My RO spigot is working perfectly fine, and there are absolutely no leaks anywhere. Theodore was incredibly friendly and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge. Excellent, timely service with fantastic prices. I was pleased with the entire process. They provide consistent rates with no additional charges for emergency or weekend services. Luis was able to tackle an unforeseen leak that was found on a Friday evening, around 5:30pm. He promptly visited the same day for a diagnosis and returned the following day to resolve it. All of this happened in Dallas. Im truly satisfied with the service.

Every time i require plumbing services, be it a major or minor task, jake the plumbing pro always delivers top-notch work at a reasonable rate. i have absolutely no reason to seek elsewhere. over the course of 3 years, theodore, luis, and javier have collectively completed 5-6 tasks for me. the assignments theyve handled range from fitting a sink to plumbing an entire bathroom in my dallas home. they even installed a gas line for my outdoor grill. i couldnt be more satisfied with their work.

I had an emergency and when I called, they arrived the same day. After a representative arrived; I was told that theyd send someone else out the next day who specialized in steam pipes (or something like that). Well I received a call afterwards saying they would send someone else out that same evening. He came and the work was completed the next day (yesterday 1/28/20). They were professional and took into account that I didnt have heat so there were a sense of urgency and consideration on their part. The overall experience was a good one and kept my stress level down. I will be using them again soon.

The first company suggested that we finance the repairs, but the interest rate they were asking was exorbitant. Keen to explore other options, I remembered my neighbor mentioning Jake the Plumbing Pro, a company she had used previously. Their quotation was less than half of what the initial company demanded for the same job. Not only was their bid the lowest of the three I received, but I was also familiar with their quality of work from my neighbor. So, I was thrilled to choose them. Theodore and Luis contacted me, offering to commence a day early since they had wrapped up another job. After a week without running water, I was overjoyed to have them start. They efficiently completed the exterior line and kindly arranged for me to have some water supply until they returned the following day to finish the inside job. Theodore and Luis did a splendid job, meticulously cutting the walls and preserving the parts to make future wall repairs easier. They tidied up the unavoidable mess and even took the time to level the ground outside where they had dug. It was pure bliss to finally take a shower and enjoy running water again without emptying my bank account. I appreciated that they didnt attempt to exploit our situation by overcharging us due to our plumbing emergency. We were introduced to Javier from Jake the Plumbing Pro via a mutual acquaintance. He promptly answered our call and was actively engaged when we explained our well issue. We had previously reached out to an electrician and another plumbing service, but they couldnt identify the problem over the call and wanted to charge a substantial fee just for sending a technician to diagnose the problem. Javier, however, after understanding our predicament, asked for our Dallas address and arrived within fifteen minutes, no prior appointment or call needed. His proficiency in plumbing and wells was evident; he resolved our issue in just ten minutes. But Javier didnt just stop there; instead of just charging us and leaving, he took the time to educate me about the well, including parts he suggested replacing, along with cost estimates. He then proceeded to clean the tank and surrounding area, which hadnt been cleaned in over a decade. He only billed us $75 for his exceptional work, while other services typically charge around $100 just to send out a technician. Not only were we relieved to have running water again, but we were also genuinely impressed with Javiers efficiency and expertise.

My late spouse and I hired a plumbing service a lot in our old home in Dallas. Just last week, a leak detection vehicle detected a minor gas leak in the underground line on our property. The company policy meant our gas had to be turned off and the meter taken out until the repairs were done. luis and Javier from the plumbing team reacted almost instantly and not only repaired the underground leak, but also found and fixed a more severe gas leak at the water heater. Everyone from the plumbing team was very professional, patient, and really nice to deal with. I cant recommend this plumbing service enough.
