I had gotten an estimate for my drainage issues and finally had the budget to pay for the work. John and Young Jack showed up promptly at 8 am and began immediately. When the issue turned out to be in a different location than quoted, John and Jack continued the job with no complaint. Our drains and sinks are finally flowing and I just took a pleasant, not-stopped-up shower with my wife. Thank you, Plumb-Tite! Thank you, John and Jack!

Plumb Tite is a highly professional company. Their employee John was able to arrive several hours early for the appointment and had sent an email advising of his arrival. His demeanor at work was hallmarked with a quiet dignity, and professionalism. He advised me of his activities in clearing root/sewer problem step by step keeping me in the loop. He gave the causes of the issue, the solutions he had in mind and no pressure on which plan to utilize to best serve the needs of our family and the house itself. A truly no muss no fuss experience free of stress and kindly advice on future preventive measures that can be taken to preserve the property better. A professional in all respects. Will continue to keep them in my cell phone. Every employee from this company has been VERY well trained in customer relations and they have all seemed nice people in their own right.

Tim was very professional kind and straightforward. The only thing that turned me off to Plumb Tite was the fact that it was a simple re-pipe job and it was still going to cost ~$500. I understand that costs are high but when it’s less than a foot of pipe a 90 degree fitting and coupling I was hoping for something significantly less in terms of cost. It was nothing Tim did, or didn’t do he is given prices by his company and has to go by them but considering the price I won’t be moving forward.

Really honest guy who worked hard for the money...I recommend plumb tite for all your sewer needs. Cost was three hundred eighty five dollars...worth every penny to not have sewer in bsmt...

My experience with Plumb Tite was very good. The office staff was very professional, courteous, and responded quickly to inquiries and calls. Tim, the technician that completed the work, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job, and helped troubleshoot several issues that arose. He worked with me to get the job done, and make sure it was done to my satisfaction.My only negative feedback I have was the company that was referred for camera service. American Leak Detection was the company that I was referred to. They completed a service an incorrectly marked the location where work was required. Tim, while on site quickly made a secondary referral to another company, Drain Tech. Those technicians was very quick to respond, worked with Tim and I to resolve the problem that day, and got my downstairs bathroom working and helped to resolve the issues. Otherwise, I would mark 5 stars. Would definitely refer Plumb Tite, more specifically Tim for work in the future.

Update 2021: Just had our second job completed: a new water heater after ours went out. Tim had our new one installed hours after we first talked to the office. He was fast and neat and the quote was spot-on. Couldnt ask for anything more.Better than I would have expected. Quick response even for non-emergency work. Dustin came out for an estimate but was able to do all the work at the time. The price initially quoted was what was charged. He was quick but thorough, cleaned up, and answered all of our questions. If the need arises we will definitely contact them again.

I called the number and someone immediately answered, was very friendly/helpful, and scheduled an appointment for me the next morning.Today, Shane C came out to service my AC and did an amazing job. He was professional, informative, very friendly, and extremely helpful. He worked quickly and was very respectful of me and my apartment. On top of all that, he gave me a discount due to my situation and being a renter.
