Ive got to say, Carlos & Sons Plumbing & Electrical is one of the top heater repair services Ive come across. When my heater failed to warm up this season, I reached out to a well-known referral service to get a company to fix it. The company they dispatched carried out a supposed diagnosis and evaluation. They concluded that the compressor was faulty and that I would need to swap out the external unit and coil. However, being the doubter that I am, I opted for a second opinion. I got in touch with another company for an evaluation of the issue. Damian, the technician, gave me his assessment and contrary to what the previous company had told me, I quickly found out that I did not need to change the compressor and coil at all. ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSIVE! We were gearing up to put our fathers house on the market when a certain smell of gas was pointed out by a real estate agent. He made a point of accompanying me during the city inspection. We have several rescue pets, and Brad and Liam were always mindful to ensure their safety. Liam even rescues cats, and Brad is a passionate animal lover and rescue advocate. Ive found that animal lovers are often compassionate and genuine in other areas of their lives as well. The system test went exceedingly well! I am thrilled with our new heating system! To my pleasant surprise, they responded the same day with utmost professionalism. Remarkably, they managed to fix the issue in that very visit. Its been a few weeks since then, and my AC system is still running smoothly. During my frustration, I even mentioned that I was ready to replace the entire HVAC system if needed. They could have easily exploited my desperate situation, but they didnt. At first, I was told that certain parts were in need of replacement, estimated to cost around $3,000. Before leaving, nicholas made sure both thermostats were set up the way we wanted them. Despite the power outage at their own office, they still managed to figure out the best solution to help me out. Damian handled the operational task while Brad offered his expertise on the subject. Suddenly found myself without heat on a chilly Sunday morning, but thankfully, Nicholas was able to promptly send a technician to diagnose a malfunctioning reversing valve. The part needed was a special order, but they managed to procure it rapidly. When it was time for installation, Damian came out and discovered that the real issue was a misdiagnosed part with some frayed wires. Unlike many other companies that would have installed the part and charged me $1800, they only billed me for the initial service call and repaired the wiring free of charge. I highly commend the ethical and trustworthy behavior and workmanship of Damian and the company here in Dallas. Their AC repair service is commendable.

Nicholas arrived promptly to provide me with a quote for the installation of a new heat pump, replacing my old HVAC heating/AC system. The estimate was fair and came with a 10-year parts and labor warranty. Later, Gary and Liam arrived, also punctually, to install the heat pump system. Despite a tricky layout in my townhouse, they worked tirelessly until late in the evening to complete the job in one day. After installation, the system was functioning perfectly. As the weather started to warm up, Nicholas returned with Liam to check the refrigerant gas/liquid levels for cooling by the heat pump. They efficiently added the necessary refrigerant to meet the heat pump specifications, doing so in a professional and friendly manner. Im pleased to report that the system appears to be cooling as expected. Furthermore, I must mention the excellent communication provided by the team. The individual who answered the phone and coordinated the entire process was a real asset to the team. It was always a pleasure talking to her when scheduling visits by the technicians and receiving emailed information. In conclusion, I am an extremely satisfied customer.
