If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were very professional and was happy to answer questions without hesitation. They were very easy to understand when explaining what was going on. The best service I had in along time for the price. Dealing with drain it can get very messy but they were very good with cleaning up everything after they was done. I will keep them save for future repairs and service. Will happily refer to family and friends. All I can say what a wonderful experience. Thanks again!!!!!!!!

My main drain was clogged up and i had sewage pooling up in my basement. i called rapid response and olivia set up my appointment and within an hour shane and scotty showed up and fixed everything! customer service, pricing, and response time were all amazing, thanks guys!

I cant recommend Jerry and his team at Rapid Response enough! They installed a new water heater for me today, and it was an absolute breeze. From the moment they arrived, Jerry and his helper (whose name unfortunately slipped my mind!) were courteous, professional, and incredibly efficient.They had the old water heater out and the new one installed in what felt like record time. Not only were they fast, but they also took the time to ensure everything was installed properly.Overall, the entire process was completely pain-free. Amazing service!! I had a toilet sewage overflow emergency and had called another company with the initials R.R... I waited 5 hours mopping every 15 minutes.. I finally called Rapid Sewer and drain at 1:54 a.m., he was here in less than 45 minutes and took care of my problem. I am so grateful and highly recommend them!!

This company is a complete lifesaver! Main drain backed up with tree roots at 8pm. Called and Jerry was here within 30 minutes and had our problem fixed in less than that! They saved use from a hot water heater disaster, right after Christmas! Extremely professional, on time, affordable, and cleaned up. Excellent work and super friendly. No one in the area we have have worked with is better!!! Replaced a hot water heater in hours. In and out with a last minute call. No one better. Use them or regret going elsewhere.

Our bathroom sink was not draining at all and our shower was slow draining. Called Rapid Response and they were able to come out within 2 hours of calling. The bathroom sink is now running with out any backup and the shower is now draining normally. Other companies told us we needed to replace all the piping for thousands of dollars but Rapid Response fixed it in one day for a very good price. They will be who my family and I call for plumbing needs going forward.

They provided great service! Had a clogged drain that was backing up into my lower level drains. They were able to come out the same morning I called.They cleaned out my main drain and were able to identify that the clog was at the city sewer pipe. They called and handled getting the city out to clean their drains. Afterwards, they ran their jet cleaner through my main drain again.Highly recommend. Service was fast, complete, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely worth it.

Granddaughter dropped her necklace down bathroom sink, our pipes were very old and corroded, we could not get one of the pieces apart. Called Jerry at 7 am, they were here within 3 hours, and were only on the job about 30 minutes. got the necklace, replaced several old pipes, Did a fantastic job, VERY reasonable rates, very friendly and professional. So glad to have finally found a plumbing company to use which we trust.

This is absolutely the team you need to call for any plumbing needs! This was the best possible service I could have asked for during my emergency - courteous and quick responses (even at 10 PM on Saturday!), great price, and the job was done fast and the RIGHT way! We called because our main line going to the sewer was clogged up and water was coming up through the floor drain. They showed up within a few hours of us calling and the gentleman had it all cleared out in under an hour. Ours wasnt a severe blockage so obviously each experience will be different.The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable and we will be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Jerry was 100% professional from the moment he walked in he knew exactly what the issue was. He educated us saw it. We had a bad floor drain Flood resulting from an issue with our AC unit. Our shower was leaking really bad and we tried to fix it ourselves and that didn’t work. So we called Rotor Rooter who said they would be out in 2hrs. When 2 hrs had pasted they called and said they won’t make it till the morning (even though they are supposed to be 24/7) so we called Rapid Response Plumbing and they were at our house in 20mins and fixed our shower and main shut off in 10mins. They are really great! I highly recommend!!
