    BJ did a great job installing my new water heater. Troy and Sons will install a customer-provided water heater, so by doing that, we saved about $600 versus what they would charge for a new one. I’m ready for a hot shower!

    BJ came out to my daughter’s house when they were looking to switch their gas fireplace back to wood burning fireplace. Tammy kept them abreast of timing of when BJ would make it out. BJ was knowledgeable, honest, and transparent on what needed to be done. We wouldn’t hesitate to call Troy and Sons again for our own home needs.

    Had an exterior water line bust this morning. Troy and sons sent someone out and had the line fixed same day. BJ was extremely knowledgeable. He gave us several options all with reasonable pricing. He communicated what he was doing to our line every step of the way. He had a very positive and friendly attitude. If I have any more issues in the future I will absolutely be calling this company again.

    This company is great! We had a leak at our meter, they came out on time and fixed it quickly and charged us a fair price. BJ and Johnny were our plumbers and they were willing to go ahead and fix our kitchen sink leak too with no notice. The were friendly and professional. We’ll definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

    I contacted Troy and Sons Plumbing to investigate the cause of what appeared to be a water leak behind a bathroom wall in a home that I rent. I live out-of-state so it would have been expensive and time-consuming to investigate the problem myself. I was anxious to identify the problem quickly to avoid expensive repairs. They responded to my inquiry immediately and were very flexible in arranging the earliest appointment that fit the schedule of my renter.After arriving on time and completing his investigation, BJ called to let me know what he had found. I have some experience plumbing and remodeling, so I was able to ask him some very detailed questions, which he patiently answered. I knew from his answers that he had been extremely thorough in his investigation. As it turned out, there was not a plumbing leak after all. My only expense was a very reasonable service charge.It is reassuring to have found an honest plumber with great customer service that I can call on again in the future if needed.

    Troy and Sons did a full rebuild on our home. They pulled out all of the outdated pipes and fixtures and replaced them with new. They were always on time and their prices are great. They installed a new tankless water heater for us and when an error code came up, they were here the very next day to take care of it.Highly recommend!Bonus - They were very careful not to let our pets out while working.

    BJ and Johnny came and replaced my shower valve. BJ answered all my questions (which were many) and helped me to understand the problem I had been having. They gave me an estimate before they came out and are usually less expensive that other plumbers I have used in the past. On time, personable, and knowledgeable, I recommend them highly!

He understands how the system operates and was able to identify the problem and replaced two components; valve and flapper to fix the issue with our toilet.     I cant thank B.J. and Logan with Troy & Sons Plumbing enough.     We were in need of a plumber so my neighbor recommended Troy and Sons Plumbing. My husband did some quick research and found the company had great reviews.     Troy and Sons Plumbing is FANTASTIC! I called them to replace our water heater that was leaking. We needed it fixed before my daughters wedding the following week. They came out the next day and replaced it immediately at almost half the cost of the big boys you hear about on the radio. I will use Troy and Sons again for all my plumbing needs.

    Very impressed with the service from Troy & Sons! BJ came out within the stated window and immediately told me he was going to try to unclog my kitchen drain and maybe no need to replace the disposal. He was upfront with pricing and what he was trying to do, unfortunately we still had to replace the disposal. BJ was quick to install it and had us back up and running. I will be back if needed in the future.

    Pretty dang awesome. BJ, Brandon, and Austin did great work. Good price for a whole water main in my yard. Contact with the office and scheduling with Tammy went super smooth too.The only thing I wish they did would be able to identify the leaks in the yard too. Like if they could add the gear and tools to their arsenal to do that, that would be cool.Troy and Sons will not identify where the leak is in your yard as of this review.I knew there was a yard leak, but not exactly where...They do offer a reference to another company to mark the leak. And theyre a good company too (separate review). At the very least, Troy & Sons did help me get in touch with another quality and reputable local company.Once the other company identified where the leak is (separate price, separate service) then Troy and Sons would come and fix it.Unfortunately, regardless of where my leak was, I had to get a whole new water main line. Which again, was quick, well scheduled, and well handled... so... overall great review.Thanks!

    BJ and crew were here to correct a leaking water valve. They were so fast with the repair, I hardly had time to know they were here. Several days later BJ was back to correct a leak in my gas connection they had installed last year. Again, there service was quick. He was personable, diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem.     We moved our laundry room from the basement to the level where the bedrooms are. From start to finish Troy & Sons Plumbing has been quick to respond and very professional. Norman and Brandon did phenomenal work. You don’t find people of that caliber much anymore. They communicated well, were respectful and cleaned up after they finished. It was even cleaner than when they first arrived. We had several people come after (electricians and other companies to help with other parts of the project) and all spoke of the high quality of work they did on the plumbing. Norman is a master of his craft. He even caught a mistake we did when we installed our water heater ourselves last winter. I appreciated his help to keep things safe. Thank you for taking such great care of us and for taking pride in what you do. It is very much appreciated.

