    Great service experience with Mr. Rooter. I had a wonderful, knowledgeable tech named David. He explained the process step by step. He informed me of what was required to make the task a success and provided a preliminary estimate. If problems arose he let me know how it would be resolved and the time frame necessary. He did all this in addition to cross training Aaron. Mr. Rooter and David are keepers.

    The plumbers are highly experienced and thoroughly explain everything to their customers. I believe it’s important to understand the issues and their causes when repairing a home, and this company sincerely explains every step from start to finish without hesitation, encouraging customer questions.     Mr. Rooter is a professional and reliable company. They came to our home and was inspecting a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom that went down stairs, upon inspection David and hes team advised us we need to look further into the damage because it looks like its a bigger problem than just what we can see. they called American water damage, who came out and found that there was damage to the entire bathroom upstairs, mold, and was not suitable to live in. Without them we could have had unforeseen hazard happen to our children our our selves. David and hes team really showed they cared for my family and our health.

    HIGHLY recommend this company . We had gas leaks (4) under our house . Gas has been turned off to address this issue . My husband spoke with Rhett sent someone immediately to address our issues . Technician was amazing. Friendly , upfront , and explained the leaks in detail and where. Went over payment (which is affordable) 🙌. Issues fixed and gas getting turned back on . Not only kept our family safe but great job as well. USE THIS COMPANY! We were desperate to find someone who was affordable and precise .     Pascual and Alan did a wonderful job of assessing the damage to my water pipes and repairing it. Importantly, they were able to clearly explain to me what was going on.     We had a slab leak under our house and our technician (Jeff L.) did a fantastic job locating the leak, getting it repaired timely and the excavators he used to tunnel under the house were top-notch. They left the yard/area looking as though a tunnel had never been dug. Jeff was upfront with the process, showed up when promised, met the inspector at the house to make sure the repairs were acceptable and was very friendly. If another need should arise, I wouldnt hesitate in calling Mr. Rooter and requesting Jeff to come back out to the house to diagnose the problem.

    I used Mr Rooter because I had a great experience using them in the past. Sinatra Allen quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me an estimate. Fortunately, there was no change to the estimate once he was able to get access underneath my home. Sinatra took the time to answer ‘all’ of our questions and explain everything. He gave me peace of mind. As I had experienced before, I felt very safe having Sinatra in my home; he is personable, professional, trustworthy, so friendly, pleasant, happy, and everything you would want from a plumber/repairman in your home.     Pasquale did an amazing job, fixed the broken pipe and also installed a new garbage disposal he went above and beyond by adjusting and extending the pipes so there is enough space thereby preventing the pipe from broken. Thank you sir.

    We had a midnight water heater leak on Saturday and called Mr. Rooter. Kevin helped us on the phone to make sure we got water and gas shut off safely. He also explained potential issues regarding galvanized pipe in our old house so we wouldn’t be surprised. Jeff DuBose came out on Sunday morning and was able to give us a cost estimate and get cold water back on for us until we could get a new unit on Monday. He just finished up the job, and I’m writing this immediately because he was the most knowledgeable, pleasant, personable, and genuinely concerned plumber I have encountered. Thank you Jeff!

    Long review, but explains my reasons. First I have to say that Kevin is by far one of the most professional plumbers I’ve met in my life. He went far above and beyond what anyone could hope for. We started with what we thought was a clog that turned into a pretty extensive repair. To boot my daughters sweet 16 party was the following Saturday, and the Thanksgiving holiday mixed in. He was able to get the large repair done in time- the dig crews left the yard better than they found it, and my daughters party was not affected in any way. I’m grateful for the amazing service and will call them anytime I need anything plumbing related. I highly recommend.

