After receiving a much higher water bill than normal, I called my regular plumber to see if they could come out. However, they were taken over by someone else and no longer served my area, so, I started looking for a replacement. I remembered a company that took care of my dad before he passed as well as my sister so I looked them up and gave them a call. We were able to schedule an appointment and Philip came out and assessed the situation. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several different options that we could try. However, with my home being more than 100 years old, I knew that there might be other issues hidden somewhere so we decided to replace the main water line from the city line to my house. I thought this would be the most cost effective in the long run. We discussed different materials and methods and then Phillip up wrote up a quote. It was less than others I had spoken to but more than I was hoping to spend. He then offered several financing options. I decided on an 18 month no interest loan. The cost was pretty steep, but with the quality of the materials that were installed being so much better than what was there, I know I made the right decision. It has been upgraded to an insulated pex pipe. There is now a shut off right at the house instead of out in the alley. I also have another main shut off for just the outside faucet in the back. I will be able to turn that off at any point. Actually I will be able to turn off either one at any point without any problems. No more trying to find the key that goes to the padlock and the back gate and struggling to get the cover off the city main and then turning it off there. I am very pleased with the work. One thing I did notice though is Philip did say it would take about 6 hours to dig out. It only took about two and a half. Their digging crew knew exactly what they were doing. They came in, got to work, and completed the job in a fraction of the time that Philip estimated. They were followed by Bobby Joe and one of his helpers. Philip estimated it would take about 4 hours to replace the line during which time we would have no water. However, Bobby Joe was able to get it taken care of in about 2 and 1/2 hours total. We were without water for maybe half an hour during this entire time. One thing that really please me on top of everything else, is that when they reconnected the new line they prefilled it so that there was very little air in the new pipe. I saw no dirt whatsoever coming through when we turned the water back on. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship and professionalism of every individual that I have encountered with Rescue Plumbing. I think that I have just found my new plumber. However, with the quality of their work, I may never have to call them again!

Overall great experience with RescueAir and their tech. They were very accommodating to our schedule. Tech arrived as they stated and was very respectful to us and our home. He was very informative and kept us updated throughout his visit. He was able to diagnose the issue and clear on the process to make proper repairs. I will follow up with review after repairs are completed.

Technician was extremely customer friendly... fantastic service. Polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Only issue was the sales approach at the end of the service call; which, sadly, all home repair companies do now! Not a hard sell but suggested 3 extra services that, IMHO, as a homeowner for 35 years, were absolutely not necessary just fluff to generate additional fees to the firm. Sad that our service industry has become a sales industry. I blame corporate greed. Its definitely not the technicians fault.

Rescue Air & Plumbing have been great to work with - Starting with the prompt confirmation and scheduling and helpful customer service of Naomi and Carolina to the professional service provided by Roman and Conner. From beginning to end, everyone was courteous and kind and ensured I had top notch service and my questions answered and issue resolved.Additionally, this company works 7 days a week so I was able to talk with the company on phone and via text on a Saturday for a Sunday appointment. This is great for those of us who work M-F 8-5! They keep you updated about your appointment time and provide notice within an hour so I was able to carry on with my day until they were ready for me, which was a nice change opposed to the 4-6 hour window range like many companies do. Another added bonus, once your technician is dispatched, the office staff sends you a text with the name and a photo of the technician who will be working with you!Once Roman and Conner arrived, they were professional and courteous. They had the uniforms and name badges clearly visible. They wore the protective shoe covers as needed for entering the home. They had to go into my arrive so they took photos of the equipment and were able to give me a good explanation of my issue, show me what they saw and were able to clearly explain my options and the cost for resolving. I appreciated the transparency and their ability to explain and answer my questions.Top notch professional company all around. They will definitely have my business as an ongoing customer and I highly recommend!

