    Wow! It is no wonder this company has received so many 5 star reviews! From the lady who answered my stressed new owner phone call at 10pm at night and immediately booked me an appointment the next morning, to Conner, the friendly and knowledgeable plumber that came out and unclogged my main line, (he provided me multiple options to do so and even a fix to ensure it didnt happen again in the future) this company has earned my business for all my plumbing needs down the line. Especially considering Conner was driving away before I even had returned calls from the 2 other major companies in the area I had contacted *before* 1 Tom Plumber.

    Conner called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away and arrived on time. That was a great start. He quickly diagnosed our issue and then spoke with me regarding what he needed to do to resolve the issue (and exactly what that would cost). Once I gave him the go-ahead, he quickly got to work and my problem was resolved within about 30 minutes. Conner was the ultimate professional. Won’t hesitate to use these guys again.

    Our basement flooded due to the main sewer line backing up. It was after hours and Conner arrived quickly after we made the call. Talked us through the whole process. Even gave us some advice for further upkeep. I highly recommend 1-Tom- Plumber. Ask for Conner you wont regret it.

    Manny was very knowledgeable, friendly, and highly competent in his work. He arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the issue and provide a realistic fix that was cost effective while explaining the pros and cons of doing a complete revamp of the plumbing for my kitchen sink. He was even very mindful about wearing his work boots into my house, understanding that it isnt the norm for an Asian household. He was also a car guy and we had some fun conversations about our love for cars and our experiences with them. Im usually not one to make small conversation being introverted, but when my first thought after he left was I could be friends with that guy, I knew I had found my go to place for any future plumbing work I may need done. Couldnt recommend this company enough!

    As a real estate investor and current seller, I recently had the pleasure of working with 1 Tom Plumber for a main drain cleaning. From the outset, their service was exceptional. The team was incredibly responsive, arriving at my property the same day within an hour of my call.Over the phone, their staff was courteous and attentive, patiently listening to all my concerns and requests. When the crew arrived, Conner and Donovan introduced themselves and demonstrated remarkable professionalism.     Got a plumber because my toilet was running without reason. Brad came by to look at it and the problem wasnt occurring on its own, was able to recreate the sound manually but that didnt constitute a replacement, so he said to keep an eye on it get a video if it happens again and to call back. He left and not even 10 minutes later the sound was happening again on its own so i immediately called back and he came back up was able to replace to part and fix the issue, super friendly and personable guy. Very pleased with my experience.

    I have used them 3 times so far! David has been out to help me twice and I couldn’t be more comfortable with him in my home, I felt like he cared and gave me honest and experienced advice for my project. Donovan was polite and also a great representation of 1-Tom! Connor was very professional as well and able to help solve the problem asap on our first experience with them, he is the reason I called back 🙂.     We were given a 3 hour window and we got the friendliest most helpful plumbers in under 45 minutes. They were so nice and efficient, they cleaned up any messes made during the repair, and also explained how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. (They were also super wonderful to my animals which I appreciated). The entire hour and a half they were here cost under $300 so the price was also right! This is definitely a company to keep on speed dial!

    We had a plumbing issue at This Guy’s Coffee in Springboro. I called the emergency line, they were able to give me a 2-hour window for only a couple of hours after I called. David arrived early in the time window, was very polite, and communicated with me very clearly. He fixed the problem very quickly and the final price was extremely reasonable, especially for a last-minute call on a Sunday. Thank you so much David!

    Tonight I had a main line clog backing sewage water up into my basement! Not great! Called 1-Tom and Conner G came out, super polite and quickly went over options to address the clog.     Conner and his partner Donovan (?) were very helpful and informative today. We called 1Tom out yesterday to have our drains jetted, and they offered to send someone after hours to help us! It wasn’t urgent, though they were ready and willing to make it a priority for them to help us out. We didn’t want to keep them out late, so we asked for them to just come the next day, and we got the first appointment of the day today. From their service, We found out we may have another issue from when our building was built that could be causing the slight back ups we get, sometimes leading to complete blockage. They gave us tips and tricks to try to prevent it from happening as often until we can figure out how to go about getting the construction of the drains issue resolved. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, which was really appreciated, and they were super friendly the entire time. They were NOT treating us like morons for not knowing some of the things they mentioned or for some of the questions we asked, like you often get from other places. They were descriptive and polite, even showing us the camera from inside the drains to show us what they believe may be causing issues from time to time. Thank you gentleman, and 1Tom for hiring/training amazing people which are hard to find these days.

    I had the pleasure of having Connor & Donovan stop by to help unclog my main water line that was so backed up in my bathroom I had no clue what the problem was. Lo and behold they showed me the huge tree root growing in my pipes that they had to get out and got it in a timely manner. Everytime they figured out a problem, they made sure to call me over to make sure I knew what was going on too. For everything they did, they only took an hour. Very nice young men.     Truly a 24/7 service provider. Had an emergency Friday night around 10 pm. Called their number and actually spoke to a person!! (Called a few other companies and got an answering machine) I didnt get her name, but she was great!! Informed me of the Emergency After Hours fee, and asked to make sure that was acceptable. She told me there was a tech in the area and he would call me when he was on his way. Within 15 minutes Jerren called and said he would be there shortly. Jerren showed up and and diagnosed the problem (tree roots intrusion). He gave us a couple options to fix the problem. Once we decided, he got to work right away. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was going to do. Got our problem fixed in a timely manner and we are very pleased.Thank You!!!!

    After Jerren, a 1-Tom-Plumber technician, corrected a sewer mainline blockage problem two weeks ago, I decided to have a better and more accessible clean out tee installed. And Adam and Chelsey responded today and did just that. Like Jerren, Adam and Chelsey were knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and personable and completed the install job effectively and efficiently. Kudos to them for a job very well done. Having had in the past two weeks two very positive encounters with members of the 1-Tom-Plumbers team, they’ve made me a believer in what they do and how they do it. 1-Tom-Plumber has earned my trust and going forward will be my plumber of choice for all my plumbing needs.     Ive never heard of 1Tom Plumber. After several attempts with my Home town Plumbers I called 1-Tom. Conner showed up less than hour later. After walking my street and back of house checking Sanitary lines, he concluded that it was the Cities lines backed up. After some exploratory look at my clean outs Conner was sure that snaking would not correct the sewer backup. He was absolutely correct! Definitely will lock 1-Tom Plumbing in my contacts and will let anyone know if they need a 24 Hr/Emergency service. Great Job Conner!

This point may be more relatable for women, but my husband was at work when we had our plumbing emergency and for safety reasons I usually like him to be home when handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc are in our house. I felt very safe when Jerren was in my home and will request him again whenever we need a plumber.
