My husband already posted a good review for Tribeca Plumbing but I wanted to add a review of the post-plumbing-work cleanup. Tribeca hired a great tunneling crew to tunnel into our lawn and under our house - in 100 degree weather, I might add. Jay from Tribeca said youll hardly know we were here after they put things back and that is certainly the case. The crew of up to six people took two days carefully tunneling and two more days carefully replacing the dirt and turf grass. All the while, they were watering the displaced grass every few hours to help it re-establish once they put it back. They also had to take up our flagstones and they put them back down quite nicely. Top notch work by both the plumbers themselves and the dirt-moving crew. Highly recommended.

After about an hour of work they were unable to fix it and said we had a major issue and that we would need to demo the shower floor to fix. Jay was excellent! I needed a quick repair to replace the valves for the washing machine before the new one could be installed in my daughter’s new home. She was moving in that week so it was important to get it done quickly. Jay came out right away and replaced the valves, but he didn’t stop there. He also installed the washing machine we had that was dropped off in the garage and then fixed a leak in the tub that we had gotten much larger quote for. He worked quickly so we got it all done in less than an hour and 15 minutes.

Tribeca Plumbing has been my go to plumbing company since moving into a 100 year old house in Dallas, and they have been great every time I’ve called them. I’ve had a few pipes burst in the freezes, and they have always been super helpful, professional and reasonable. They will try as hard as possible to come the day I call (even if it’s super busy and even if that means coming outside of normal hours), and will work asap to fix any issues.

We recently had Tribeca replace our 1960s homes cast iron plumbing system with PVC. We werent sure at first that our home actually needed new pipes, so we had 3 other plumbing companies come out for an assessment, and they were all too lazy to do any thorough testing, quickly jumping to a sales pitch on full replacement. Tribeca was the last company to come out, and I was very impressed with Jay. He ran a camera as well as isolated the pipes under my house for a hydrostatic test to confirm that we had some major leaks. The following day, I decided to move forward with the work, and they had men working at my house with 12 hours. It took them in total about 4 days to trench under the house, replace the pipes, complete a city inspection, and backfill the trench, all while only leaving us without water only for a couple hours. Their pricing was the best out of any of the bids I got as well, 7K lower than the most expensive bid we received. I highly recommend them for any major plumbing work.

What a great experience! I had a pump go out on me at the State Fair of Texas and I would have been out of business for the day if not for Tribeca. Plumber was contracted to perform all of the repair work that was found during the inspection of our house prior to purchase. Before closing, they came out and ran a camera through all of our plumbing to make sure that what was underneath the house was move in ready.They were scheduled at 10am, they showed 15 minutes before 10am and was ready to go. Older house was purchased and the line at the meter was broken. They contacted the City of Dallas to initiate repairs. Once that issue was out of the way Jerrod and his team completed all of the tasks that were needed. During the repairs they did identify one other unknown issue. It was repaired at a reasonable price above what our initial quote was. The repair was justified and not a “oh we found a problem, let me charge you through the nose.”A few days later I asked them to come out to check something else out that was found after the fact. This round they sent their master plumber after hours to make sure that we were taken care of.Tribeca is a small local company and still by far more reasonable than most commercial companies. Plus you get the local service that used to be common place. Our house was built in the 50’s and we still have cast iron under ground. They could have sold us a re-pipe at $40,000 and we wouldn’t have been the wiser. They allowed and wanted me to stay behind the camera so I could see the condition. They explained the process as they were going through the exam. Said the cast iron looks good, and we should be good to go and then educated me on how to make sure our cast iron stays fit.Chances are, I will always call on them first to take care of our plumbing needs. Actually, it will happen sooner than I think, we need a new ice maker line, because it was located UNDER The house.

Tribeca has been AMAZING each time I have called! After having my foundation repaired, my worst fears of multiple leaks in my cast iron pipes were found. Tribeca diagnosed and had a crew onsite within a week and quickly dealt with the problem of replacing all of the pipes under my house with PVC at a VERY reasonable price. This project is/was messy but very well managed and contained despite all of the rain that took place while the tunnels were dug and re-filled. The plumbing team - Jay, Ramon and Josea - were phenomenal. I highly recommend this crew and company to deal with any and all plumbing needs.

Tribeca came in with the best bid to upgrade our home gas system to provide more pressure to run a pool heater.We shopped around and they had the right attitude, best bid and the most responsive to questions.Our work involved supplying and installing gas regulators, adding hard pipe and fixing gas fittings that were bodged from a previous company.They got us through the gas inspection and handled all city permits and follow thought.They work fast, used overshoes in the house, left the work areas tidy and always tried to make sure we didn’t go without gas too long (which is important because we have little kids that need daily baths).Above all they’re really nice people and great to work with.

