I used them 2 years ago and had such a good experience i had to track them down after losing all the contact info. the customer service is the best here the prices are beyond fair. the office lady i think her name was Cindy was super helpful. The tech Dylan is super nice and does a great job.! I can’t recommend this company enough. They are the only one i’ll use moving forward.

The only place I’ll call from now on. I had two other companies come out and tell me my main drain pipe was busted and had trench rot, which required either excavating my living area or relining the pipe. The guy that came out was super friendly and cleared a blockage with ease. He then proceeded to stress test the drain to see if we had any issues and checked for a break and trench rot. There was no break or trench rot to begin with, just some scaling. So happy I was recommended this company and I’ll continue to use them for any further issues!

Have an ongoing issue with the main drain at my daughters house. Roto-Rooter was the first call and I was dumbfounded by the lack of knowledge. They cleared the clog, used a camera which was not really viewable and told me the issue was 18 ft out, with no real explanation of what or why, and no visual proof of this, just that Yeah looks like the problem is there. They then sent another person out with GPR and this individual was following the main water line into the house (Nothing came of this other than wasting my time) They then quoted me $7-8k with city permits for repair, although it could be more around $12k. The drain clogged two more times and I called two different local companies determined to get to the root of the issue and find the right company I could trust. Both of the other companies cleared the clog, got their money and left with little insight to WHY. One refused to even provide a quote for proper repair. The 4th time the drain clogged (all within 12 months) I called DrainTech. Ryan came out and was able to just use the cleanout right by the porch, (that apparently others just ignored.) Cleared the clog, than ran a camera that had good resolution and was self leveling, showed me the full run, noted there was a break in a section of the cast pipe and exactly where it was, provided me a copy of the video and stated that this could be repaired with a liner, and provided a quote on the repair that was far more affordable than Roto-Rooter. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. We had a clog again right before the 2024 holidays and I called DrainTech again. This was the fault of the daughter flushing paper towels, or I imagine things would have been fine. In this instance she was also without power. Ryan showed up with a generator, cleared the clog and we were working again. I am settled on using DrainTech for any future needs, (yearly root cleanout). I am scheduling the liner install, and hoping this will fix this ongoing issue. The only negative thing I could say is that they need to work on invoicing. I had some issues actually getting my invoice. You will want to pay them for the job, because they actually know what they are doing. 4 stars now only because I still need to schedule the liner install and the billing complexity. If you dont call DrainTech for drain issues you are wasting time and money.

Our friend who is a plumber recommended Drain Tech for our drain blockage. Alan the technician knew it was our main sewer line as soon as he looked at the problem. He ran a camera down the pipe and saw the blockage about 65 foot. It was tree roots. He then ran a snake and cut the roots out. Alan educated me all about pipes and the problems you can have. He did a great job and I will always call Drain Tech if we have any more problems and will recommend them to family and friends.

Drain Tech came out to my house on July 5th and I was so impressed that Ive already recommended to friends twice and theyve had the same great experience! I had a nightmare scenario with another company that couldnt resolve my issue after 5 visits and multiple headaches. Alan and Trevor arrived and assured me they wouldnt leave until the job was done. Less than 1 hour 45 minutes later, the job was done and they were out the door. No frills, no high pressure sales for a service I didnt need, just superior knowledge and expertise to properly diagnose the problem and get it fixed. I will never call a different company for any drain related issues I have at my home. This company is simply the best at what they do!!

I have had Drain Tech come out to two separate properties. The first time was to locate a septic tank and jet some lines and the second time was to locate and mark the septic inlet line from the house to the tank. They answered the phone, fit me into their schedule same day, and showed up on time on both occasions. Their technicians are thorough and professional, willing to answer questions, and always clean up after themselves. I will definitely be using Drain Tech again!

