I called on Sunday and they said they could come out on Monday. Monday morning Patrick and Ryan came out and installed my new bathroom faucet, fixed the shower neck I’d improperly installed, rebuilt my shower valve, and replaced my laundry shut offs all in about an hour. They were so kind, especially considering that I caused most of these problems myself by attempting to DIY them.The price seemed reasonable, especially considering that I had spent 4 days and innumerable trips to Home Depot without being able to address the problems. At this point I am happy to retire from plumbing and call Elie’s instead. I think there is a good reason they have so many excellent reviews!!

Isaac and Tony were amazing. They explained the entire process, provided tips, and cleaned up immaculately. This is the third time we’ve had Elle’s come out for various projects, and everyone has been great, but Isaac and Tony were by far the best we’ve interacted with. My only critique is that communicating with the office can be a bit challenging. There are times they haven’t been able to find our record, which is a bit concerning - but otherwise, we are extremely happy with the work and experience.

My sewer line completely clogged the day before Christmas Eve. Elies was out on Christmas Eve. Figured out that a dig up was needed. Put in all the paperwork. Called me on Christmas day to let me know the repair were approved and that theyd be out first thing in the morning to do the work. They handled everything, no needed on my part. Very professional, quick and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Had a sewer back up from an old clay drain pipe that rotted and broke off in a couple areas under the basement foundation, plus it had lots of tree roots.Also had a couple leaking pipes from the bathroom sink below the flooring, that they had to access from the garage ceiling.Called Avi from, Elie’s plumbing, and he sent his team out over a couple days; (Steven, Mandel, Al, Francisco and Mr. Elie)They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way. I highly recommend his guys.In the end, I opted to have them re-routing my drain pipe into another soil stack. They did a great job without having to knock out too many bricks from the walls as luckily for me I had another half bath close by so they tapped into that stack as pictured below.Simultaneously, they worked on repairing the lines from the bathroom sinks via the ceiling as pictured below.

The gentlemen came out and were respectful and conscientious. We wanted a different faucet head than the one they carry (for aesthetic reasons) and they made sure to pick one up for us. They replaced the faucet and pipe so it doesn’t continue to give us problems in a very timely manner. I was surprised how quick the job went. We were very happy with the service and intend to use them again!

Was experiencing issues with tub backing up and leaking and the same with my bathroom sink in my older colonial home. Patrick and Ryan arrived within hours (same day), thoroughly diagnosed the issues and, once the quote was provided (very reasonable for the work performed), they promptly worked through resolving the issues identified and agreed to. I’d highly recommend Elie’s for anyone with a plumbing need and certainly plan to use them again as I need to in the future myself.

Elie’s Plumbing service was fast, convenient and very professional. I particularly liked the moment by moment in real time Google Map tracking of the technician’s arrival to my home. The app even identified the year, make and model of the vehicle to look out for and the information also included the service technicians name. The technician Kyle was very cordial, professional and left my bathroom as clean as he found it after snaking my bathtub drain. I am totally satisfied with the price, service and resolve that Elie’s Plumbing provided for my bathtub drain issue.

They had Mike come out he is great and gave me advice for what not to do and what to do to keep my tank running. He was very fast and friendly! I called Elies on the suggestion of some members of the community. Avi answered and told me they would be at my home between 1PM-3PM. Mike showed-up right at 1PM. He wore portective shoe covers, diagnosed the problem, explained it and quoted in 5 minutes. He did the work professionally, was clean and was done in under an hour. Great service overall and will certainly use them again!

We recently had to have our damaged clay sewer line replaced after a backup into our finished basement. Elies team was professional, courteous, and fair throughout the process.This job was extremely complex and presented new challenges at every turn (eg. 11ft depth of the line, placement of the line in respect to neighboring utilities and pathways, issues with surrounding soil, and so much more). At every step, Elies team was transparent with the issues and never once tried to take advantage of the scope creep of the job.They did the job in alignment with best practices and obtained the proper permits. Pricing was negotiated fairly and in good faith.As a woman and first-time homeowner, oftentimes its really difficult to deal with contractors. Its my least favorite thing in the entire world. They will either just want to talk to my husband, or find some new way to make me feel uncomfortable/talked down to. Every woman ever will get it. At no point did any members of the Elies crew or 3rd party contractors act like dirtbags(win!!!!!). Avi (lead) was a true partner in his communication style, and genuinely wanted to be sure we were happy with the work. Not having to address the patriarchy while my life turned upside down was a godsend. I was a little sad to say goodbye to our excavator he was so kind.While I never want to have any plumbing problems again, Elies would be my first call next time the sewage hits the fan.

I’ve used elie’s twice now once for a drain backup issues and another for a hot water heater issue. Both times they answered the first time I called unlike others, came on-site to give an estimate within the hour and even stayed to fix both issues the same day even after 5. Overall I try to fix most things myself and these two times I decided to call in the pros I was incredibly happy with the results!While I hope I never have to call them again I know I will gladly use them again!

Highly recommend. Excellent service! Kyle was punctual, polite, and very helpful. Got our old house back up to speed in no time at all. Explained everything, helped me to understand and gave me some tips for good plumbing upkeep. He also, in some manner saved our lives. He noticed a gas smell that I had not noticed, and sure enough without flame the stove was turned on! I imagine it had been on for a long time like 24 hours. I would have totally missed that if not for him. Thanks for everything, ten stars if it were possible.

I was continually having problems with my kitchen drain. I had plumbers come and unplug my drain and it would eventually stop up again. I had a couple of of big name plumbing companies give me a repair estimate which was unbelievable. I decided I would take my chance on a nearby family -own company, what the hell! To my satisfaction they were very courteous, told me exactly what had to be done to correct pnc affordable price, being a senior citizen and on a fix income some home repairs are notcoverd. I would highly recommend them.

