    My plumber, Donnie, arrived on time just like he said he would. He reviewed my existing water heater installation and explained to me in detail what he planned to do regarding the new installation. He explained the additional parts that needed to be installed to bring the installation up to code with prices for each item. After I agreed, he went to work and finished the job in a short time. He explained what he had done, the operation of the water heater, and location of owners manual. He cleaned up the work area leaving nothing behind. Overall a smooth experience with a professional gentleman.

    I had a great experience with Home Depot’s same day water heater service! We were in a bind trying to prepare to move into our new home, and the service was done quickly and professionally by our serviceman. We also spend $1800 less than what another plumbing company had quoted me just earlier that day. Would definitely recommend!!

    We bought a new sink from our local Home Depot in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Your plumber, Cary Dodd, was outstanding! He sounded friendly, happy, and enthusiastic when he called to say he was on his way. Arrived on time, showed his ID, shook my hand, and was eager to get to work. He narrated everything he was doing, but wasnt annoying about it in any way. Informative, great attitude, quick, efficient, and did outstanding work--and did a great job cleaning up after himself.     I went into home depot, asked the service desk about installation of a new water heater, and received a phone call before I even left the store (on a Sunday even).Same Day Water Heaters sent their plumbers out with my heater the next business day. They called ahead, installed the heater, and were done with cleanup and paperwork within 45 minutes, hauling out the old heater for me.They also caught my water heater up on code (when other contractors didnt even acknowledge it was out of code). This was more expensive than originally quoted, but I suspected it would be given how thorough they were and how out of code I was.All in all, I can confidently recommend this completely hassle-free service. Theyre affordable, fast, and courteous. They treated my dogs and home as if they were theirs and I appreciated how thorough they were.The new tank is working flawlessly and the hot water was flowing exactly when the installers said it would be ready.Ill generally be utilizing them for as many services as they offer in the future.

    Top-notch plumbing services. The technician (Jerry) was very courteous and respectful. He explained in detail the work being performed.     Shawn Brown was very nice and professional. He did a great job.I would like to say that the company should be able to give the name of the plumber when the job is done. When the plumber does a great job and is very nice. its not easy to remember the names when you have an incredibly lot going on in your life why should a great plumber lose out on rewards because you cant remember the name and the company wont tell you.     Dodd Cary was very professional and friendly during the install. He showed us how things were, quizzed me about the water line. It looked different from what he was expecting, but after removing the old said it was just a different type than what he expected. Everything went well for the rest of the install. No issues, running as expected.

    Same Day Water Heaters issued a quote on the water heater. It was a Rheem 50 gallon 6 year model from Home Depot. The quote for installing it required a plumber to be on-site. The cost will depend on the city’s code. Also, the current setup (connections, drain pan, height from the floor, etc.) on the house. Before buying the house, our inspector pointed out issues. He said the connections were not “up to code”.Brandon Andrews arrived on time, as well as calling us before arriving. He explained what new connections he was going to install. He pointed out some cost savings. Putting a pipe through the storage room walls would cost more. He checked Mansfield’s code online to make sure he was up to date and complete.His tools were professional quality. He laid them out in a functional pattern on the garage floor. He was an efficient worker.He did some tests, including the pressure relief outlet. Then he took photos of the water heater, along with the serial number.He scheduled an appointment with the city inspector. He told us when to expect him.At the end, Brandon showed the receipt on his tablet to sign.Yet, the inspector did not come. I reported this to Same Day Water Heaters. It turns out the there were more tasks than the city inspectors could handle. They will call back. So far, nothing from the city inspectors.*** Update ***11/11/2022Same Day Water Heaters called back. It seems Mansfield is the only city in their operating areas that still has Covid precautions using remote inspection. Arlington, where I moved from, has on-site inspections. A plumber will be available to give Mansfield the remote inspection on Wednesday.Same Day Water Heaters was very kind. They called to apologize for the inconvenience, explaining my new citys rules, and sent a Home Depot gift card.

    Quality plumber and Service.. Plumber installed hot water tank and it removed old one. Plumber noticed a leak behind the hot water tank. Cut drywall and replaced several pipes that were leaking. Had calcified with hard water. Plumber asked me what system was that. I told him that I was informed by plumbing company that put it in Pippin Brothers that it was a hard water softener. I learned that day that it was a filtration system, not a water softener.. it was getting punched in the face. my plumber was professional and took care of it. When initially installed it, they had filtrate filtering back to the tank, not the whole house. he had to reconfigure the filtration tank. had to add that pipe take was configured too,. he had to redo all that. told me if I went to Home Depot and bought a hard water softener he would install it. I went and got one and he installed it. I was satisfied with the service in this plumber, but it was like he had to fix with another supposed license contractor and company did which was a lot and maybe his pipes wouldn’t even broke and calcified over had that been a hard water softener, not a filtration system. we also installed the toilet, but didn’t just install it like a parts changer. He showed me that the seal underneath was broken and rusted so then we changed that also and he all the way the old one. will definitely be using this service and this plumber again they have my upmost confidence. I do not trust any plumbing companies specifically pippin Brothers to accomplish any plumbing needs.