Was having issues with a toilet not flushing correctly for a few weeks. In the past I would plunge it and it would work again, but this time that wasnt happening. The toilet was bubbling too and splashing out of the toilet (Im thankful for toilet lids). We had family coming in to spend the week with us and the day they were coming in we called Drain Tech. They came that day and were able to figure out that the main pipe line to the city line needed some unclogging.So they took care of that in an hour and our family was all set for their visit at our home. The two technicians that came were great, we all had a hard time finding the cap to the main line, but with persistence we found it within 10 minutes (will really they found it) and we were all set.They let us know what was going on with the clog and that would should continue to get the main pipe cleaned at least once a year. They let us know it is good they came as apparently the pipe was about to start coming into the house. The two technicians were friendly and efficient, wearing shoe covers (they provided) while walking around our house (I appreciate that little touch of respect). They took care of business and their visit was over.Very thankful for Drain Tech and their excellent day of service. They took care of the junk blocking the pipe and removed it from the house as well . Their service when I called on the phone was great, fun and professional. Drain tech will take care of business for you. They also have a one you warranty on this service. Give Drain Tech a call and setup an appointment, they can come today, dont delay. Had my basement flood. Called them on a Friday and they told me they were booked solid and wouldnt be able to get out until Saturday. Gave me same pricing. I told them we had plans in the morning and they worked around it, no problem. The guy they sent out was awesome. Took care of everything. Tree roots which it had been 11 years since I had my main line done. Recommended doing it every few years as a preventative. Definitely would recommend.

Our entire experience with Drain Tech was super positive! After having to get the septic tank pumped, All-American Septic recommended we get our leech field jetted. He told us about Drain Tech and we are really glad he did. From the lady who took the initial and follow-up calls, to Dylan the tech and his helpers, Tim and Doug from Affordable Septic, all were friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking on an 88 degree day! They were early but called to make sure, which we were fine with cause all of this has been a new adventure for us. The job was done in a couple of hours and Dylan also cleared the clogged kitchen sink when he was done in the yard. All very affordable and professional job well done. Thank you Drain Tech! Im glad they did because the first plumber took two shots at over two days, made a woman remove the toilet herself and still didnt fix anything.Drain Tech came out, removed toilet, checked it out, fixed the problem and replace the toilet and the house is flowing smoothly again.I highly recommend Drain Tech.

Such a great company! It starts with Cindy in the office. After speaking with her, I felt confident we made the right decision in selecting Drain Tech. We had severe root invasion in the main drain and needed plumbing rerouted to move the fixtures where they would be better for us. Cindy referred us to a great plumber and after they finished moving/replacing everything as needed, Cindy scheduled her tech right away to clear the roots from our drain so we could use the laundry and downstairs facilities without flooding the basement each time. We really appreciate the quick and thorough service provided and the tech was also very courteous an answered all of my sons questions as he explained everything. We highly recommend Drain Tech!

DrainTech is great. They were here at like 10 a.m. the day after I called them. Plumber put shoe covers on to not track dirt/grime around, and I thought that was unexpected but very nice and respectful. Dude did the job very quickly and then was on his way. Extremely fair price, Ill end up going back to them for any future needs like that.Only criticism is, and it wasnt worth a star, is paying is kind of a pain. They dont have an option online for payment, but I wish theyd allow something like a transfer using Zelle or something. I called in and used my credit card over the phone, but Im always very iffy about that, and only went that route because I dont have checks.

Recommended to us by a plumber who doesnt do drain snaking to fix our clogged sink. Old layout house gave a 20-30 foot snake to unclog the sink with a bunch of corners. They were quick (considering complexity of the task), friendly, and a far better bargain than the bigger names. Will go back to them again if I get another nasty clog.

We were experiencing drain issues with a slow draining tub and a clogged toilet. When trying to resolve the issue ourselves it became clear it was the work of professionals when the tub started filling with black sludge. We called on February 24th, and after two visits it was fixed that day. They were realistic with their advice, though we were over joyed to learn it could be fixed with the cheaper option. Since then we have had no issues with our plumbing and will definitely call Drain Tech for all our drain related needs.

