Very happy with install of new boiler furnace. Crew was clean and professional, on-time, and did the job right. They didn’t skimp on extras that will make maintenance over the next decades much easier. Not the cheapest option but well worth it if you want the job done right with an excellent level of service. I definitely would not work with anyone else in the Cleveland area. Top-notch!

My furnace died the day before thanksgiving. Gorjanc and the three employees I dealt with (Paul, Pete, and Greg) were polite, able to come out very quickly, and gave us space heaters so we could host thanksgiving as planned. They showed up when they said they would, and texted right before they came. Greg, the person who installed the new furnace, paid attention to every detail, was patient showing us how to use the new system, even though it was late on a Friday, and thoroughly cleaned up after he was done. I was very pleased.

He explained everything so thoroughly that when the guys came to install I had no questions. The work was fabulous when they finished. I had all the gas lines replaced in my basement. Awesome work. Chase showed up when promised, handled the inspection and estimate very professionally, answered all our questions, then did the work (replace failed water heater) and provided suggestions to extend the new unit’s life, plus cleaned up the work area and removed all the cardboard packaging so I didn’t have to deal with it. We probably paid a little more for this level of service but it’s worth it. Job well done, thank you!

The best experience I could have under the circumstances My furnace broke out of the blue, just stopped running. Paul came out explained how much if I chose to fix it or an estimate if I decided to replace it. I decided to replace it. The same day they sent Mike he measured my house gave me options for a new furnace that met my needs They also sent out Noah the same day with heaters to help with the cold in my house. My furnace was installed 2 days later. Everyone was professional and kind I highly recommend Gorjanc !

We had contacted 4 companies for estimates for new HVAC system. Currently, home doesnt have AC, has 2 different style furnaces so it isnt a simple swap out job. First company was thru Home Warrenty and never sent estimate. 2nd company was big contractor out of Solon and they were prompt and provided good information but there were a couple of items that werent really addressed. 3rd company never showed or called to update 🙄.Nate with Gorjanc was professional, did laser measurements of all our rooms, talked with us to find out what our priorities and wish list was and developed 6 different options for our situation. Very professional and I believe we will be well served.Its a plus that they are a local family owned business that has been here for 60+ years.Update: the installation is complete.We had a more complicated installation in our 1950s ranch that we had just purchased. This home had never had central AC that we wanted to add. They replaced the 2 furnaces, added central air and installed tankless water heater. They were the most professional HVAC company I have dealt with and Greg and crews were always very mindful of how the finished job would look. It was a long 3 day install, and they were wonderful. They even happily did little things like brought our trash can in from the street when they got here and helped get some items from the garage that I needed that were obstructed by all the equipment, tools and boxes for the install.I had called another large company, but they were not able to install the air conditioning that we wanted but Gorjanc and got it done and done well

I would highly recommend Gorjanc. Mike Soeder came out for the quote and was very professional and personable. They didn’t try to sell any extras unless you asked for them. They catered their services to what you want and need with no attempt to upsell. They gave great recommendations with multiple quotes depending on your price range and were very knowledgeable. Installation day went smoothly! Joseph and his crew gave updates and were easy to work with. Cleaned up the area when they left and made sure we were comfortable with the system before leaving. There are no words to express how grateful I am for these guys! Greg and Joseph are amazing!! They worked non-stop installing my new furnace and AC - and the weather was cold and rainy! Jordan Wulf and Greg Gorjanc were awesome and they did amazing work. Im very appreciative of their timeliness and professional workmanship. I highly recommend Gorjanc to others, and they are one of two Daikin Comfort Pro Certified and trained professionals within the greater Cleveland area. Our family chose the Daikin Fit VSS17 and Daikin Furnace and Air Handler as the replacement to our old R-22 system and furnace. So far, the house has been nice and cool, as well as more consistent temperature throughout without changing my registers as much like I used to before. Im sure that the winter will be nice and cozy for my family and I, so I just have to thank the Gorjanc team, especially Jordan and Greg for doing outstanding work. I hope other people can use this business with peace of mind as they provided the best quote for package I was looking for and the work was stellar! See pictures I provided.

We had our AC unit go out last week, they had a great technician come In the following day which was a Saturday and he was fantastic and their rate was the same on a Saturday as it is during the week.After determining the system was 24 years old they had a designer (sales guy) come out and he showed us all kinds of options to ensure we could find an option that was best for us, which we did.The installation team was the best I have ever had. Knowledgeable, polite, clean, and seemed to love working for their company which made the experience so much better for us.The companies communication is second to none. We always knew when the technician was going to arrive and they always followed up to ensure we were happy with the work. I can’t say if they are the cheapest, but I can tell you if your looking for a great experience for any plumbing electrical etc Gorjanc would be a great place to start.

Gorjanc, Noah and his team were great. I had an AC and Furnace taken out and replaced with new Daikin units. They were conscious about keeping my carpet and tile clean utilizing drop cloths and boot covers. The job they did putting in the new units was top notch. Even the fabrication they did tying in the new Furnace into my existing duct work was very well done.They even brought their own vacuum to clean up. The basement was very clean after they were done. I was impressed with how everything turned out. It was a big job and they couldve called it a day by 4pm and came back the next day to finish, but worked well into the evening to get the job done in one day. Glad I chose Gorjanc and would recommend them to anyone.

