Because according to Karen system, a technician could come out today, but then the technician immediately texted me and said ‘hey I can’t come out today because my rig is frozen. Was initially very unimpressed with the customer service of Letha at the office who seemed bothered to even answer my questions (Yet insisted I write down her name for the review rather strongly ??? Well here you go). I was considering canceling my appointment but I am glad I didnt. Kayce who came out for the service was great. He took the time to go through what he would be doing and how future services would be handled and alleviated my concerns without making me feel rushed or bothersome. He was very personable and respectful of our home and even made helpful suggestions that were specific to the somewhat unusual situation I was dealing with. The service I received was knowledgeable, respectful, and responsible. But yall should really take a hard look at how you all speak to customers on the phone. As the first point of customer contact it sets the tone for the business relationship that your people are having to work to repair before they even set foot in the door.

Berrett Pest Control have done a great job treating the house that I am renting in Dallas. They have treated for roaches, ticks, and fleas. The cockroaches were taken care of extremely fast, but the fleas and ticks did take a bit longer. They quickly scheduled me for a follow up treatment and have since gotten the flea and ticks under control as well.They have been professional and timely with all my interactions with them. From the individuals scheduling appointments over the phone, to my dedicated treatment specialist, Clarence. Clarence especially has been very helpful and a pleasure to interact with.

This wasnt a regularly scheduled maintenance call. I noticed some spiders in my house and became concerned. I called Barrett pest control to report the problem and they were quick to respond. The person who took my call was polite, professional and immediately scheduled a technician to come out the very next day without hesitation. There is a monthly charge for Berretts services, instead of a single service charge for individual scheduled visits, but with Berrett, they cover my pest control needs on an as needed basis at no additional cost. And the monthly rate is very reasonable. It feels good to have the added comfort of knowing that my pest control needs, in and out my house, are just one call away without having to worry about any additional cost. And last, but not least, Berretts treatments are invisible and effective, which are the most important elements.

Got word of my Pest services to be performed the next day. Problem was we were staying at a hotel due to a power outage and would not be home. So much so, that he impressed my wife to the point that she told me to do all I can to make sure that he is the one to perform our service. So far, Andrew remains our Tech and we couldnt be happier.Additional comment:Made a call today to update my payment information because I recieved a new card that is used with Barrett. Lasania (Im sure that I did not spell it correctly) was super nice and we got everything updated in a flash. I do have to say that so far, I have had nothing but great service and spoken with only friendly people since moving are service to Barrett.