Explained the reasoning for what was needed and why it was necessary .     Satisfied with Blue’s service. He is well mannered and concise with his communication! This is the second water heater Blue replaced, fist one was a year earlier. As soon as I saw him come for this second one I felt convinced he was going to do a great job which he did without any supervision from my end. Only wish I have similar experience with other handymen / workers that do jobs at my home!

    It was time for a new water heater. I contacted Home Depot and they sent Henry Strait with Same Day Water Heaters. Henry was absolutely amazing. He was both professional and personable. He explained his processes very thoroughly and why changes had to be made to get things up to code. Henry was also efficient, and I feel like he managed his time well and got things done in a reasonable amount of time.     I contracted with this company through Home Depot to replace my hot water heater. The office staff and Bradley were all polite and friendly. They explained everything on my initial phone call, then when I called back to schedule the service they reviewed everything. Bradley called me the day of service to let me know he was on his way. He greeted me and was friendly and polite during his visit. He and his partner looked at my existing water heater, explained the work needed to bring it up to code and gave me a new quote. The work was done quickly, and they cleaned up the area before they left. I give them 5 stars.

    I had a very positive experience using Same Day Water Heaters contracted through Home Depot. After submitting the online form from Home Depots website, I received a phone call from them almost immediately. I had called several other companies and no one else would even give me a price range - some were requiring a charge to just give me an estimate. I was made aware that there could be additional costs to bring installation up to code. My installer, Mr. Scott Kidd, called 30 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived promptly. He was professional, courteous, and quick. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

    The first person that came out botched up the installation of a new toilet. I called the main number and they sent a different person out. His name was Levi Chasteen and he was remarkable. He basically unassembled and reassembled everything. He was patient, friendly, and very professional. He had all the properly maintained tools he needed. He completely changed my attitude about the company. He was respectful of my house and returned everything to a clean condition before he left. I would gladly welcome him back into my house for future projects.

    Our water heater gave out late one weeknight. We were looking up prices on Home Depots website and noticed that we could get a free estimate for installation. We submitted a request. Within 15 minutes that night Same Day Water Heaters called us, set up a plumber to come out the next morning. The plumber (Decker)called to let me know he would be here in the next hour, explained everything to me, went over transparent pricing, and installed the new water heater within 35 minutes of me signing the agreement. Our plumber, Decker, was very professional, helpful, transparent, and experienced. Decker had us taken car of quickly. We are very satisfied.

    Oh my these guys were so quick to respond. This is Home Depot vendor. Called two others and this was the best price and came the same day. Walter was excellent in explaining the service upgrades required to meet code.     Our water heater busted in our elementary school and we had a huge mess in the hallways early in the morning. Once I contacted same day water heaters Richard was sent out the next day. He was very professional and very nice. He introduced himself to our front office staff, was shown where the problem was, got to work and made contact with me to let me know he was done and that he would send the estimate as soon as it was ready. He took the time to answer a few questions I had regarding the water heater. The next morning he contacted me by phone to let me know the estimate was ready and was being sent to my email, asked if I had any other questions, or if there was anything else he could help me with.     Decker and his partner were awesome. I truly appreciate their work ethic, courtesy and attention to detail. They came in with paperwork ready, quote established, and materials. They gave me good vibes from start to finish...so, I felt comfortable enough to let them work without my observation (which I always do with workers in my home). They finished installing my tank in an hour or a few minutes less. They were far less than other guys I received quotes from to do the same type of installation and my equipment and labor warranty is by far better. Id recommend them to anyone.     Henry, the person that contacted me on the phone to setup an appointment was extremely helpful in getting a technician out to my residence, he went out of his way to get get them there ASAP.Brad, the technician assigned to my case arrived on time, introduced himself and showed me his badge. He explained that even though “Brad” was not on his badge, it was his middle name and that’s what everyone called him. He also went out of his way to clarify some confusion I had concerning the correct circuit breaker to the water heater. He removed the old water heater, installed the new one without any issues. He was professional, polite, friendly, and respectful. He answered all questions I had concerning the entire process. I felt comfortable with him and his ability to perform the task. He cleaned up and removed everything after the job was completed.

