I called WyattWorks on Monday to schedule a plumber to replace two garbage disposals and repair a leaking laundry tub. The very courteous scheduler, Courtney, expertly walked me through the entire process and scheduled a plumber for Wednesday. Scott, the plumber, arrived right on time. After he slipped on his booties I walked him around the house to show him all of our concerns. He asked questions, took pictures and notes, then went back to his truck to prepare the estimates for various options. When he came back he carefully explained each option. While we were a bit surprised at the price (Bidenomics in action), we realized that we weren’t going to get anything less expensive, and we had heard really good things about the company, so we selected an option and Scott went right to work. Several hours later he was finished and he did a great job of cleaning up everything, and we now have working disposals and a non-leaking laundry tub! We were quite pleased with the quality of Scott’s work and his professionalism. We will almost certainly have WyattWorks do the other projects that were identified.

The gentleman who did the work, Jean Thermitus, was wonderful - he was careful, efficient, thoughtful, kind. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. He did the necessary work quickly and correctly. He was absolutely great. I assume Wyatt Works knows what an asset he is for their company. They couldn’t find a better ambassador for their brand. I had a job done today for a leaking pipe from upstairs bathroom inside the wall. The cuts he made were minimal making the repairs needed forbthe plaster not cost as much. Jackson was the most hospitable and kind and honest pulmber Ive met. He was very honest about my options and worked with me through every step of the process. He found the problem and adressed it within a few hours. I would recommend wyattworks plumbing to anyone looking for a local plumber who dont charge you an arm and a leg!

Wyatt Works worked with my schedule to get someone out for a second opinion on a big job we had gotten a quote on from another company as soon as possible. Adam thoroughly reviewed what he would do, showed me the camera footage in live time, and answered all my questions. He came up with three options for our next steps, and offered to follow-up in a few days so I didnt feel pressured to make a decision in the moment.Korbin was extremely professional, explained all the steps they were taking, and reviewed costs prior to engaging in the work.Adam was always prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job with the dig/replacement for a huge job. They took care with our property, Halloween decorations (moved them out of the way), and moved our retaining blocks from our garden without just tearing them up.I cannot recommend Wyatt Works more for your sewer and plumbing needs! Purchased a new house and when having Dominion turn gas back on they found a leak. Wyattworks was easy to book with. The plumber sent, Jesse McBride, was courteous and explained things well. He found the source of the leak quickly and did a courtesy check of basic plumbing in the rest of the house. I was able to get Dominion back out same day and they said gas pressure was now “holding beautifully”. Jesse did more work than he realistically had to and delivered exceptional service. My family is thankful to have our heat on and ability to use our gas stove restored. I will 100% be booking with Wyattworks for any future plumbing needs. I hope folks in the office see this and give Jesse the kudos he deserves!EDITToday had to make the unfortunate call to get a second floor bathroom drainage issue and basement drain looked at. Wyattworks had a tech out within 2 hours! Nice! The visit lasted maybe 30 minutes and a resolution was identified for both issues. The tech sent, Dan, was super polite. He listened to my explanations of the problems carefully and asked thoughtful questions. My family will continue to use Wyattworks as our membership has paid off big time so far! Thanks a bunch!

I contacted Wyatt Works Plumbing with a frightening list of problems. I was offered a visit the very same day I called but wasn’t able to be at home. Bright and early the next morning, Scott came. What I thought was just going to be.a visit to check everything out and give a cost estimate, turned into an all day marathon for him. Working alone, Scott made a first attempt to unclog our pipes that run to the main sewer lines. He installed a new hot water heater and took out the 3 toilets in the house and installed new ones. I never imagined so much could or would be accomplished by one serviceman working alone the day after I called. Scott was awesome!

