A good plumbing company always seems difficult to find. But here in Dallas, there isnt anyone better than Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning. They always answer their phones, are easy to schedule with quickly, and their team of plumbers are professional and courteous.Recently at our warehouse, we had a main sewer line back up. Rotor Rooter quoted us $10,000 to repair the main sewer line. Suspicious, I called in Hooper for a second opinion. They coordinated with a professional camera person to inspect the sewer line and didnt find any problems! Rotor Rooter would have been happy to bill us over $10,000 for work that didnt even need to be done!I couldnt more enthusiastically recommend Hooper Plumbing & Air. They are professional, honest, and always very responsive!

We received a phone call when Cesar was en route, and he arrived shortly after. He quickly diagnosed our AC issue within a few minutes and had the system up and running in no time. Its always slightly nerve wrecking as a woman having to deal with male contractors alone, however these guys never made me feel taken advantage of. Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

Replaced a furnace, air conditioner and replaced a hot water tank with a tankless model in 9 hours and did it professionally with good fit and finish. Had a backed up sink, called them, they said they could come the next day. Got a call later the same day and they said they could fit me in, so that was nice, one less day of a backed up sink. Painless process, ran the snake through the piping. Still not sure why such a process costs 150 dollars, but it is what it is (and yes I understand the price breakdown, but still, its opening a pipe and plugging in the snake).
