hot water valve that was badly corroded and had been leaking. Stan was very professional and experienced, and did a great job replacing the valve. He also left the area neat and clean. Thank you, Stan!1-30-23I called Stevenson due to a leaking pipe in the ceiling of the basement. It was due to a corroded pipe from the first floor commode. Other copper pipes from the tub and kitchen sink were corroding as well. Stan came out and replaced all the copper pipe with PVC pipe. As usual, he did an excellent job, and was very professional. He put down tarps and left the area exceptionally clean. Thanks , Stan!I called Stevenson because my hot water heater was not working sporadically. Weve been renovating our home over the last couple of years, and this was the thing I kept delaying on. It seemed like an insurmountable task.We had a line up of estimates scheduled for that day, but the salesman, Josh Butler, addressed all of our concerns in one go. We went with Stevenson because they are local and have a good reputation here.Can you believe we got all of the old stuff removed and had the new equipment up and running in 6 hours?! I cant, but they got it done!David, Lucas, Darrell, and Justin were extremely professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned up everything nicer than what it was when they arrived. We did have a small water leak from the condenser, but the repair guy, Jeff, was out just a little while later to get it squared away.Jeff was funny and pleasant to speak with. He addressed the issue very quickly, and went above and beyond to add some extra pipework for me. I really appreciate the extra steps Jeff took to properly address the issue.We like that the new thermostat connects with the Alexa home assistant. We are still trying to get a feel for the DRASTIC change in how efficient this thing cools my house. It goes from 74° to °60 in like 10 minutes!Cost is always a factor, and its rare that someone can sell me on a big ticket item. But this has been a good experience from start to finish, and I dont have any regrets. Im eager to see the changes in our energy bills now.Most importantly, the wife loves it!

I just had a high efficiency Lennux HVAC system installed. Trent L, Nick E., and Justin J, performed the work in a very professional manner. All three technicians communicated well and were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding their specific tasks for the job. This is the second system Ive purchased from Stevenson and I allow them to do two checks per year under a special maintenance agreement plan I have with them. Amazingly, the system was installed the day after I decided on the system that work best for me. The men worked hard and tirelessly for almost 8 hours installing this system. My old oil furnace from the seventies broke down yesterday. I called Stevenson, and David and Luis came and confirmed that it was dead. Luis walked me through my options and helped me select a new system (as well as a new water heater). Today my new furnace and air conditioner were installed. I was impressed with how quickly things came together. The service technicians that installed the system (Chad W. and Quenten P.) were courteous and professional. They did a great job setting everything up, and it is all very tidy.Update on Oct 2, 2023. Chad and Stan replaced my well pump when it broke. It broke on Friday and they were able to replace it on Monday. They were very quick replacing it, and they did a great job.Update on Nov 11, 2024. Stan came and replaced my well pump pressure switch which stopped working. He was very quick, as usual, and I am happy to have working water again.

My tech was Sam Sharto. He did everything right and explained to me different things about my system.Very polite.6/12/24 I had Stan Foss who was an excellent representation of your company. We couldn’t do what I wanted originally, and it was valid, and the alternative that him and I chose will be better than what I originally wanted. He took his time and help me figure out what I needed to get and he’s going to come back in two days, and do the project. I seem to be getting all my needs taken care of by Stevenson and my son now uses you. Thank you. 6/14/24 Stan Foss Stan got the parts and did the installation. Everything is good and he was able to give me an estimate on the next thing I need done, a hot water heater and I would highly recommend him to anybody. I feel fortunate to have a plumber with his expertise. 7/8/24 Stan was out today and replaced my 50 gallon hot water heater. There was additional work that had to be done in order to do the whole job which he did and did an excellent job. It was hard work and that’s why we have people like Stan. I would always suggest him to anyone.7/26 the representative stand, came out and fixed my tub that would not drain. He did an excellent job he always does. I highly recommend him.

Very impressed with the customer service that Stevenson provided! Tyler was extremely helpful with what options were available when I found myself in a situation of needing to replace my furnace, and went above and beyond to get me an exceptional offer that allowed me to replace my air conditioner at the same time in a great deal! I fully expected the install to be a hassle, however, the install team (Quenten and Colin) were incredibly professional, taking extra care to make sure my dogs didnt get out or scared, and they made sure to show me every aspect of the units installed. Very impressed!

Both Cal and Paul showed up at my residence not long after the first of the time spread given to me. They were both clean cut, pleasant and knowledgeable. They were very thorough. They systematically checked all areas for the root cause of my problem. They finally found the problem deep in the interior of the outside unit. They were able to reset a tripped device, and unit now works. Hats off to both these individuals !!!