Just wow.We’ve had many plumbing and HVAC companies come through our home, unfortunately… and none have been as wonderful, efficient and thorough as Rescue Air!We’ve have received excellent customer service from this company. They maintain contact via phone, text, email, etc. I have always felt I am in the loop, in the know, informed and tended to at all times.Our technician Tyler Konopack though… cue standing ovation. This gentleman was professional, courteous, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my concerns and our home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he made me feel comfortable, always checked in with me about any questions or concerns I may have. We had a cooling emergency and were able to get service the same day. Roman was very courteous and professional and diagnosed my issues quickly. There was a safety issue with exposed wiring on my old unit that i didnt know about as well and I was thankful he pointed this out. He presented options for the repair with straight forward pricing that allowed me to make a decision quickly and confidently, and the crew did the work the next day. He even did a temporary fix to keep the house cool overnight.

Very helpful and offered suggestions.Calendar is pretty full at this time.Will be in touch with an electrician soon. Was quite surprised at the door with no notification call. Was told by office dispatcher there would be a call 1 hour before arrival. I would have liked to greet my service men in the light and with expectation. No worries, they came in and went right to work on the problem. Cant ask for more than that. They were both very curios and polite, knowledgeable too. Nothing but good.

EXCELLENT… would recommend 100x over! We had been with another air conditioning company who always seemed so “salesy.” Our systems continued to break down and be half fixed with them. It is absolutely NIGHT AND DAY with Rescue Air. They have excellent customer service and were able to fix our particular issue within a day, where the other company couldn’t even tell us a ballpark completion date and threw out time frames like “a week or two” to get back on their list to maybe get our AC back. Rescue Air is very transparent and our technician, Joe, had clearly been trained and was very knowledgeable. He took time to teach me what he was looking at while he worked. I appreciate him and Rescue Air so much.

We realized our AC was on the fritz on a Saturday afternoon. Joe was able to come out that evening to take a look at everything and determined we did need a new unit and he also clocked some issues left by a previous company. He went over the entire process with us start to finish and explained everything in great detail. He was also able to do a bit of work to get us through the night. Melvin and Austin showed up even earlier than we anticipated Sunday morning to do the install. They were so professional and courteous. They also discovered some additional issues that needed to be addressed and were able to get everything done without delay. The new AC unit is working great and we were able to crank down the thermostat for the first time in a long time. Highly recommend Rescue Air and Plumbing they took a stressful situation and got it fixed in record time!

All in all my experience with Rescue Air has been positive. Working with Alex & installation team (Adolfo & Julio) was a seamless process and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with them. I appreciated that they offered valuable insights on the best location / approach for ductwork and supply vents. Alex also walked me through the work at the end of each day to keep me in the loop.Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience working with the original sales representative, Jeff Payne. Jeff pushed me to start a sizable project next day by offering a discount, which I ultimately agreed to. The agreement was to map all supply vent locations the next morning, so the quote was intended to cover the entire project (never based on a specific number or location of supply vents). Long story short he tried to charge me an extra $729 based on my desire to have 2 supply vents in master bedroom vs 1. If this discussion had occurred before agreement on price, I would understand. However, this occurred after the fact and was ultimately a result of him cutting corners to rush into the job. While I tried to reason with him, unfortunately we couldn’t come to a mutual agreement so I got in touch with Alex (owner) who was able to complete the job to my specifications for the agreed upon price & provided excellent customer service.Aside from this incident, everyone I have worked with at Rescue Air has been great. I would also like to acknowledge Dean, who came out as Quality Assurance to inspect the work and provided great customer service.

Call this company immediately - you won’t regret it. I scheduled a service call and a tech was at my house within 2 hours yesterday. Joe K. was honestly one of the best technicians I have ever had at my house of any trade. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and gave me an in depth education on the multiple AC units in my house, options for a path forward on maintenance (not just the most expensive), and was completely straightforward in his professional recommendations. He even comped my diagnostic fee when he immediately realized the problem was not as extensive as I’d previously been told and didn’t need a complete unit inspection. He is the third HVAC professional I have had at my property this year and the only one who showed patience to teach me some important things about dealing with rooftop townhouse AC units even and genuine care for me to get to the right solution for my house even though it was close to 6 pm and probably the end of his day. It’s worth noting that the call team and office staff who I scheduled with were so friendly and communicative as well. Thanks Joe and Rescue!