The technicians from Gorjanc arrived as scheduled and right on time. They were very respectful of my property—wearing shoe covers and laying down runners to protect the carpet. Both Dustin and Joseph worked diligently throughout the day, not even taking time off for lunch. At times, one stayed inside, and the other worked outside, but they communicated well with each other. Later in the day they were joined by Jordan. It was a huge job, and they spent almost 10 hours here, but we’re determined to have everything completed that day. They were always pleasant, courteous, and respectful. I’m not even sure how they so quickly disposed of the old furnace and air conditioner, but it was done smoothly with no mess left behind. When the installation was completed, they showed me everything they had done and answered all of my questions without rushing. Furnaces never break down at a convenient time, but this team made the process as hassle free as possible. I am very pleased with my decision and grateful for such good service.

Havent experienced the furnace operation, as the outdoor temp is 80+ degrees. The A/C unit is wonderful! Its a high efficiency unit that runs super quiet. I called later in the afternoon as I knew there was a clog somewhere in the main. I was originally told no one could be there that day. I was less than happy about that, and I’m very embarrassed by my behavior. But I knew this shouldn’t wait. They worked whatever magic they got going on over there and had a plumber at my house. He ended up spending almost 3 hours and had to have someone else come out with more equipment. I am so grateful for them. All of them. This is why they are always the first (usually only also) call when we have issues.

This review is long over due, I have been so pleased and happy with my service from Gorjanc within the last 6+ or so years of using them! Within a year we’ve needed both furnace (October 2023) and air conditioner (July 2024—they’re here right as I type this!) replaced with new updated high efficiency units. I can’t even express how amazing of a team the Gorjanc Home Services is for our HVAC and other home service needs! They are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient and warm! From the owner Greg to Dawn, Louie, Dustin, Joseph and whoever else we’ve encountered along the way; they’ve all treated us with care, expertise and has educated us along the way (Louie spent time during his maintenance visit at our home and he really schooled me on the types of air conditioner unit SEERs which made me upgrade to a higher efficient unit to give my family the best comfort possible). I know think I’m an air conditioner expert after what he taught me, just kidding! Our old units were on their last leg and well past the expected life time. We got our money’s worth from those old units and I’m able to sleep comfortable at night knowing that we chose the right units from the right company to keep us comfortable during the winter, spring, summer or fall days/nights. We are also subscribers to their maintenance service where they come out to do a routine seasonal maintence of the units; this helps keep us up to date with the best grade filters, which gets changed when they come and to make sure everything is running right. Thanks so much for a prompt service to install a new furnace for us before the weather gets bad. These guys are truly good professional. Trust me when I endorse them. Im in the service industry too, so I recognize great people and company. In 5 hours they took out the old one and installed a new one for us. Took the old one away and cleaned up the house too. We really appreciate the personal touch in customer service.

Boiler - Daniel Keller was our technician. He was on time. He saw that our boiler was 11 years old and suggested we change it than fix the issue. There was a lot of gunk coming out to one of our pipes. We got a new boiler. Also he noticed our electrical box was Pacific and got a technician to take a look at it. We are getting the box changed. He did his work well and neatly. There was nothing left behind. He answered all our questions and was straightforward with his answers.The company is on the expensive side but better done with a solid business than a handyman. I chose this company on the suggestion of Furnace monkey whose owner i do really trust.

TJ came out on a Saturday. He is an excellent technician. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Made suggestions for oil heaters (which I knew nothing about) to prevent pipes from freezing. Greg Gorjanc came out with an estimate on Monday and now furnace is being installed today Wed. I will definitely use Gorjanc home services in the future.

My experience with Gorjanc was overwhelmingly positive. I needed a new furnace. Less than 24 hours after my initial call, the owner himself, Greg Gorjanc, was at my house. He was thorough evaluating everything and happy to teach me about what he was looking at along the way. That evening I had several quotes in hand for different options, with very fair prices. I made my choice, and a couple mornings later Greg was back, introducing me to two HVAC techs: Steve and Greg (Gregs son -- its a family business). Those two were great. They had the new furnace installed and running by the afternoon. They went out of their way to talk me through everything, and they left the space cleaner than they found it. We found a little plumbing hiccup and they had one of their plumbers, Daniel, out there in less than 24 hours to solve that for me too. Every one of these folks, as well as Courtney in the office, were kind, courteous, competent, friendly, efficient, and professional. I get the impression theres a good culture at Gorjanc.

The system checked out just fine, but they did come up with a suggestion to help us have more control if we wanted. At 6:55am spoke to a woman with the answering service. Five minutes later, Craig called me back, I told him my story and at 8:10am a diagnostic tech, Pete, was at my door. He did all the things he needed to do, advised me what the problems were, and because my unit is over 50 years old, we decided on a new system. Pete worked up three options, we went over them and one was chosen. At 9:45am, two installers were at my door and began their job. So far, everything has gone smoothly and everyone I’ve talked to and meet have been extremely knowledgeable efficient and friendly. I would rate GORJANC a definite 5!

Gorjanc did a wonderful job for us once again! We decided after the last Set of tornadoes came through to look into installing a generator and Joe came to the house and did a thorough inspection and created a plan for us to upgrade our gas service and they would then install the generator and everything went perfectly according to plan and we are very happy They always do an extremely thorough job, always consistent with code requirements, and they seem to think of everything.