I wanted to wait until I saw how well the products worked. Trent L., Colin M. where fantastic in my home. They respected that we had kids and animals. They made sure to clean up any messes made. We got a water heater and a furnace so no cheap job HOWEVER Scott made sure we got the best price. We will 100% be using them again and recommend them to all of our friends and family

We had a technician by the name of Cameron today that did an awesome job. We have always used Stevenson heating and air and We always appreciate the fact that these technicians ESPECIALLY CAMERON is always great with customer service and very knowledgeable and cost efficient. They also have many options for payment when you get work performed. They do have options for payment that will allow you to have a price of mind if something else goes wrong , like a follow up or like a protection plan for the work that was done. GREAT JOB CAMERON!!! I want to thank Tyler Skief of Stevenson Service Experts for coming to our rescue and fixing our Navien tankless water heater.This morning the temperature in my shower was fluctuating too hot to too cold, back and forth driving me up the wall. So, I check the screen on the unit and got this, “Error code 060, abnormalities in the dual Venturi.” Well to me this was Greek, so I pulled down the manual and it said to call for a technician. I then called Stevenson who we had a service contract with, and they had inspected and tweaked our HVAC unit when we bought our home last August. All their guys are friendly professionals and Tyler went above and beyond by arriving this afternoon two hours before his scheduled time. He was organized, had a confident attitude and quickly verified our problem. He advised I call the Navien technical support line which I did and answered their dozens of questions to verify our units’ model & serial number. They then patched me in with a pro-from-Dover who spoke technical to Tyler about running test, checking exhaust pipe size and length, clearing natural gas intake pipes, checking fan speed (5400 rpm?), drain cleanliness, etc. And then put it all back together and restart… You should have seen the smiles on our faces when it all worked like it was new. Turns out Tyler fixed out problem and he couldn’t have been nicer or cleaner getting the job done ASAP! Thanks again Tyler Skief of Stevenson Service Experts! Larry S. 8/8/2024

Service was great!! Stan Foss arrived early and fixed our sump pump before it will rain tomorrow. I give him 6 stars!11/9/22: Stan was great again. He called with his expected arrival time, installed 2 new shower heads, 3 new toilet shutoff valves, and 2 new drain cover plates and trip lever assemblies for the bathtubs. He then checked to be sure that everything worked properly, and took any packaging or old equipment that needed to be thrown away. He gets 6 stars again!11/13/24 Stan worked today, gave estimates,and did a great job as always. He gets 6 stars!

Had a somewhat minor issue with clogged PVC furnace drain line. Our service tech, Lemar Delton was very polite and professional. He tried several procedures and successfully cleared the drain blockage.We were near the end of a long day of service calls for him, yet he was very friendly and determined to resolve the issue for his, which he did.I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. The service scheduler on the phone was very friendly and helpful as well.

I can safely say that I have had terrible experience with several different companies, I can honestly say that Stevenson Service experts is the best all-around HVAC company around, from the people in the office to the technicians. My last encounter was when I scheduled my tune up and Braiden B. was assigned to the call. When he got here, he was very friendly and respectful; he took the time to explain what he was going to do and explained more about my new unit. I love the feeling of being taken care of especially after all my bad experiences with other companies, Im definitely making sure I ask for Braiden again. We had Beavercreek well water - hard as a rock, iron, cloudy, rotten egg odor, etc. The technicians, Rick S and Don E, replaced our old pressure tank and softener with a new tank, iron filter, and softener. We now have clean, clear, luxuriously soft water with no odor! Were also drinking our tap water for the first time in over 20 years. Rick and Don were courteous, professional, and quiet. We couldnt be happier!We also decided to replace our water heater a few days later, so we called Stevenson again. Bryce, the technician, came out within the hour, and in less than 3 hours total had the new one in and working. Same great service!

In most cases it is for routine annual maintenance as was the case this time and Cal Hopkins was very friendly and knew what he was doing, and within a short period of time he was done and the furnace was back in commission. Sam, Stan and Brent did a helluva job for me! I had a leak in my basement and Sam quickly assessed the leak was coming from my hot water heater. He contacted Stan the Plumber Man who came out in an hour and drained the tank. Two days later, Stan and Brent put a new water heater in and the leak dryed up! Thanks guys. That was damn good service! Jesse put my softener in today. He did a great job and answered my questions. He also brought extra salt which I appreciated! All in all Im very satisfied. Jesse is a good guy with a pleasant personality. A+!!!

So, new water installed a couple of years ago was faulty. While the new replacement was covered under warranty, the labor was not...$750. Honestly, I think the mfg should eat this cost since it was faulty.That was the bad.The good...I was fortunate to gehappy! The Man, their senior plumber, for the job. He and Walter were GREAT! Showed up early, found the fault, and returned a few hours later to complete the install. If i can get Stan and Walter for my plumbing needs, Ill be happy!Thank you!