I was having an issue with my air conditioning unit and tried to call the other company (supposedly with 24/7/365 service). I received a text message stating they would call the next business day. Roman with Rescue Air and Plumbing came out on a Sunday (during Labor Day weekend). He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. He is a wealth of knowledge and was wonderfully thorough in checking the entire system and providing workable recommendations for future care and maintenance. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Roman came by on a Sunday after us not having cold air consistently for over a week, diagnosed the unit indoors and outdoors with multiple tests was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step he was taking to narrow down the issue. He was persistent and my grandfather who is elderly has been dealing with the lack of cold air in the house and my brothers kids as well. Roman was super friendly and was able to determine the cause of the issue in a timely manner while also educating me on different causes of the problem to make sure we weren’t going to overpay for the repair or end up not having cold air at all during this hot month of July. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done right in a timely fashion and with friendly customer service.

Excellent service! Andre and Carlos came to check on why one of our bedrooms wasnt cooling off like the rest of the house. I was able to easily get an appointment, it was quickly confirmed and the day of the dispatcher let me know that the technicians were on their way, and they arrived about 15 minutes later. They were very polite and thorough, and when they were done they explained things well and ran through our different options for treatment. Reliable company. Joseph came out and in no time fixed a disconnect in our attic that had our ac working. His quick problem solving and judgement saved us headache of troubleshooting thermostat or focusing on the wrong things. He didn’t charge us anything for it. He addressed drainage problems and was honest about addressing that before he’d conduct any ac blowouts. Saved us money! He wrapped the session mentioning a yearly maintenance program, all in all showcasing great care and thought for our ac units. Good company for new homeowners to trust!

Best company youll ever work with. I had to deal with so many unprofessional companies, until I found them!The contractor I had at the house prior to them had an easy job to do, but instead destroyed my whole system. I was left without air in 100F weather for several days before they decided they were washing their hands of the problem.I couldnt stay without AC and I contacted Rescue Air to help me fix the damage that the other company caused me.At 8am in the morning I was on the phone with them, we agreed on the work to be done, and within a single hour a crew of installers and a supervisor were at my house starting a FULL system replacement.Call it a blazing fast service! They stayed until 10.30pm to ensure EVERYTHING was taken care of and working properly.They also have the best warranties around, no joke. Go with them!

I recently had Joe Kronenwetter from Rescue Air come out to repair my AC, and he was awesome!! He gave me a free diagnostic/estimate and quickly identified why my thermostat wasn’t working and that the AC fan was stuck.He was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the batteries and opened up the unit and found that a screw was out of place, causing some things to get lodged inside and stop the fan from moving. Despite unfortunately nicking his finger on the ac cover while opening it up, Joe identified and fixed all my issues very quickly and professionally.Joe gave me excellent recommendations for future upkeep, fan replacement, duct replacement, complete with an estimate of costs depending on what we decided to do further.The customer service person I spoke to was also very responsive when I initially called late at night to schedule a diagnostic and they instantly sent out an email confirmation. The scheduling and text updates were very prompt and helpful. They sent me a name and picture of the technician beforehand and called me when he was 30 minutes out.10/10 service— I would highly recommend Joe and will definitely call these guys again for any future HVAC needs!!

