Amazing service! We called on a Sunday morning due to our A/C being out. The tech called us within five minutes and was onsite within 15 minutes of the call being placed!! He was extremely knowledgeable and had the issue diagnosed and the part replaced within 1/2 hour!! He did a quick health check on our system and I gladly signed up for their monthly maintenance package. Amazing company, and the tech Michael was also amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had the most experienced and knowledgeable technicians and sales agent whom helped with every aspect. They send you out a demographic on each tech Plus a photo before they come. Which gave me such peace of mind to know who was going to be showing up at my door. They actually had to come back and wait for the electrical line to be ran from the road to the house And for us to when we were ready for them to hook up the electric for the plumbing. We bought central air and heating and the Warranty contract And out our filters in bulk And we have yet to have them come out and fix anything. They even installed a smart programmable thermostat with all the bells and whistles. I personally, worked for another company in heating and air But not plumbing. I’ve only when any company makes the effort to have all three in one company, and the owner is a veteran and a Christian man and very Respected. I would recommend them over and over again. They definitely do not try to talk you into something that you do not need.

This was our second time receiving HVAC service from this company and they were very kind and professional both times. They even had to disassemble the cage we had around our previous unit and they had no qualms or complaints and worked with us to get everything taken care of. I’m very thankful they were able to come out so quickly during peak season and help our church so we can have cool air for our next service. Greg Mcafee’s claims and slogans used in his commercials are not just loose rhetoric. Today was one of the hottest days of this extended summer, and it was a last minute call. Not only did Mcafee make it a priority to fit us in, they were on time. Professional and courteous, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY fair.Mcafee got us up and running at a minimal cost, and minimal time.The technician was very polite, informative, and downright educational with his delivery and explanation of services.Clean from start to finish. Today I met with Danny Pennington to discuss options concerning furnace replacement. Danny was wonderful! He explained everything perfectly and was more than helpful in assisting me with my furnace issue. He was kind, easy to talk with and it was a pleasure to meet him and have him help me! I neglected to mention that the gentleman who serviced my air conditioner is Antonio K. He was really wonderful. He called to give me an ETA and throughout his time in my home was courteous, professional, informative and just a pleasant person to have here. I also want to say that I received a courtesy call from a wonderful gentleman (I unfortunately cannot recall his name) who wanted to give me an update on the arrival status of my technician. This was a really nice surprise as it gave me a better idea of when, during my wait time, I could expect Antonio to arrive. Just an exceptional and quality company!

Lance, the technician who did the annual check on our 12-year-old furnace today, lived up to that on both counts. I contacted McAfee about my central air conditioning unit not working at 1:00 pm when the outside temperature was 92 degrees. McAfee scheduled a same day appointment between 5:00-8:00 pm!! The technician arrived about 5:30 and within 15 minutes found the problem was a bad capacitor. He replaced it and had my system back online by 6:00 pm!! He did some additional testing to ensure things were operating as good as expected for a 20 year old system. I was very pleased with McAfee and particularly the technician Ben. He was obviously experienced and very professional.

Just had Elijah out from McAfee to do my McAfee Club service. The service was TOP NOTCH from start to finish. I got a text 15 minutes before he arrived. That gave me time to make sure he could easily access the areas he needed. He arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled window time! He greeted me with his and the company name (although I could easily see the good looking McAfee van in my driveway!). He put on his shoe covers on and went right to work! He worked efficiently and let me know what he was doing when he walked through the room I was in. He even informed me that my thermostat batteries might need to be replaced if I hadnt done so in a year. When he was finished the gave me a complete analysis of his work and my heating and cooling units. He told me where I can get filters and even pointed me to where I could get a discount code to get filters! He never tried to force a sale of anything. Troy was a very, very good McAfee technician. If he is a reflection of what McAfee represents then I will continue to give my business to them and I encourage you to do the same.

I had a full HVAC system installed by McAfee on January 31, after my 30 year-old furnace finally gave out. I could not be more pleased with the sales experience and the quality of the work. Danny was able to line us up with zero percent financing, working with the lender and I until nearly 8:00 pm the night before. The installers Joe and Andrew showed up at 8:00 am the next morning and put in an 11 hour day to tear out the old system and install the new one. They were polite and professional and answered all the questions I had throughout the installation process. They came back a week later to add an additional cold air return, which Danny threw in with the install. He also threw in a full duct cleaning which is scheduled for later this month. The system works great and the craftsmanship of the installation was top notch. I would highly recommend McAfee to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement!

I recently had a new air conditioner installed at my house. McAfee did a great job at taking time to install everything correctly in a pretty old house. They were very professional during the entire job.

All the technicians were courteous and professional. The technicians cleaned up after themselves. The A/C has been evenly cooling has been evenly cooling as described by McAfee sales person.The unit fits neatly in the space where the previous unit occupied. A quality check a week later confirmed it was working properly. I am not able to verify the cost verses materials and labor, but so far everything seems to be working and seems to be quality material.

Great customer service came out on Sunday the 16th the tech was great we decided to replace the hvac system the sales rep explained everything and they installed the system on Tuesday the 18th did a great job left everything clean and the install went very well the three techs they did the job were top notch explained everything about the me equipment and how the system worked

Update: Ben came out again to fix a motor on the heater. In and out in less than an hour. Outstanding team and people.McAfee Heating and Air has been top notch with multiple services and technicians. We had an air duct cleaning by Logan and Ian just today, but even our inspection with Ben a few months ago was outstanding. The timeliness, communication, and value are all greatly appreciated. Not to mention the values of a Christian and an America first local business. McAfee is our go to for life.

We had a new HVAC system installed in August and we couldn’t be happier with the system. Quiet and keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our electric bill was much lower after. The insulation team was amazing, professionals, and I could tell they really cared about the work they do! Which says a lot. Very pleasant HVAC experience they listened offered solutions and really seemed to care about your needs. My dog liked them too!

The whole process was great! Customer service and scheduling was wonderful, everyone I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. Just schedule in advance because they are busy, and for good reason! Logan and Ian were very professional throughout the process and did an amazing job complete with before and after photos. They cleaned up afterwards and were so sweet to my dogs. They even wore those little footies throughout the house, making sure to take them off if they went outside and put them back on when they came inside. It’s the little things like attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for someone’s home that really matters and sets them above the rest. I had talked to another local HVAC company and they even said McAfee was the best around for vent cleaning. Easy and stress free with a job very well done. Couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to have them in my home again.

As usual when in trouble call McAfee in Beavercreek. The repairman (Ben M) called and let me know of his arrival, on time, and was thorough in his check of my system. He showed me the part to be replaced and explained why. Always courteous and clean he did his work quickly. I have never regretted having my system installed by McAfee and will always return for maintenance. A trusted company with trustworthy people!