    This is my second time using Mr. Rooter and Im very pleased with the service. They are responsive and professional and theyre communicative about the service, the pricing, and will answer all questions. Our water heater broke down on us on one of the coldest days of the year. Unfortunately due to the treacherous road conditions, we werent able to get someone on site, but their technician Ben Adams was able to help me troubleshoot it over the phone. He provided me with a quote and we were able to get it scheduled for the following day. Replacing it took some time, but it was well worth it. They did a thorough job, and explained the process throughout. Thank you Mr. Adams, Mo and Chris for your work to get us our hot showers back :)

He was able to explain the issue I was having with my water heater and even informed me that it was from 2004.He was able to get it replaced and it was with a heater made in the USA which I really like.     I had the experience of plumbing issues that every homeowner deals with. Marcus and Armando came quickly and discovered the issues and was very detailed to what was happening and providing detailed recommendations.     Mr. Rooter of Rockwall. Eugene Jackson came out when my tankless water heater stopped working. He was easy to work with, and very fair in pricing. I paid just under 4k, when another company said it was going to be 8k. He completed the job in one day, and had my wife back singing in the shower sooner than later.

    READ THIS REVIEW!!! Absolutely outstanding experience!! Subcontractors in my neighborhood destroyed my main sewer line while laying fiber optic lines for AT&T on a Friday and DIDNT TELL ME! I had sewage coming up through drains by late Sunday evening. I contacted Mr. Rooter who immediately sent their technician, Bryan Lee, out to my home ASAP. Let me just say, that he was amazing. He worked until 2 am or so the first night and returned the next 2 days to continue working (with a great attitude) in 100 degree Texas heat. He diagnosed the problem, alerted me to other issues that I absolutely need to address before selling my home, took pictures of all of the damage, and he even hunted down the workers working in my neighborhood to discuss the issue on my behalf and obtained the information I would need to file a claim. Mr. Lee was the very definition of Above and Beyond!! My family and I were so grateful and I felt very well informed about pricing and the process for repairs. A major issue was handled perfectly and made the whole experience virtually stress free. Thanks Mr. Rooter and a big thanks to Bryan!

    I had a TERRIBLE back up on Memorial Day and called my home service warranty. Their technician came out on Thursday and could not unclog the drain. I called Mr. Rooter after they left and a service technician was out in 45 minutes!! Bryan was the technician and he was great!! He explained what he was going to do, provided an estimate, and was able to unclog the drain within the hour!! Thank you Bryan!! The dispatcher I had spoken to was also very friendly and helpful!! Owner Mark McGaughy came out because we had reported an issue with our water heater just before the pipe busted.     I woke up on Tuesday (10/29) with water leaking from two spots in the middle of my ceiling, onto my downstairs floor and couch. Panicked to say the least! My neighbor in the Town-home community had fortunately just used Mr. Rooter and service technician Moises (Moses) earlier that morning with great satisfaction.My neighbor gave me the cell phone number of Moises, (Moses), withMr Rooter, and Moises returned my call so very promptly, and scheduled a visit to investigate and diagnose the source of the leak within a few hours of the call. I was truly impressed with Moisess quick response, professional demeanor, and thoroughness with investigating and fixing my copper pipe ceiling leak.The next morning, Moises, Armando and Marcus came back to replace roughly ten or more ceiling copper pipe joints that were old and in need of replacement/repair, as my town-home is 35+ years old.Moises, Armando and Marcus were exemplary in every way.They were timely, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of the work that was being done. I could not be more satisfied, and their work was a wonderful combination of craftsmanship and artistry. They were even able to clear a slow moving shower drain that hadnt drained properly in years!I cannot recommend Moises, Armando and Marcus with Mr. Rooter enough! They will be my plumbers for every plumbing need going forward.

