Matthew Curtis came to check our furnace. He was most courteous and professional and clearly experienced. He discovered the previous owner had rigged the system to accommodate a cheaper filter that was not doing a good job filtering out the dust. As always, Apollo gets top marks from us!

My Tech today was Anthony and he did a great job. He arrived in good time this morning, ready to go with all of his equipment and tools. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing and got to work. I was very impressed with his knowledge, his wonderful cordial personality, and his ability to get a huge job done all on his own in a decent amount of time. Anthony, thank you so much!I know that I will have a few questions as I learn more about the system (new water heater and water softening system), and the Apollo team has already reached out to me to offer additional information. All of my encounters with Apollo have shown them to be not only skilled but honestly dedicated to excellent customer service. I very much appreciate that!

Ive used Apollo for my home needs for the last 4 years and have always been satisfied with the work and the technicians that have come to my home. My latest was a new furnace that was explained to me by Dylan Helton my comfort advisor and installed by Ron Cotton who did a great job with the installation and explaining the operational aspects. Big shout out to Apollo and I highly recommend them for all your heating/ac, electrical and plumbing needs.

KY is a pleasure to work with. He was here right at 7AM as we were told he would be. He started working right away and did not stop until he was done installing our furnace. He went over everything with us including how to use our new NEST thermostat. He stressed changing the filter going by the thickness of the filter which ours is 2 we should not let it go more than 2 months, changing every month is better! He cleaned everything up including some dog hair. Apollo is a great company to work with, they must be as I have been dealing with them for more than 11 years. Thank you for another job well done.

We reached out to Apollo as one toilet was leaking and another was running. The technician that came out David Siguenza was absolutely amazing! He spent time with me going over and looking at my issues, explained the cost and what the repair would entail as well as he provided me with three different options for the repairs. David completed the repair and went over the work done with me. He went above and beyond to make sure he provided 5 star service. He was very polite and made me feel like I was speaking to a friend and a bonus, he loves dogs! Our dog Milo enjoyed his visit and extra pets.We will definitely call Apollo for any future needs.

Dallas did an excellent job of updating my two attic spaces into a very clean finished storage area. He installed bead board, flooring and trim. He was very professional, his work was well done and he cleaned up after himself.

Technician Troy G. was at the service address at the earliest possible part of the time frame I was quoted and was finished with fixing a gas leak within 3 hours. He provided me a diagnosis and found that less work was required than he initially thought (aka less money to fix) and was very up front about the fact that he did not need to do as much as he originally had prepared for. He educated me on why he was doing what he did and was respectful of our time and money. I would recommend him and this company to anyone. Charges may be somewhat steep compared to others, but peace of mind that the problem is fully solved was worth it to me. They also provide 0% financing for 12 months through GreenSky which is a great option for people who may not have liquid funds at the moment. They were called after I paid for another company to quote me $4k to misdiagnose my gas leak and try pushing me to replace a whole gas line which was not necessary. Troy was punctual, worked efficiently, and was not pushy with unnecessary sales tactics like the plumbing company I had contacted previously.

Jerald is outstanding!!This guy should have a management or supervisor .He was the second technician in two years out to service our unit and uncovered that after I purchased to have the ducks cleaned, they disregarded cleaning the coil. The unit was from 2017 new, I purchased the house in 2020. If Gerald would not have gone the extra mile That the previous technician did not go My issue would not have been solved. Kudos to Gerald.