The guys showed up within the expected time and did a systematic process using the drain camera to find the problem areas in the storm drain. They had to return to base to pickup needed equipment which took more time, but were able to clear to the street with the high-pressure system, worked hard until it was up to standard. A more pricey method but nothing else clears like it.

Great experience all the way around. Fast response from initial call. Mike was sent within 2 days to check out the job which required him to get into a very small crawl space. Was able to identify the problem immediately. He suggested a camera search to verify the issue. Isaac was out within a couple days with the camera. Verified the problem (separation in my sewer drain), quoted a very reasonable price over the phone, and fixed it the very same day! Both Mike and Eric were friendly, professional and fast. I loved the texts saying who was coming and that they were on their way. I would definitely call on them again!

He helped me make a decision to ultimately not add a thermal regulator and expansion tank when he very easily could have pressured or pushed me to which is very rare when it comes to some utility service companies. Not this one, though! The technicians were very polite, too. I’ll certainly work with them again in the future.

Mr. Elbaz installed all the plumbing for a washing machine in my condo. He had very little margin of error due to the architecture and existing plumbing. He found the simplest solution to the problem, and the work was done in the course of 2 days.Id been washing my clothes by hand for 2+ years due to not having a suitable washing machine at my disposal, and a far as Im concerned the man saved me from a life of drudgery. In addition to that, he solved a problem which I am sure befuddled plumbers for years prior to my moving here. While on the shower setting, water continued to pour from the spout, leaving me shin deep in water in 10 minutes. My showers were a race against time. No more! In less than 3 hours the problem was solved. Elbaz found a replacement for an archaic part. He went all the way across town to hunt for it and charged me fair price considering the effort. I will use his services if ever another problem arises, wont even bother getting quotes from anyone else. Two of the three other plumbers that came out and quoted me for the jobs mentioned, were asking 2 to 3 times what Elbaz charged. Elbaz has a talent for his trade, a good work ethic, and a real concern for his clients. Hes a good mensch.If all of the above werent enough to recommend him and raise his status to a kind of home-repair hero, Elbaz came out on short notice before I was even an established customer and put an end to a leak by changing the correct gasket. Again, the other plumbers had all kinds of erroneous theories--were pointing to a different union--and costly estimates for me regarding this initial problem. One clueless plumber even wanted to remove the drum trap which works fine. In a world of such incompetence and shifty practices its nice to know that Elbaz exists.Thanks a million, Mr. Elbaz!

I just got my sump pump replaced, and these guys were great! They called me to make an appointment as soon as they received my request. They replaced the pump in less than 45 minutes and charged me half of what Roto Rooter had quoted me for a pump replacement. Will definitely call these guys again for a plumbing issue!

The best plumbing service I have experienced! New to the area and wasn’t sure where to start. Had a leak/puddles in the basement at the main shutoff. Did a google search and based on the great reviews and the fact they were close by I figured I’d give Elie’s a try. I am glad I did. From the initial phone call to schedule, to the techs who came out and quoted/performed work, to the tech diagnosis I received by phone…every step was polite, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Elie’s even managed to work me in same day. They will be my only call for any future plumbing needs.

Overall, despite a very confusing initial phone call, Im glad theyre going to come out to try to help us.I called last night regarding a plumbing emergency, gave an explanation of how it was literally raining inside my kitchen (coming from the bathroom above) and I needed help emergently. The representative made me make a whole account and though he was friendly, he had no sense of urgency which was frustrating. I triage medical emergencies over the phone as part of my job, so I personally appreciate when someone Im speaking with seems competent. He assured me that the service department would call me very quickly due to the nature of my situation, and I have yet to receive a phone call from them. It feels clear to me that this company is actually not interested in helping out families in emergencies, and though I almost never write reviews... I wanted to let people know that this is maybe not the best place to call in an urgent situation.

Mike Rolitsky was the great plumber that they sent out. We have an old fashioned toilet with the great old fashioned mechanism for flashing. WE love it. However it sprung a tiny leek. Mike knew exactly where to look and figured out that there was nothing wrong with the lever or the mechanism is just that the top was not put on properly and it wasnt tight enough. There was no work to be done except to put it back together. No parts used or changed. The charge was $195! TO me, coming from AZ this feels su per high. I have no idea what the service a call a plumber charges but I was SHOCKED! I loved Mike though! SUPERB!

I have used Elie’s Plumbing for a variety of plumbing issues in my 102 year old home. They replaced a broken sump pump, installed new sink faucets and hardware in my shower/tub, installed a bidet, added an access point in my basement drain pipe, and flushed out a clogged sink.They are friendly, efficient, and priced reasonably. They also have been great about fitting me in pretty quickly when I need a repair. They have done very good work in my home and I will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

I found Elies Plumbing through a neighborhood facebook group and called them over a sink that wasnt draining. They were able to come the next day, and fixed my sink very quickly at a reasonable price. He also made sure to clean thoroughly when he was done. I recommend them, and will use them for future plumbing needs!

As always, great service! Elies is the only Plumbing company I use. Today, I had an exterior water pipe burst with the frigid temperatures we had. Elies was able to fit me in for an emergency service visit. The service technicians answered all my questions and help me shut off valves for all the exterior spickets.

You really get what you pay for. For years I’ve tried to find cheaper options for plumbing issues but the problems would always come back. With Elie’s, you might pay a little more, but you get a higher quality service. They don’t just “fix” the issue, they diagnose it and try to determine why it’s happening and then give you options. It’s frustrating how much I’ve had to use them recently, but I’m very grateful for the work they do.