    I called several companies to come out last night because my tub faucet would not turn off. When I contacted Mr. Rooter they took my information and within 10 minutes a service tech Matthew G. called me back and said he had just finished a job and would head my way in 30.     We had a problem with a water line that ran under the house and was causing our toilets to back up. It had happened in the past and cost us a lot of money to have repairs done. We had tried several different plumbers before and none of them actually fixed the problem. They would just basically put a Band-Aid on it and leave as fast as they could. Then we found Mr. Rooter. I cannot recommend this company high enough! They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to correct our problem. My dad is elderly and sadly people have tried to scam him before but Mr. Rooter stayed true to their estimate. They even rehung our shower curtain and was very mindful not to let our dog out the door! They would not leave until our problem was solved and we are so thankful to have found them!     It is always a bummer when you have plumbing issues but good customer service and quality work can make the experience less miserable. We discovered a leak in our water heater and quickly called to schedule an appointment. They had a team at our house within 30 minutes. They quickly helped us turn the water off and set up our 2nd heater so it would work until the next day when they could come back and repair the two heaters. The next day Brett and his colleague returned bright and early and spent the day working hard to get our water heaters replaced. They were respectful and kept me in the loop as they worked so I knew what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they came with their own carpet booties/shoe covers. I have had other companies come and get annoyed when I have asked them to cover their shoes or remove them. Overall was a great experience considering the unfortunate circumstances.     I had a drain problem with my kitchen sink, Armando and Marcus came out to diagnose problem not remembering I had a warranty. Marcus and Armando were able to get water to drain during their diagnosis. They gave me good tips on garbage disposal and drainage system. Will definitely call back if needed.     Our kitchen sink was profoundly clogged, as I could not clear it with plumbers snake or water jet. The technician brought a bigger, better snake, and got things cleared out.He checked our not-at-all-new pipes and found them to be in good shape. It was a relief that he was not looking for expensive additional work.He also gave us a bio-cleaner at no charge with detailed instructions on how to get the drain cleaner still.Thank you!

    Moe was extremely quick and efficient; we had an emergency on a Saturday night and Moe was extremely communicative about his ETA, no waiting around. It was the end of a long day with a fussy baby, and Moe was empathetic enough to take extra care to be quiet. He had to use a torch and our son still didnt wake up once. He is personable as well, I felt like I had a friend over helping me out. Do yourselves a favor and ask for Moe the next time you call Mr. ROOTER (as you should, Moes quality of work was stellar). AND GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE/PROMOTION. Mr. Rooter couldnt ask for a better ambassador for their brand.

    After our laundry room flooded, a service visit confirmed the washer was fine, it our washer drain that was clogged. It took the washer repair company 4 days to visit; I called Mr.Rooter the next morning and they were out that afternoon. Our tech Clint Walker was very professional, knowledgeable and personable.     I want to thank you for sending Carlos Esposito to determine where I had water leaks under the house. He was very professional, and explained everything he was doing including showing me his video camera of the damage under the slab. He explained the cost and how I I could get financing. Following this he sent a group to tunnel under the house and made all of the repairs including replacing the flange under the downstairs toilet as well as replacing the toilet at my request.     Abel and David were very easy to work with today on our new water heater install. I was actually able to talk to Abel on the initial call in and he was out within an hour. My fiancé is an engineer and extremely well versed in all things technicals/electrical/plumbing regarding our house. He is often skeptical but could tell the techs knew what they were talking about. I appreciated the way the handled all our questions. We ask a lot! They were tidy, clean, thorough, efficient and highly skilled. We appreciate that we werent dead in the water for very long!

    Matthew exhibited excellent performance throughout the entire service call to clean out the stopped-up drainage system and made a good case for using the camera system to find and identify the location of the underground break in the drain pipe outside the home near the cleanout. This image confirmed that the PVC pipe had separated and let invading tree roots penetrate the drain causing the water backup in the house. It also showed the location very accurately and identified where to dig so the pipe joint can be replaced which will save many hours of unnecessary labor and expense. The only glitch was that he failed to leave me a copy of the invoice which was remedied with a call to the Mr. Rooter Dallas office. I would use Mr. Rooter again, request Matthew by name, and wholeheartedly recommend this company for plumbing issues to anyone.

    Had a leaking pipe and called Mr. rooted and they called me back within the hour saying my tech was on his way. Our plumber, Pascula did an excellent job when he fixed the leak. He explained what the issue was and why it was leaking. He also explained what he needed to do to the wall in order to fix our leak. He was fast and cleaned up after himself. Five stars to the tech that makes this company shine bright.

    Clint came to service out house first thing in the morning! He was very poliet, and clean! (He wore shoe covers and was very respectful the house) he was even nice to our dogs!
