    Had a situation happen Saturday evening, made the call within 1 hour Charlie arrived. Very pleased with his attention to detail. After finding a problem he cleaned up and made appointment to have Tony come out Sunday morning. Found a broken pipe outside, suggested digging by hand, to repair ran the scope after jet vac the lines everything was excellent. Repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by all of the employees.

    Amazing experience with Mr Rooter Plumber Paxton Geng who installed a new water heater with PRV and expansion tank. Paxton explained everything well and did a fantastic job. He also installed an HALO ION system to prevent scale buildup in water line. Pricing is fair and job well done. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get plumbing done right!

    Not used to finding (and paying) for contractors (Iā€™m both handy and cheap) but this time didnā€™t want to change thermocouple myself. Found on Angieā€™s list. They offered free estimate where some other plumbers want $100 just to knock on door.If you ignore costs (hard for me) and just look at the service they were fine. Plenty of communication, arrived on time. Polite and professional, (Did chew up an extra hour and some driving back to office to get part as appointment people donā€™t seem to trust customer to give them exact make and serial number in advance).I agreed to price ($200) and he did what he said he would.Not their fault but turns out issue wasnā€™t thermocouple but failed gas valve on 3 (THREE!!) year old Rheem 75 gallon water heater. Neither Rheem nor Rooter has in stock so would have to wait til mid January for new ones to be manufactured.Not going 3 weeks boiling water on stove for dishes and talking cold showers. (If I sound grumpy you know why). I found a different supplier and will get the job done this weekend.Summary, not their fault but still not working. Next time will probably just do myself.

    I had a clog in verical basement drain causing my utility tub to overflow. I saw billboard for $95 drain cleaning. Mr. Rooter technician Jademen James-Mar came out ,snaked drain and had it flowing in less then half hour. I was very happy with the experience. He was very courteous, professional, and informative. I will definitely be using them again in future. Very pleased with price and efficiency also!

    My experience with Mr Rooter was pleasant. My bathroom sink was clogged and started to leak the same morning that I called for the appointment. The plumber came on time, as scheduled, and I was able to get someone out the same day that I called. He snaked the drain and installed a new stopper in about an hour. Afterward, he cleaned up the entire area. The photos were provided by Mr Rooter.

    Paxton Geng did an amazing job in my house today. He fixed 2 toilets and installed a single-handle bathroom faucet which my husband and I love it so much. He also replaced 3 angle valves to prevent water damage down the road. Very grateful we had Paxton from Mr. Rooter. Honest service, quality delivery. Would definitely use Mr. Rooter down the road.     The team at Mr. Rooter consistently communicated and executed excellent work on our homes drain system. We made quite an investment to have them replace all of the (root-filled) clay tile drain pipe underneath our 1930 home, and we feel it was worth the cost. A team showed up everyday for a few days and got the job done fairly quickly and thoroughly. Nathan was especially cordial and helped us feel more comfortable. After they were done, we discovered an old leak from a previous homeowners handy patchwork on a loose fitting elsewhere in the house. The weak seal from this work was broken in the process of replacing other pipes down stream. Even though it wasnt their fault, a manager came out with a technician named Gabriel and repaired the seal for free since we had just paid for a big job. Gabriel got the seal repaired correctly and quickly. They communicated what had gone wrong and made sure that it wouldnt be a problem again. Every point of contact was courteous and professional. Well certainly call Mr. Rooter again for any of our plumbing needs.

    I am so pleased with the technician. He showed up about an hour after I called so I didnā€™t have to wait all day. My kitchen sink had been clogged for 3 days and he was able to snake it out almost all the way to the street from the main pipe in the basement. He was quick, knowledgeable, and even gave me a quote for some work that needs done in the future. The best part is that he said thereā€™s a 30 day warranty on his work and if it clogs again within 30 days heā€™ll come out and snake it again once for FREE. I highly recommend this company

    We had a terrific experience with Mr. Rooter when our kitchen sink was leaking. Chris Mallory was our service technician and he was very professional and friendly.     Had a serious drain issue under the slab in the bathroom. I called on a Saturday for service, all tho a technician was scheduled they did not make it on Saturday.Dispatch did call every hour to keep me informed on the technicians arrival which ended up being on Sunday. Ryan was very professional and did a great job with the floor tear out and all the grunt work! ( was a huge job) It was also nice to see the mangers Rob, Jeff, and Mike going the extra mile to help the young guys along and keeping them in tune with the detail work.