Overall Rescue Air is striving to do a good job. Things can go wrong during installation. Its all about the service and follow-up thats important. This company stands behind their work and they wont dissappear whenever something isnt working correctly.New update.We have 3 AC units and one was replaced by Rescue air approximately 4 months ago. Then approximately 2 weeks ago another AC unit stopped working. Roman came back to our home and brought his top technician David Kim. David said although one original unit is still cooling however, that its about to stop working soon. He ran a series of tests on the working unit and showed us that the 3rd AC unit should also be replaced. David Kim seemed very thorough and based on his findings we opted to replace two more AC units with Rescue Air.Second and third AC units that were replaced:Installation was a very long day, beginning around 8am and ending around 6pm. The lead technician was Saul and he had four helpers. It was extremely hot in the attic and we were concerned about their well-being. They are young and tufted it out. We appreciate their hard work! This installation didnt go as smoothly as the first AC unit that was installed 4 months earlier. For some reason they accidentally blew out the wrong AC pipe that was connected to our master bathroom which made a huge mess! But, once we informed the Rescue Air office they sent someone out to clean up the mess. The AC drain pipe that was supposed to be cleaned out was connected to an upstairs bathroom sink. It wound up over flowing and came through the ceiling into a downstairs powder bathroom. Once we alerted Rescue Air about this water issue, they sent a plumber technician out the same day on a Sunday and he cleaned out the drain. We kept a bucket underneath the sink, just in case it happens again. Its been 2 days now and only a little bit, approximately 2 inches of water is inside the bottom of the bucket. Its possible that the AC drain line is either cracked underneath this sink or, the clamp is not holding it tightly enough.First unit that was replaced:Roman, came out to our home and assessed our AC unit that wasnt working. He explained thoroughly about the existing system that is no longer being manufactured and about the newer system, that was proposed. He was completely professional and provided a replacement AC unit estimate. We currently have a Lennox system and Rescue air sells Lennox. Although his estimate was bit higher than another quote for a different brand named unit...Im considering buying the Lennox because they seem to be built well. I recommend Roman with Rescue Air.Update,: we purchased the Lennox HVAC unit from Rescue Air. Roman explained that the Lennox unit had a higher seer rating. So, its more efficient.The installation technicians were equally professional and cleaned up our floors whenever they were finished. There were 3 technicians. Saul was the lead technician. Very professional and polite.Followup:Rescue Airs technician Dean Dyslin did a great job in answering and fixing our concerns about our new HVAC system.We asked for a service call because....The new unit was noisy and my husband couldnt sleep whenever the blower would turn on. Dean was able to reduce the blower power and this reduced the noise. He was professional and friendly. Weve been happy with all of the Rescue Air team.

Cole Knable was our technician & went over & above to help us. He was training a new tech, so it’s good to know the young man is learning correctly. Our outdoor unit was making a terrible noise, but it was still cooling the house. He discovered several issues, fixed them & made some additional adjustments. He was professional, knowledgeable & got the job done. He did not hurry with the job. We were very pleased with the results & after he left, the house blew cooler air & the outdoor unit no longer made the terrible noise. You’ll be fortunate if they send Cole to your house.

I just had a new 5 ton Lennox 23 seer compressor and new fan, coil and heater installed in my home. The previous equipment was 15 + years old. Roman was the salesman and Austin and Saul were the installers and Hector followed up to re-install the antic stairs (needed more room for the equipment). From beginning to end it was a great experience. All were extremely professional, conscientious and pleasant. We were referred to Rescue Air by a neighbor two years ago and have not looked back. They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We worked with Joe on the initial diagnosis and he spent his evening explaining our AC issue and routes we could take. When it was decided to purchase a new unit, he walked us through all the options and costs. He was patient as we asked a thousand questions. The next day Melvin, Chris and Jose came out to install and they were wonderful. Kind, professional and thorough. We work from home and other than some noises, which were to be expected, my work day was not impeded much. They walked us through the final install and did a wonderful job cleaning up. You would never know we had a brand new AC unit installed if it wasn’t for the old unit sitting next to the shiny new one. Jeff @ Rescue Air was excellent. I don’t leave very many reviews but he and Rescue earned one from me! Jeff diagnosed the leak on one of my condensers in a few minutes. Gave me realistic options for repairs and explained the process. I agreed to the price and he called and had the install crew install and test the unit that afternoon. System now runs great and the install tech showed me what was done, made recommendations, and cleaned everything up. After taking care of kitchen and shower issues, we were talking about noticing washer was sometimes emptying into sink and dripping under sink. Jesse and Victor decided to check our clean outside clean out valve. Since auger wouldn’t go very far, they scoped it for video and there was a build up grim at what I call a U joint. Possible corrosion of cast iron pipe. Again we were scheduled next to dig and fix U joint. Jesse and Victor replaced the damaged drain. They also showed us the damaged pipe with nice size hole and almost completely blocked. This was all completed in 1 day with minimum disruption to our day’s schedule. We have had numerous plumbing issues over the years, this was the Best service we have used. Reasonable, Reliable Responsive