We had a tankless water heater issue spring up out of nowhere recently. After calling half a dozen different plumbers who had different reasons for not coming out or why they dont service our style of water heater, I reached out to Tribeca. They had somebody there to take a look at it within 30 minutes and had it diagnosed in about another 30 minutes. When the repair turned out to not be the actual water heater, but a wiring problem that had caused a small fire previously, Tribeca quickly dispatched electricians to take a look at the wiring and initiated the repair immediately after my authorization that day. Amazing and Thorough service and saved me from having to buy a new water heater.

Jay at Tribeca installed a water pressure regulator to reduce my homes water pressure from 95 psi. He was quick to come out and was very knowledgeable. The project came in on the low range of his estimate, and Jays work was first class.My only reason for taking one star off was that there should be a form of confirmation of appointment time either by call, text, or email. Jay came on the verbally indicated time, but I didnt hear the doorbell and thought the appointment may have never been scheduled given no confirmation. Jay then had to go on to a following job before coming back later that afternoon, and my work schedule was thrown off a bit to accommodate.

I return home at 8:00 pm from being our of the country to find that my sprinkler system had been running for more than 3 hours. I could not get the Rain Bird System to turn off. I googled a 24 hour plumber and found Tribeca Plumbing, Inc. I spoke to Richard, who did not hesitate to calm me down and told me he could be at my home in 10 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived within 10 minutes, and within another 5 minutes had the system turned off. He recommend replacing the old value that needed to be replace. He explained why it happened and how easy it would be to take care of so this would not happen again. He is an honest man that care about his client and you can tell he loves his work. I will recommend him to any and everyone that needs an honest plumber!

My mom initially called another plumber who said she had a clog in her sewer main and he then spent several hours trying unsuccessfully to unclog it. He gave up without resolving the problem because he couldnt really tell where the clog was. I thought we needed someone with the right camera equipment to inspect the sewer main and tell us what was up. I found Tribeca after a Googe search and called them at 9:00 on a Monday morning. By 11:30 that morning, Jay was at her house with a state-of-the-art camera and he was able to locate the clog in a section of pipe beneath the master bedroom. The diggers came out Tuesday morning to excavate under the house, the plumbers replaced the pipe that evening and the diggers filled the hole back in right after that. Everything was done by Tuesday night and at a very fair price. Everybody we dealt with at Tribeca was courteous, competent and professional. I highly recommend Tribeca if you have a plumbing problem.

I initially contacted Tribeca for installation of a sump pump but when Jay came out he noticed that I had some french drains that had been covered up. He suggested I let him unclog those and see where channeled the water to before proceeding with sump pump installation. He spent about two hours and was able to find the egress points of the french drain system that were buried under about six inches of dirt. This was why they were not draining correctly. He cleaned them out and got them functioning again. He ended up saving me a ton of money. I was expecting north of $2,000 for a sump pump installation. But because of his honesty and integrity he found a better solution than just installing a sump pump, saving me $1500+ I dont think many others would have had my interest in mind and just would have sold me a sump pump installation. Im very grateful for Jay and Tribeca and wholeheartedly recommend this company based on my experience. They are definitely my go to plumber from now on!

After years of clogged sewer line issues (about once a month) in our 34,000 sq. ft. commercial building with 6 restrooms, we called Tribeca for a second opinion on the permanent fix. Blake ran a camera and found multiple issues with our 40 year old cast iron drain system. Best solution to avoid the frequent mess, smell, and inconvenience for our tenants? 300 feet of hand tunneling one shovelful at a time under the building and complete replacement of underground sewer/drain lines. No other plumber we called had the time or resources to perform such a major job. Our usual plumber did concur that the pricing was fair. Tribeca was able to start the tunneling within two days of our signing the proposal. This was a major undertaking, but progress was steadily made and Blake kept us apprised daily. Moreover, with a 40 year old antiquated system, more and more things cropped up as the job progressed, as was explained and anticipated right up front. Each time, the newly discovered issue was thoroughly explained, and more importantly, the additional pricing for the unanticipated item was fair and honest. Total job was completed in about a month, which is typical, and done in such a way as we were never without bathroom facilities for more than about 1 hour during the whole month. Am I happy about spending $150K on a plumbing repair? Not at all. But I could not be more pleased with Blake and the crew at Tribeca. I highly recommend them, and they are now our usual plumber, hands down!

Blake came over at the last min (after another company canceled on us) and was able to quickly assess the problem, and came up with a solution so we could turn the water back on while things dried out. Super friendly and professional and really knew what he was doing. But it did not stop there… we asked for an estimate to repipe our shower because the water pressure was terrible (and since he was here why not). That’s what 2 other plumbers suggested would have to happen. He said you don’t need to do that, took a look at it and fixed it in less than 10 mins. He obviously knows how plumbing works, did a great job and was very nice and did not charge us a ton of $! We will now use this company for plumbing and will recommend it to everyone! Could not be more satisfied!