    Technically didnā€™t use your services, and Iā€™m not even sure if the guy works for this location, but a man from your company (I can tell by the vehicle) went out of his way to pull over and help a dog wandering with a broken legā€”my mom just drove by and saw that he was keeping the dog safe, petting and keeping it calm, and on the phone, likely getting help or calling the owners (dog had a collar). That says a lot about a person and thus, a lot about the people you have hired and is such a positive towards your company as a whole. You truly have amazing people working for you!

    Even on a Sunday they came pretty quickly after I called them turned out to be a big job and they had to call for bigger and better equipment but they seen it all the way through!     After a complete flood of our basement, we hired Mr Rooter for complete redo of our houses piping, inside and out. The cost was $55,000.00 - yes, that is 55 Thousand Dollars. Everything seemed fine until last week when the main bathroom sink got clogged. Seemed like an easy job. I called Mt Rooter. They came out and said it was an easy fix, but that they would charge $95.00 to do it. What? I called the office and spoke to a manager and left message for the owner.Got a call back from a very nice Ms Makala who understood and apologized and refunded the charge.Mr Rooter has top notch plumbers * shout out to Garrett, Jeff and crew. Also professional office staff with managers like Brent, Randall, Joe and Makala.Thank you.

    Everything was great. We ordered service online yesterday and got a call the company shortly after. We set up the appointment for this morning and got a confirmation call first thing today. The plumber, Ryan arrived at exactly 9:00 AM and checked out the problem. He gave us a list of possible repairs and the prices. We chose what we wanted and he fixed those things, he cleaned up, we paid with a credit card and we all went on our way. A very nice guy, an excellent job and an excellent experience all around.     Had a tub backup that was affecting the toilet. I called Mr. Rooter Co. and someone was able to come out the same day and was able to tell us what the problem was and give us a price to fix it.     I was very pleased with the service i received. Kyle arrived on the scene approximately (1) hour after I called. He identified the problem and immediately developed a plan. The plumbing issue was far worse than I ever imagined, and the process took nearly three days. Ultimately John Bowser was the technician that completed the service. John & Kyle (individually) went above and beyond what I expected. They made a bad situation much more manageable. I definitely recommend both of these gentlemen (and Mr. Rooter in general), and Mr. Rooter will be my first call when I have another plumbing issue.

    Ok, what are the chances of getting not 1 but 2 bad tub spouts in a row? Well when he came out and replaced the PEX 90 degree with copper and both of the damn things were defective, I didnt feel so bad. New copper 90, he had a decent spout on his truck that actually worked. Problem solved, and I only wasted like 50 bucks trying to fix it myself. Yes, I could have gotten a designer spot cheaper now that I had a copper 90, but that would have been another trip to the hardware store.90 days as a landlord in an Everytime I Turn Around* house.* A century home, every time I turn around Im writing a check, but I love the house I love the neighborhood and its all worth it in the end

The actual person that was supposed to be here was very decent and explained what was needed. Somehow he was unable to return but Rob was excellent in communicating along with fact a supervisor and manager showed up to confirm everything. They took care of a 37 yr old problem that other companies didnā€™t want to deal with. RotoRooter lost the job because their phone lines were so messed up and connecting me to out of area service but again they never tried to fix it. Thank you Robā€¦ a three hr job turned into an 8 hour one but you stuck it out. Without tearing up my floors throughout my house that others have wanted/ insisted on doing.