    We generally dont leave a lot of reviews, but we feel that the service we received from Celerino from Same Day Water Heaters & Plumbing was so exceptional that we really need to comment. Our remodeling project had required the adjustment of the gas line to our stove in addition to some final adjustments to the water supply to our dishwasher. Celerino came in and went to work immediately. Within a really short time he resolved the issue with water supply -- and did a tremendous job for the gas line for the stove. In fact, he very professionally moved the line to where it needed to be, then proceeded to ensure that everything (including the gas supply to the water heater) were back on and operating correctly. He not only cleaned up all of the dust from the cuts to the sheetrock that he had to make, but also too the time to thoroughly wash and rinse the area. He then made sure that the stove was put back in place without marking up the new flooring. He was so efficient and professional. It was great having him help us with this project. I would highly recommend him and the team at Same Day Water Heaters & Plumbing.

    I had a new Water Heater installed on 10/14/2022. I found the Service provided by Same Day Water Heaters & Plumbing Company to be exceptional. I was very pleased with the Plumber, Gabriel and his Son. Gabriel’s arrival was timely. He was Professional and Friendly. He explained what had to be done prior to install. The old heater was under warranty so he had to drain and remove the old Water Heater, take it to Home Depot and pick up the new Water Heater. He quickly returned, installed it and added a new Gas Flex line. He also pointed out water damage to my home that was caused by the old water heater leaking that I was unaware of, went over procedures for relighting the pilot in the event the pilot went out, explained the remaining years I had on the Water Heater Warranty and went over the City of Fort Worth Inspection. Kudos to Gabriel. I found the Company to be reasonably priced compared to the ridiculously overpriced companies I’d called for quotes. The Company also called after installation to make sure I was pleased with the installation. Will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.

    A young man named Blue handled our installation and I couldnt be more pleased. The placement of our water heater was a little challenging because of some recent construction, but he went the extra mile to make sure that our equipment was installed to code. The installation team set me an appoint same day and had a technician out the next day but gave me a discount because it was not on the same day.     Best Plumbers/Same Day Water Heaters were the contracted workers for Home Depot on 2 separate jobs we had done in a short period of time on our summer home. The first was a simple dis/re connect of toilets for our flooring project and it went smoothly. No messes left behind, polite, timely and informative workers (1 for disconnect 1 for reconnect- 2 times). Second project was disconnect of kitchen sink for new countertop and new sink reinstall. Through no fault of theirs (Countertop people jacked the install!) BBS ensured we got our sink connected as quickly as they could. Greg McNulty was exceptional!! I guess the new sink (plumbing wise) was much different than the previous one and nothing he usually used was fitting. So instead of rigging it to just making it work, he went all the way back to Home Depot to get parts. It was late on a Friday evening!!Greg knew I had been without a kitchen sink for over a week and really wanted to ensure I had a working sink. Although I will NEVER use Home Depot for any projects again, I wouldnt hesitate to use Same Day Water Heaters/BBS Plumbers. I would definitely request for Greg McNulty to be the plumber! Great guy and great company!!

    Water heaters are notorious for being a big pain when they go out. I needed a fast turn around for the new hot water heater. I called this company based on their relationship with Home Depot and could not believe the experience was exactly what Home Depot explained! Next day service, efficient install, work area was cleaned up, service technician was experienced and knowledgable, new hot water features were superior to last hot water heater and hot water in no time!     Though the first appointment went awry when the first installer had to be R/S the second appointment went as planned. Great job by Shawn and helper. Arrived as scheduled, quick assessment of what needed replacing and got to work immediately. Fast, accurate, thorough and professional. Also want to commend Roberta and other ladies in the office who arranged the visit. Roberta was very friendly and informative throughout the process.     Decker did a great job on our water heater installation - everything was explained well and completed in a very timely manner. The area was left clean and there were no problems. From discovery of problem in the late evening to complete resolution was less than 18 hours. Couldn’t ask for better.

    Our experience with this plumbing company was one of the best ever. The plumber, Edward Eherrera, arrived on time for the removal and installation of a new toilet in the bathroom connected to the master bedroom He worked quickly, was careful to avoid making unnecessary mess, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The installation was flawless. He put in a double wax seal to ensure against leaks and neat caulking sealing the base to the tile floor. Before leaving Edward broke down and folded the packing cartons and put them in the recycling bin. The toilet has worked flawlessly with no leaks whatsoever. During the visit Edward answered our questions and concerns; Our experience with this plumber was outstanding and we would have no hesitation in using him for future jobs or recommending him to others.

    Replaced two 50 gallon water heater tanks with a single 11 GPM tankless. The device is spectacular and the actual installation was flawless but the back office felt chaotic and disorganized. Overall I’d use them again but would like to see them straighten out the scheduling and coordination kinks.

    Same day service was so quick and easy! I was called immediately after selecting a hot water heater. I was not able to have installation that day because of the time I made my selection! Had I been earlier it could have been done the same day. The next day I received a call saying he will be here in 30 minutes and he was. He checked the roof, the attic to adhere to state regulations! Needless to say, I was very pleased with everything!

    They came out to confirm the price on installing a new water heater. After examining our existing water heater, they said they thought it was good and we just needed to get an electrician out to fix the problem. They were correct.