I contacted Rescue Air to have my 24 year old Lennox system replaced. They sent out Jeff to do the estimate. Jeff was very professional and straight forward. At no point did he have anything negative about the other HVAC vendors in town. His sales tactics were low-pressure, stressing the deals he had available. The calm confidence in the service in product he was selling was apparent in his presentation. He even handled my rushing through the estimate gracefully. This was the main reason that I decided to purchase RescueAir services through Jeff. They were able to do install the system less than 12 hours after finalizing the contract.They sent a 2 person crew out at 8am the following day to perform the installation. My crew was Saul and Austin. Much like Jeff, they carried themselves in a professional manner, and quickly got to work. It was obvious that providing quality service and installation was their priority. They were very friendly, and worked surprisingly quickly. Any issues that my old house threw at them, they surmounted much more quickly than I could.RescueAir is definitely a company that I would recommend for sale sand service of an HVAC system. The lack of high pressure sales tactics and talking badly about others vendors or products, was what really sold it for me.

We called Tuesday as our wifi thermostat would not connect/was dead, so we weren’t getting any ac. Cassie came out that same day and was very kind and professional. She explained everything as she went and helped me improve my knowledge of our system (I know nothing of AC). She was very cautious of keeping her shoe protectors on so nothing got dragged through the house, was very communicative, and gave me tips on how to take care of my ac system. She told me the reason it was turning off was the fail-safe to prevent flooding. The system was backed up and filling with water so it was automatically shutting down. She cleaned the outdoor unit and flushed the system, and got the AC up and running. Unfortunately it went down shorty after she left, but she managed to come back an hour later after her next call. She was apologetic the problem was persisting. She tried a few more things, more pressure , got it up and running, and let us know if it does it again we’d need to call in the morning for a plumber to come scope the line. Unfortunately it turned off again later that evening. The next day I called for a plumber, later finding out that Cassie herself was coming again. She came with more equipment and worked very hard to resolve our issue. She went all around the outdoors and up and down the house looking for where the water would lead out or the gases vented out. She got her manager on FaceTime and walked through everything with him trying to find if there was anything more she could do. In the end the issue was unable to be resolved, and a plumber will be coming tomorrow, but I greatly appreciate her determination to assist us and try to prevent matters from reaching the next more expensive step. She went above and beyond and drained the water from the unit that was sitting so that it would let our AC turn on so we could hopefully get a cool night in. She was very thoughtful and professional, but also personable and determined to help. I greatly appreciate that in a service provider. Its the kind of thing you look for to keep you coming back; people who seem like they genuinely care. As I said, our issue has yet to be resolved so my next review will hopefully be just as positive. The phone staff was also very pleasant and helpful, and the manager I exchanged texts with was also very prompt and responsive. Overall great experience thus far! Definitely recommend the company and specifically Cassie!Update: To further assess our issue, Kyle and Dennis came out, both plumbers, and they were able to locate both the exits for the AC and the water heater. The AC managed to stay on throughout the night, and when they checked the unit they didn’t see any water backed up inside. They originally were coming to scope the pipe but after further inspection told us we have an old copper pipe running from our unit and that to scope it would risk causing more damage since copper becomes brittle with age. They gave us a cheaper alternative solution if the problem should come back than was the ‘next step’ originally planned after the plumbers/scoping. They also discovered water in the pan of our water heater and gave us quotes for repairs. They weren’t pushy at all, and even cleaned up the water that was there. They left a paper towel in and said if it’s wet the next day we have a leak and to give them a call. Kyle was very friendly and answered all my questions without any signs of it being a bother. Kyle and Dennis communicated well both made me feel comfortable and that they actually cared about both getting our issues resolved and not gouging our pockets. Like Cassie they were very good about putting on their shoe covers so they didn’t accidentally track anything in the house. They even took the wet paper towels with them. Overall I have had an extremely positive experience with this company and the employees I have either talked to via phone or that have come into my home to perform the maintenance. I would very highly recommend Cassie, Kyle, and Dennis.Bryan did great!
