Old: Fixed several issues in my system, saved me money and was super thorough. I couldnt be happier. Kris Nash was friendly and super knowledgeable.Update: 5/27/2024 - the day before Memorial Day (today) my AC system gave up. It had developed a freon leak and as the system is a sealed system, a leak could not be repaired. Adding more freon would have just been a waste of money. So here we are, in need of a new system. Roy Ferrusca went over our options. Well there were financing issues and Edwin helped push through financing. Because it is Memorial Day, an install crew was not available. We were scheduled first thing on Tuesday morning. Ten minutes after Roy left, we got a call that a crew would be available to install in the next two hours. It is 5:24 pm and my AC unit is blowing cold air. So grateful to the folks at Willard/Boones for making it happen.

Amazing customer service! We have been a customer of Boones now Willards for a very long time. Yesterday one of our A/C systems stopped cooling. Our Technician, Roy Ferrusca, was not only expert and creative at what he does, but went out of his way to ensure we felt our years of loyalty were valued and appreciated. He found a workaround to a more expensive solution. He also managed to get an item covered under warranty that another company might have argued about. This was a level of service way beyond what weve come to expect. Will definitely recommend them and Roy in particular. Really knows his stuff and will go the extra mile plus for his customers. Jakob Maitland was an heaven sent. I had been having coil freezing issues and was quoted $5k to change to coils after $300 freon fee from another company.He came in and found the damper closed. Opened it and air conditioning has been working like new.He was very knowledgeable, kind, honest. I’ve become a member and for all they offer; I’d do it over again.Thanks again Jakob.

Home A/C wasn’t working. Tech came out and after preforming different tests on the outside unit he informed me that there wasn’t any power getting to the unit. I then went to the home fuse panel and started throwing the switches. I did come across one switch that was in the open position which I believe was the problem. Outside fan was up and running after that. Tech took pictures of the outside unit along with the inside unit. Definitely plan to be calling this company back in the future should any new issues arise.

I had an AC inspection appointment as the summer is starting and wanted to make sure that my AC system is functioning properly. Mr. Daniel was the technician. He took his time to do a proper inspection and cleaning of outside condensing unit. He was very informative and we were talking the whole time and he answered all of my questions with very detailed and helpful answers. It was a good experience with Mr. Daniel and I came to know quite a few things about my AC system and tips.

Boone’s installed my new HVAC system mid summer a year ago…very pleased with their prompt turnaround at that time in replacing a very old system. Kris Nash is my most trusted and knowledgeable technician for seasonal maintenance, as well as adding a compressor assist kit to save on my power bill, and wiring in a fan relay to a duct booster to help with upstairs cooling.On a hot August 11, 2024 Sunday evening my A/C quit cooling so i called Willard’s to set up an appointment as quickly as possible. Thankfully, with my annual maintenance contract, Peyton Arnold of Willard’s North came to our rescue a couple of hours later and cleared out our clogged condensation drain and allowed us to have a cool night’s sleep. So thankful for my annual maintenance contract and ability to get quick service at such an inconvenient time! Thanks Peyton…a very nice and capable young man!

They were on time and they did a good job. The minor problem that we had was corrected with clear explanation about the problem. Great job!6/12/24 The valve in our heat pump malfunctioned. We placed a call to Boone’s and a technician (David Romero) came out on the same day to evaluate the problem. He was very professional. He clearly explained what went wrong and promised to order a new part for replacement. The part promptly came and we were notified that a technician will come the next day to install the replacement. David comes back today and fixes the problem. Great customer care!8/14/24 Richard Rodriquez came to check on our HVAC system today. He was very thorough and professional. Clearly explained what needed to be done.

I have always had very good experience with who used to be Boones Heating and Air Conditioning, but is now Willard. Boones installed an entire new system about 6 years ago. Anthony, the service technician, is very professional, took the time to explain and answer questions, and offered only what I asked for. He did not try and sell me what I didnt ask for or need, but did provide quotes for work requested. I also appreciate they the technician puts on shoe coverings prior to coming in the home and walking on the carpeting without being asked. He performed the requested maintenance well and in a timely manner.

Then, to my understanding, Willards bought Boones and I must say the level of service has not diminished in any way. We feel very comfortable knowing we can call on Boones/Willards if/when we need them.

What can I say, this was a perfect fix for my broken AC, quite literally a hot-mess express which had us hotel bound with sweaty kids in tow. 100% Excellent service.Richard was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and nice as hell. He came out within a couple hours of me calling the main number, ON A HOLIDAY, to check out my frozen up system. He promptly diagnosed it, then came back the next day to fix the condenser and recharge refrigerant.Before the repair, Richard summarized the problem and what he expected to find, giving me a broad (but clear) best-case/worst-case order of magnitude idea for possible problems. This helped me manage my expectations and be prepare for likely scenarios, as well as assuring me it was fixable, and by fixable I mean he committed to having it running that same day. This cannot be understated when it’s 102 degrees outside. explained what the issue was, why it happened, how to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again. Cold air is blowing and my babies will be cool and comfortable tonight.10/10 will use Boone’s for my future calls as well. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Ive had great experiences with Boones. I called this morning needing some help and the lady who answered the phone (Holly?) was very friendly and helpful. The technician Reynaldo came out today, was quick and responsive, and kept me informed. He resolved the problem quickly and with good quality and was very professional. I highly recommend him and the company. Also, Ive used their annual maintenance program for 2-3 years now and it seems to be a really good value.

We had 2 scheduled appointments cancelled - one without notification. My husband took 2 days off from work to be home for NOTHING! Then, I received a text the fallowing day that the technician was on the way to my home - UNSCHEDULED. I had to call and re-schedule. I have to say I am very disappointed. If the appointment/repair does not happen on Monday, as scheduled, I will be livid.

Really appreciate the professionalism and honesty of Boone and specifically Kris. Had a previous service contract with another contractor. Their service guy claimed the system was trashed and repair would be hugely expensive and he only would recommend complete system replacement at an even huger expense. Diagnosis was suspect so I got a second opinion from Boone. Actual problem was a broken control wire. He fixed this as well as cleaned up several other minor issues for a fraction of what the other company wanted. Fast response, thorough diagnosis, explained issues and options well, implemented fix in same visit. Great job. You earned a very satisfied customer. ThanksUpdate Oct 2022 - continue to have excellent service from Boone / Kris Nash. He came and fixed the problem in a timely professional manner. Highly recommend them.Update June 2023 - Boone was bought out and a different service tech came for the semi annual review. Came up with a long list of items he said needed fixed and suggested new systems were needed. This is exactly why I left previous contractor, they only want to sell you a new system. Issues were minor and I fixed them myself at a fraction of the costs quoted. I have since cancelled my semi annual checks with this company.

Our air conditioner stopped working. My daughter, who has stage 4 terminal cancer couldn’t sleep because of the intense heat and humidity upstairs. Boone was recommended to me by my electrician. We had our semi-annual inspection today. Our Service Technician, Renaldo, spent quite a bit of time going over our furnace unit, checked out all components and the units operation. He showed us the readings from his test equipment and photos of the various components and changed our filter. Great experience with this company from start to finish when I called because I smelled gas. Holly was friendly and efficient. She scheduled a technician who came within an hour and a half. My technician, Kristopher Nash, was polite, professional, friendly and did a very thorough check of our furnace. He discovered the gas smell was from a leak in our gas meter. He provided the number for Atmos and they came out and fixed the problem immediately. Happy I found a responsive company who will be my go to.