The office staff was very courteous regarding setting up the date and time of the appointment. They called multiple times to keep me informed regarding Lukes arrival time. I like the companys use of technology for photography, communication and billing purposes! Luke (and Peter) were very personable, respectful, and professional from the moment they walked in the door. I had a pump installed in my basement along with many pipes being reconfigured. Luke explained how the pump worked in detail and he asked if I had any questions. We have now used WyattWorks several times, each time they were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. We started by trying them for small projects (a clogged drain and leaking faucets) and have since hired them for major projects such as replacing toilets, replacing all the pipes and fixtures in a shower and a waterproofing job. Hey,My experience with WyattWorks and more specifically with Ben W. was great! It speaks volume to have a plumber come in walk you through each thought process that is being presented. This was greatly appreciated! We had some plumbing issues involving our first floor and second floor bathroom in which was resolved the same day. The first floor bathroom was an emergency and they were able to respond very quickly. I am very pleased with the service at WyattWorks and these guys work great! My wife and I will most definitely being utilizing their services further down the road.

Josh & trainee, also Josh, were on-time, courteous, and considerate of our home and even two kittens running around underfoot. They fixed the problem we called about after explaining options and costs; also addressed another issue I remembered wanting to fix; and followed up quickly with a second visit when adjustments were necessary. I will use Wyatt Works again.Update-Josh Wyatt and his trainee, another Josh, were prompt, thorough, communicative and considerate of the house as well as two kittens running around underfoot. They broke out options and prices, returned with supplies efficiently, and completed the job quickly and successfully.Update May 2017 - I just relied on Wyatt for another toilet repair; this one we replaced. Luke Wyatt was also extremely polite and thorough in identifying the problem and fix options, and again the work was efficient and successful. Clean-up pristine!

Had Luke out on a Friday to clear what we thought was a back up on the washing machine drain. It was cleared quickly but then while confirming that was the only issue we discovered a blockage in the main drain. Luke did not have the right equipment to clear that blockage with him and immediately called his office to confirm they could be back out the next day to clear the issue. Luke was back bright and early Saturday morning to clear the main line. He and Ben worked diligently for a couple hours going back and forth on the main to clear the blockage. Throughout the morning they explained and showed me what they were doing. They scoped the line both directions (towards the house and towards the street) and made sure to show me what they saw. In a little under 4 hours everything was clear and flowing.I would absolutely use them again. The customer service was great with constant updates for both days as to when they were coming and throughout the job. On both days Luke provided quotes for what was likely the problem as well as worst case scenarios. Before he began any work he was sure that I was aware and signed off. He also fixed a minor leak on an outside faucet.No plumbing repair is cheap or wanted and their professional manner made the experience a pleasant one. Hopefully I will never need to call again but if I do they will be my first plumbing call.

I could not be happier with the plumbing work that WyattWorks has done in my home during the past few weeks. I have a 70 year old house with an old bathroom that needed a lot of improvement. After holding off for several years, I was finally able to start work on remodeling it, which included replacing tub & shower fixtures, repairing a toilet ring, installing a new vanity and sink, and a few miscellaneous projects. After a few visits by several of the WyattWorks guys, I feel they did great work, were incredibly professional, and made it easy for me to blend their visits in with the other workers in the house during the renovation. At one point, the old pipes even threw them a curve ball that created extra work, but they did it without ratcheting up the bill which I really appreciated. While all the guys were great, Jamal was probably there the most and he really made me feel that he was providing value in addition to just doing the job. I have had several plumbers to the house over the years, both big name outfits and individuals. While they have all done decent work, the big companies often made me wonder if I was getting overcharged and the small guys made me wonder if I was getting the job done right. WyattWorks hits the mark all around. They do quality work, explain everything really well, and have a great approach to customer service (timeliness, cleanliness, transparency), but best of all their prices seem reasonable. Ive come to accept that plumbing is never cheap, but these guys dont push it too far. It really seems like they have a fine operation overall. From the slick web site to the friendly ladies I spoke with on the phone to the tech-enabled payment system (they can take your credit card right from a tablet on the spot), they are top-notch. WyattWorks didnt put me up to saying any of this, Im just happy to have a good plumbing company to call on when I need to and glad to give them a shout out about it!