The house had a fully blocked sewer line. For a host of reasons we thought it was a collapsed clay sewer line. Before calling Rooter Drain Tech we had run a 50 line from the roof and 100 line from the basement, all with no success.Rooter Drain Tech came out roughly an hour after we called. Their tech Danny was professional and polite. From the exterior clean-out he was able to run a line and a camera 125 in each direction. The tree roots fought back for a while. Instead of giving up or trying to come up with an excuse as to why we should be charged more, he just kept working.It took roughly 2 hours, but the main sewer line is completely clear from the house to the curb. We were also able to see that everything is in good working condition.Since the property is in a wooded location, we asked them to schedule a semi-annual visit to insure this doesnt happen again. They said there was no need for a semi-annual visit, but that they will come out annually.Turns out they guarantee their cleared line for a year, so we will never have to worry about this happening again!!!

After attempting to snake the tub drain for hours last night, after nearly 2 bottles of liquid plumber and a gallon of boiling water, I finally accepted defeat. I was so demoralized, i literally wanted to cry. I called Drain Tech at 9:23am the following morning. Dillon, one of the technicians, called at 9:44am to say he was 15 minutes away. At 11am my clog was gone! My tub was operational, I was overjoyed, and absolutely impressed with Dillon’s speed, effectiveness, and professionalism. DrainTech came through in the clutch! During the course of some foundation work, we discovered a need to rapidly inspect the French drain system of our split-level basement. The NEXT day, Danny arrived and quickly sorted things out. His video system showed that the drain was, in fact, blocked. Danny had the equipment to clear the blockage and afterwards showed us the entire system was now clear. DrainTech also provided us a copy of the video inspection to compare to a future video survey.Danny answered all our questions completely and thoughtfully. My leech field had failed- All American Septic; an AWESOME company had recommended Drain Tech for leech field service. I called them Monday afternoon; they were able to schedule me in for Thursday. Arriving right on time they began their work. They found a root mass about 40 down the line and carefully dug up the area immediately around the clog with a mini-excavator; the foot print left by the digging left a surprisingly small footprint in the lawn. They then started the water jet down the pipe and cleaned out an additional 100 of leech field line. They mended the breech, splicing the clay tile to the corrugated and gave new life to an old line. Landon and Allen were professional, quick and informative. Ultimately they saved me thousands of dollars; I didnt need a new leech field! As I had had the septic tank pumped out already, Landon adjusted the price and saved me $300. He didnt have to do this; I never would have known. That kind of integrity was appreciated- WELL DONE!!

Ive found the company I will use for all future plumbing needs. Every few years, we have a drain line clog up - kitchen sink plus laundry drain into this. Typically, I discover its clogged on a weekend when Im doing laundry and the utility sink overflows with dirty washing machine water. Weve used a different company each time to unclog the line.On Saturday morning, I first called another company that got great reviews. Their Google info says there were open on Saturdays at 8:30 am, but there was no answer. Their website said emergency/weekend hours only, so I called the special number for that and never heard back. I then called another company, who said they could be out between 1:00-3:00 pm. 4:00 pm rolled around, and they still werent at my house and hadnt called with any updates that they were running behind (which I would consider common courtesy if a company wants to get and keep business).I went back to Google to search again for 24-hour/weekend plumbing services, and this time Drain Tech showed up in my results. This was probably my 6th or 7th search - I sure wish they had showed up before!I called and an actual person answered the phone! The woman I spoke to said a technician would call me within 30 minutes to let me know waht they could be there. I received a call in that time frame, with an arrival 10 minutes out. In less than an hour from my initial call, Danny was at my house to take care of our drain. He was very polite and professional. He was in and out in 20 minutes, compared to the 1-2 hours it always seems to take other plumbers. He took care of the issue and cleaned up the area.The price seemed fair, especially for weekend services. It was similar to or less than Ive paid other companies. Drain Tech will be my first call from now on for all plumbing needs!