    I had a problem with my wall hookup for my fridge and BJ came out to help. It was a simple fix and they did not even charge me. I would highly recommend them to anyone!     So thankful for Troy and Son Plumbing! I noticed my toilet had apparently been leaking awhile so I put a towel down to see how much water it was actually leaking and within 24 hours it was soaked!     If youre reading this review because youre looking for a plumber, your search is over. These guys are fantastic.My pressure reducing valve went out on a Sunday afternoon... Mothers Day, no less. I contacted Troy and Sons through their website. Got an answer within a half-hour. Their tech was at my house the next day and had it fixed before lunch; I think it was a total of 15 hours between the time I emailed and the time my problem was fixed.Whats more, they did all this working around my family having a scheduled medical procedure for that day; Troy and his staff were in constant communication with me and handled everything beautifully.Pricing was a dream. More than fair, as quoted, terrific.Pipe is working great. Other than the new part, I cant even tell that they were there; no mess at job site at all.Really impressed with these guys. They do good work, they communicate clearly, they charge very reasonably, they just give off that good people vibe, you know? After dealing with several chains and big box plumbers, it was wonderful to find this small business with that great personal and professional touch.I know who Im calling with all my future plumbing needs.     I was without water from the deep freeze last December(2022) until the first week of March (2023). I went to ask if they could do my plumbing. I have a mobile home. At first they said they didn’t usually do mobile homes. Norman said he would do it! Not only did he do it but he and his coworker came on a Saturday to do it.     WOW! If I could rate Troy and Sons Plumbing ten stars I would!I called them mid-morning TODAY, OCTOBER 24th, 2022, and to my surprise I was able to get a 4 PM appointment today! BJ, the plumber was early!My existing toilet had to be replaced. BJ went out of his way to help and advise me! The new toilet I wanted required BJ to go back to the shop to get it. He left and came back to my house promptly and installed the new toilet in less than an hour. How impressive!BJ was friendly, polite, and professional!     Troy and Sons was amazing to work with. We just bought a new to us hone and noticed the water pressure was below subpar. They came out and quoted us the work and why we were having the issue.     Its good to have someone local that does good quality work. My basement was completely framed with no plumbing. Norman and Brandon came and installed a sewage pump, did the rough end for shower and installed water lines for the sink. So far everything looks superb.     Norman and Troy (and son) were extremely helpful and gracious especially the first time Norman came out to re-light the pilot light on my hot water heater tank and explained that I would eventually need to replace it due to its age. About a month later, the pilot light went out again (late Saturday night), so I opted to replace the tank and avoid another cold shower. Troy was very kind to return my call that evening and agreed to come out the next morning to change out my tank. Troy and his son arrived as promised, replaced the tank and even suggested I contact my HVAC tech to fix my gas pipe to avoid any carbon monoxide issues. Thank you, Norman and Troy!!     Last week, we discovered a water leak in a service line at one side of our property. I called Troy and Sons first thing in the morning, and they were here to help by lunchtime. In order to make the repair in the service line some extra work needed to be done inside the house. All the work was done well. It looks neat, clean and sturdy, which is an improvement on the original pipe work that came with our house. The work site was left clean and orderly in our garage and the yard put back in place where he had to dig. All this was done at reasonable price. Troy and Sons are knowledgeable, hard working and reliable. We will be calling them again if we need plumbing services in the future.

    In a world where good service is rare, Troy and Sons stands out. Im still trying to process just how grateful I am for calling the number listed on the website. It was after hours, and I didnt expect anyone to give me a call back until the morning. Within 5 minutes, the owner called me and wanted to know how he could help. Our downstairs had flooded due to the main water pipe bursting and we had to shut the water off to the house. He assured me his team would have it fixed quickly. By 6AM the next morning, two gentlemen showed up to assess the situation, and by 2pm we had a new water main and running water. While the service was simply outstanding, it is worth noting that I felt like I was being treated like a family member. I was a complete stranger to this man, and he helped me like my father would have if he were still alive. Troy and Sons are my plumbers, and they should be yours too. There arent enough stars to give an accurate rating for these guys. Im very grateful and thankful for everything they did.

    The service received from this company was exceptional. I was able to get an appointment with the very next day after calling. BJ and Cameron came fully prepared and were transparent the entire time. As a teacher, I like to learn and understand how things worked. These guys answered every question I had. Not only did they fix the issue I called for very quickly, they also taught me quite a bit about water heaters! Will use this company again for any future plumbing needs.

    I have only great things to say! BJ & Brandon came out to our house to fix a toilet issue.