    When I had a sudden and severe plumbing problem, I called them and they came out the same day, at a time that was convenient for me. They kept me informed with a call before arrival which allowed me plenty of time to leave work and get home.Steve was first on scene. The hydro truck came that night and they got it cleared out so the immediate need was met. Steve held my hand through the process of reviewing all of the plumbing issues. He gave me the possible scenarios that we had yet to confirm. I would need to replace my stack and the main sewer line (it was able to be relined, aka trenchless). It was all so overwhelming.The work needed took three whole days over the span of about a week. My team was great. I was never without working plumbing (a promise they made me at the start). Steve and Chris did the plumbing and another team (Matt and James) did the liner. Vince walked me through the numbers, the financing and answered all of my questions.Each step of the way, everyone I talked to on the phone and met with was extremely helpful, courteous and each provided excellent customer service. I completely understood what was happening along the way. I suspect that all of Mr. Rooters plumbers are capable, but if you need their services, and if Frank White is available, grab him!

None have been as thorough, upfront, honest, hard-working knowledgeable, and offered a solution to the issue that they were here for then Mr. Rooter.     Nick was very personable and professional. He didnt really have to diagnose the problem with my garbage disposer as I knew a measuring spoon had inadvertently been dropped into it. He unjammed the disposer and retrieved the spoon and was done inside of 15 minutes.

    Paul, Frank, Alex, Paxton, and Mike did a PHENOMENAL job on my house. Under poor circumstances, they showed up every single day for 2 weeks straight and got the job done. Paul would show up early and leave late to ensure that nothing was left untouched. For context, they had to complete $42,000 worth of work on my house and I couldnā€™t have asked for a better team to come and complete the job. I will forever recommend them and I refuse (from here on out) to contact any other plumber if I ever need one. While the job was pricey, the extent of work that needed to be done was reasonable. Likewise, they showed up ready to work, built amazing professional relationships, and cracked a few jokes. Seriously, thank you so much to Paul, Frank, Alex, Paxton and Mike for their hard work and dedication.

    Mr. Rooter sent Paxton and Joe to check out our problem in West Akron. They arrived quickly with smiles and ready to check out our issue. It was a leak, they left to get parts and Paxton returned. He did a great job. Was concerned about his feet and wore booties. He quickly fixed the pipe and the price was not exorbitant.     I had an emergency. A water pipe had broken off just under the kitchen floor. It had previously been damaged by some not so professional flooring workers. Anyhow, I needed help fast. I called Mr. Rooter and Roy was there to fix the leak very quickly. During the surveyance of the original leak, he found a potential hazard associated with my gas line. Roy gave me a reasonable estimate for repairs and I gracefully accepted. After the work was completed, in less time than quoted, Roy explained all the details including pictures of all work done, before and after. Great job! Thanks you Mr. Rooter and Roy. MB

    I was very happy with how quickly someone came out. However, it would have been nice for the workman who were about to snake the drain to tell me how much splatter who was going to be before he started. I could have put up a drop cloth or something around my stuff. He did a pretty good job cleaning everything up. However, the clean out cap did not seat well and I had a leak. The person that came out the next day was very helpful. He came pretty quickly and even though he had to leave two times for parts, I was very happy with the results at the end. All three of the workmen that were involved were very cordial, professional, and took care to cover their shoes and try to keep my place clean. I know working with sewer water can be difficult to keep anything clean. I think the service people should be outfitted with a snake that runs at least 125 ft. It seemed like my run was just a little more than the length of his 100 ft snake. But in the end everything worked out and they flushed it. It was also good that I could see using their scope, how clean it was and also the damages that had developed over the years. It was nice that they could tell me my options for repairing my sewer line and although they did not pressure me , they presented the repairs in such a way that if I didnt do it quickly I would be in for more trouble. However, the guy that came out the next day, after I explained what was going on about my possible repairs, said I would probably be good for a while yet. Which I did appreciate. Yes, I will use your services again, hopefully not for a while, and I would recommend you to friends and family. Joe.

    I needed my water tank replaced. It was very old, and was not up to code. Paxton was my technician, and he will continue to be for my future plumbing needs. Hes very passionate about his work and it shows. My install was seamless and he labeled everything for me. As a first-time homebuyer, he made a rough situation very seamless.
