Liam also did an in-depth analysis of our heater, explaining the issues in simple terms, the implications for our heating, and gave us various solutions to tackle the issues. The technician, Damian, sorted out the problem, which was a malfunctioning capacitor, and carried out a comprehensive cleaning and check-up of both furnace units, including the condensers and coolant charges. He even took before and after photos of the entire process and took the time to explain each step - it was very reassuring. Although it was a little costly, they were amicable about providing a discount when asked. Damian was professional, courteous, articulate, and thorough.

My only gripe was that the diagnostic fee wasnt included in the total bill. Thats the reason we hire professionals, to identify and rectify the issues. If I were equipped with the knowledge to diagnose the issue, I would likely also know how to fix it. I dont mind paying a diagnostic fee if I choose not to proceed with the repair service, but I believe it should be encompassed in the total cost. This approach feels like double billing. It seems like an extra method to extract more money from clients. Id be hesitant to recommend if there are other service providers who incorporate the diagnostic fee into the total cost. However, if this is now a common practice in the furnace repair industry, then they seem like a decent company to consider.

True to their word, Liam and Nicholas arrived two days later and proceeded to install the new furnace. They even worked until 10 P.M. to ensure we had heat. I explained my problem to him, and we both concluded that it could be the capacitor causing the issue. I purchased the capacitor, but the furnace blower still wouldnt start. I reached out to Brad again, and he suggested the problem could be the motor, given its age of 23 years. He kindly guided me through the process of purchasing a new motor, even though it was a different brand. After spending around 4.5 hours removing and installing the new motor, my furnace is now up and running. The temperature in my house has significantly improved from the previous chilly 54 degrees. I contacted the company again the following day to express my gratitude to Brad. Big thanks to Brad!
