I called at 1030, they were here by Noon. Plumber was professional and friendly, was good at explaining what was going on and asked questions. Didnt mind my curious cats or screaming child so thats always a plus. Was a little surprised at the cost but it needed to be done. Found out that they are part of a larger company that does other work and I plan on giving them a call when I get to that point! Definitely recommend 👌

I used these folks to clear a basement floor drain and replace a hot water heater. Their work is fast and professional and the hot shower felt great.In Kettering a city inspection is required and although a pdf was supplied we have no internet at the location. The installation crew did not bring a hardcopy with them, however 5-Star promised to have the required permit brought to the job site. Kudos for the follow-through.

My main drain was backing up in my basement. It was a Sunday morning and I didnt think I would get anyone to come out.I called 5 star plummers and was able to get a 1030 appointment. The service representative call me back and let me know that he would be arriving at 1030. Everything went very smooth and drainage problem fixed. Would recommend! Great experience.

My garbage disposal decided to die on me yesterday evening. I called Five Star and a tech came out this morning to replace it. His name was Guillermo. One of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Did the job quickly. God truly blessed me by calling this company for my needs. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your are on the top of my list to call for all my plumbing needs now and in the future.

Excellent. Had a pipe come apart because of the drastic drop in temperature. Was able to come same day and quickly fixed the issue as well as make sure that we were aware that the pipes would need replaced due to age. Extremely professional and well done tradesmen will be using again and completely recommended.

I called Kettering Plumbing and Drain for urgent help concerning a plumbing leak. They gave me helpful information on how to temporize the situation. Tom from Narrow Path Plumbing, on call for the Five Star network, came out the next day as promised (on a weekend.) He was able to address the problem to my complete satisfaction. He did not just try to patch a problem with a quick fix that would ultimately not be in my best interest, but did the right thing, though it took much more time and work. Moreover, it was all done for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them for leak repair without hesitation.

It was the metal flange, the plate something that was very difficult The bottom of the toilet. I’ve used this company to before, and I definitely will use them again five stars all the way. By the way, came out next business day that service nowadays!!He needs a raise he knew what he was doing.

They sent a plumber the same day we called and it was on New Year’s Day. The plumber immediately looked at our flooded basement, fixed the issue and finished the job within a decent time. Fortunately I was able to sign up for their membership plan that made the service a little bit cheaper, plus the military discount was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend their service.
