Phenomenal service - I could not recommend Evergreen Plumbing more!! I was referred to them by another plumbing company that couldn’t make it to our house after our washing machine flooded. Highly HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. A friend of ours recommended Evergreen Plumbing to see if they could help us figure out why our water heater flooded our basement lastnight. I called them this morning at 11:30am and by 12:30 Julius, one of the owners, arrived to take a look at it. Unfortunately, our water heater went kaput and needed replaced. Not only was Julius back by 1:30 to install it but by 2:30pm he was finished! They are very reasonably priced as well! This company is the most professional, knowledgeable, clean, and reasonably priced plumbing service I’ve ever used. The guys at Evergreen helped me immensely with my plumbing woes! I had a clogged drain that needed replaced as the galvanized pipe had completely rusted and a loose vent stack that they tackled quickly and with ease. During the entire time they were diagnosing, they were very thoughtful in explaining everything in great detail about what was happening and what my options were. They also stand behind their work with an excellent warranty that is better than anyone around and it shows! Very knowledgeable and all around pleasant people to have in my home. Thank goodness for Evergreen! I did my research as I always do and even called around before choosing this company. I liked their honesty and integrity right off the bat. They took the time to have a conversation with me not just a sales pitch, answered questions, look at pictures I sent them and still chose to come out and talk to us. The system they installed for us as well as a new softener on our well system was worth every penny! Now if you want the cheapest for your pocketbook, go to a big box store. However, if you want pure professional, over the top meticulous, clean working, and plain just nice guys, choose this company!! Im always a little nervous when strangers come into my home, but Shawn eased my anxiety immediately. We were given a 2-hour window, which is really great, considering the number of sometime on x day appointments Im not than used to by now. He was here at the top of the window and called to let us know when he was about 20 minutes away. He introduced himself right away and got right to work. He took extra time to explain what was going on with our plumbing to both of us (I was getting ready for work and couldnt follow Shawn and my partner around the house). I ended up having to leave before he finished up, but my partner said he was really great and made sure to double-check a few things before giving her his diagnosis. He did a great job and we would definitely be comfortable with calling on Shawn again.Shawn has been out to my house twice since I wrote this review. Add 5 stars for each time.He replaced galvanized pipes that were extremely corroded. Everything looks great! He charged a great deal less than another estimate we had, which included $400 just to take the vanity out.He came back today to check on a leak in our basement. He kept doing tests, which he really seems to enjoy doing. We couldnt recreate the leak. It turned out that the faucet needed to be re-caulked, which I have the materials and know-hour to do. No charge. Its part of their service to come out and figure it out and tell you what they think.Shawn is so nice and personable. Just a friendly, intelligent guy youd want to hang with..I highly recommend this company.

Evergreen came out to help us with numerous leaks (laundry, bathroom, and kitchen on separate occasions) and a replacement of water heater. The truth is, having leaks and having to call a plumber is never a fun situation to deal with. However, Evergreen made the bad situation much better. Evergreen was quick and responsive and the technician was personable, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Not only was the plumbing fixed and leaks stopped, the technician took an extra step in helping us prevent some future problems created by overpressure by installing a water pressure reducing valve.I will absolutely be using them again in the future.