I had a gas leak, and the Dominion rep who assessed it recommended I call a plumber to fix the leaky valves and lines that were causing the problem. I had heard good things about WyattWorks through Cleveland Heights Home Repair Resource Center so I called their Lyndhurst office.My experience with WyattWorks was very positive right from the first phone call, answered by Emily. She walked me through what was going to happen, and then followed up to let me know where we were in the process. WyattWorks was able to send Jamal B. on the same day the problem was diagnosed and he worked quickly and efficiently to fix it. Through the whole process everyone I encountered was kind, cheerful, and very good at their job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely call on them again for future plumbing work.

I had a great experience with Ben from WyattWorks. We recently moved into this old house, so I was a little apprehensive about what problems might be lurking out of sight of the home inspector. I called WyattWorks for a problem that my new homeowners warranty would cover, and Emily was very nice and helpful with the scheduling. She sent Ben, who looked over the whole place. He was very patient and identified some additional problems in addition to the list that I had. He found some that I could solve myself and promptly took them off of the list after telling my what to do. He prepared an estimate and talked to the warranty people multiple times (even calling them back on Labor Day) to get all possible coverage. As far as the actual plumbing, he was neat and fast with each of the jobs that he tackled. I would definitely use WyattWorks for my next plumbing job!

We chose this company because of the Angies List rating and our Nextdoor Neighbor website recommendations. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and provided a quickly arranged appointment for the plumber. The plumber arrived within the specified time period and convinced us of the needed work, which, looking at the old pipes he removed was absolutely necessary. (IOW, I dont think we were sold something not called for...) Since I dont have a basis for comparison I dont know if the price was fair. I do know the work was done completely, the premises were left clean and were very satisfied!

Luke recently identified a missing part in a faucet that I bought ten years ago as part of a kitchen renovation. After enduring a geyser of water from this faucet, we worked together to identify the make of the faucet and the part number. He took a picture of the original paperwork that I was able to locate and now it is attached to my permanent file as a doc. He ordered and installed the part and the bill was one fifth the amount of a new faucet! The computer technology capability of WyattWorks Plumbing is one of its best assets. It can save the consumer a lot of money.

Extremely professional and courteous. I was most surprised that the after hours price is only a $50 extra fee. Cant ask for better service.

I dont blame the umber as Im sure theyre told to upsell.It was a simple dishwasher install and I was told pricing would be up front which it was. Not just one price... 4 prices. Starting at $1200! 😮 All of a sudden I needed new plumbing, valve stops, vents, and a new garbage disposal? Good lord, my plumbing is a few years old, works just fine as does the garbage disposal. I just wanted a dishwasher installed! Finally the last option was just the option which was insanely expensive. The company I bought the dishwasher from was offering $100 install but unlicensed plumbers... Wyattworks charged me $300!!!!😡 Ridiculous. They were already there and there was a fee just for coming out for the estimate, didnt want to pay $60ish just to say no thanks.Tl;dr great work, ridiculously expensive and the upsell is real

I dont imagine an experience with any contractor can be as smooth, easy, and honest as ours has been with WyattWorks. I called today, a few hours ago, to discuss a leak from the kitchen sink into the basement. Someone reached out and then set up an inspection within the hour. And I dont mean they called within the hour, I mean someone was at my door (after asking by phone) within 1 hour. Within 2 hours of the initial call the cause was found and options were presented with transparency on need and price points. And within 3 hours the new faucet and additional items were installed and fully operational. No leak. Edward Wright was very intelligent, affable, and patient. He explained things to the degree I could understand with no plumbing knowledge, so I felt good about what he was doing and why. It was a pleasure chatting with him. And for the record, this call was made because we really liked their work and professionalism on a prior project. We wouldnt go elsewhere!

Wyattworks Plumbing is the best! Jamal came to see us about our bathtub drain, which has been draining slowly ever since we bought our house. Several plumbers have looked at it before and have not been able to fix it. Jamal was honest about what the problems could be and the most cost effective way to fix it. $300 later and we have a draining tub!!!
