I really appreciated the way that Claytons team came in and helped us to solve our toilet issues. What I thought was going to be an expensive problem, turned into a quick solve. They provided honest, transparent pricing and didnt try to upsell anything. Moises worked quickly to get water valve fixed, fasten the toilet to the ground and replace necessary parts to get it up and running again. Im probably saving in water what I spent for them to come out! It was also great to have Clayton go above and beyond when dealing with my home warranty which is usually a hassle. He made sure they got what they needed so I could be reimbursed.

Really great response and service! Called for an emergency flood in my house, they had a crew free and sent right over! Crew was extremely professional and even educated us on how to prevent this from happening again. Really great team and will absolutely be using them in the future and recommending!

Clayton of Mai Plumbing was extremely helpful over the phone to walk me through what work was going to be needed to be done in order to replace my water heater and fix a small gas leak. His estimate was very close to the actual price and was way less than other plumber companies I called.Dave (the plumber) was extremely professional and did an excellent job informing me of the things he was doing.Mai has now come out to my property twice and both times the level of craftsmanship and professionalism has been top notch.

Jeremy & Matthew helped repair one of my busted pipes after the storm. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job! They even went around and checked every faucet in my house to make sure they were all working properly. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

I never write reviews. Hot water heater repair was fast & reasonably priced. Did not try to “upsell” us to a new unit. Had a minor unrelated issue a month later, and a plumber talked me thru that on phone in 5 minutes and it was fixed at no charge.

I have had them 3 times. My water heater (they were actually below their estimate). They hooked up my fridge when the prior plumbing company said it was impossible and on top of all that the plumbers are excellent honest and frankly friendly. Both of the named times going so far as to walk me through basic repairs. A truly professional and excellent company.

We had a great experience with this shop. Before finding these guys, we used a different plumber who couldnt solve the problem. It took Carlos and Billy about 5 minutes to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. Their website says plumbing with integrity. Id say thats spot on. Would recommend.

Despite me not being there when they arrived, and leaving before they handed me the invoice, and also getting blue on them because i didnt know that toilet tabs are bad for toilets, i got top notch service from these guys really professional, let us know about an hvac problem and recommended a great hvac person who came over did the procedure and left with no runaround. they had parts on hand they needed to replace and they came all the way out to carrolltonthey were a rec from an architect friend and i would def rec them to you!
