Kirk was excellent, on time, efficient, and very much appreciated; will definitely work with HEP again!I do need to add to this review (still keeping at 5 stars because the company has always been good about making things right if/when anything went a bit wrong and are always excellent at communicating about appointments, etc.). Of course, with me, nothing can ever be simple...so my system was not typical, and there were still issues of which we were not aware the night I wrote this review. But, as mentioned, HEP did make sure all was corrected, and the system is working as it should now. A big THANK YOU to Wendell Patton for his thorough analysis of my systems and knowledge of how to set them up correctly -- you are very much appreciated, Wendell! I recommend Wendell for a big raise or Christmas bonus (or both!), as the company may see fit... :-)

Patrick is a ROCKSTAR!!! He was polite, friendly, professional, kind, and all around amazing!! He diagnosed our issue efficiently and discussed our options thoroughly. We had an issue with our glass shower door. We called HEP and we were placed on their schedule the same day. Our technician, Fernando, was very professional and courteous. He assessed the problem and was able to fix our issue. The field manager, Terry, showed up during the service call. We asked about a few other issuesand they suggested some important upgrades/ repairs to our water heater, water system and a toilet. These upgrade and repairs were fully explained to us and their price for the job was acceptable and has been scheduled. We are very pleased with HEP so far and are planning to use them again in the future.

I was originally going to post a 1 star review. But they redeemed themselves. I had called for a water heater replacement. When they came and gave me a bid, I thought it a bit high and asked what was the brand of water heater. The brand they had promised was higher quality water heater. So I agreed. When they came and installed it, I was at work and they installed a much cheaper Home Depot brand. After the first day it was leaking out the top. I called and asked to speak to a manager and got Jacob. He was great, he agreed to have someone out the next day to change out the cheaper unit with the one I was promised. My techs were Tyler and Zak. They did a great job. You could see the night and day difference in the installation and their attention to detail. I would say that Tyler and Zak were great representatives for your company.

Kirk Ballard came out to provide an estimate for us for our hvac. We’ve been out of AC for 5 days with our children and a dog. It has been a hard time for us in 90 plus temps in end of September and household temps 85-90 since our AC has been out. Kirk took his time, was very thorough we didn’t feel rushed. He explained everything and showed us so we could understand. We appreciate his help and coming out to get us some AC going until we can get the rest fixed in a few days or less. Thank you Kirk!

UPDATE: HEP came back and made it right. Fernando showed up and went right to work and fixed what the last 2 couldnt/wouldnt. Thats how it should be. Faith in good service restored!Bogus satisfaction guarantee. Will not honor their work.First off, I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews or badmouth companies, so if I do, its pretty bad. Had one of their guys come out a few days ago to fix a leaking pipe from main line to the hot water heater. The guy was fantastic as a person and helpful in guiding me for some diy tips, but the compression fittings he installed leaked. Also turned out, that I would need a hot water heater because the leak corroded the wiring, but they wanted $2,300 on top of the initial $450 to run a copper pipe to the hot water heater, which was less than a 3ft span with a female thread fitting on the end. Look, I understand having the skill to do a job, Im a tradesman myself, but thats excessive.The work was done on Sunday, we notice the leak on Monday, as its in the garage where my wife parks. I decided to buy and install a hot water heater myself on Tuesday for less than $600. So when the other person shows up to check the leak from the previous persons pipe install, they have to call and check with HQ to see if they have permission to fix it since I installed the water heater myself. In typical fashion, they say they cant cover it. Keep in mind, this leak was present BEFORE I installed the hot water heater and REPORTED BEFORE I installed the water heater, but their delay previously mentioned, set them back a day, in which was the day I installed the water heater.The worker said they dont guarantee spot fixes .... Whatever thats supposed to mean. Either way, it was their work and they refused to make the repair for a pro press fitting that failed from their employees install. Waste of valuable time and money.My advice, if you are a competent DIYer, do it yourself. If not, seek a different plumbing company.

These people are amazing, they came here thinking in would be replacement of the water line from the meter to the house. Well...it was 10xs more complicated with huge rock and trees in the way, it became a snake maneuver to get from a to z. Let me tell you that when we bought the property the placed the home and used the old line to tie into. They didnt complain about anything, the manager, a new guy and another guy came out to make sure everything was excellent. And let me testify....it was EXCELLENT. STOP OVERTHINKING AND LET HEP TAKE CARE OF IT!Awesome experience from the first call until the HEP van left the driveway. I called late in the evening and they took my info and tried to get a tech out that night. Unfortunately that did not work (I expected as much), but they had one come out the next morning.Corey did an excellent job answering my questions about the old versus new water heater, relocating it, replacing the old pvc with proper pex and copper, and more. He put together some estimates on the spot and was crucial in helping me decide what would work within my budget and future plans for the house.We scheduled the installation for the next morning, but in about an hour I got a call that a tech was available the same night. Sure enough, Fernando rolled up with a brand new water heater. About 2.5-3hrs later, he had the old busted unit out and a fresh new up to code unit installed exactly how I wanted it.So, a project I thought would take a few days ended up getting resolved in one day. I cant explain how relieving this was while this work blocked ongoing renovations. The whole HEP crew, including Corey and Fernando are LIFESAVERS!I will absolutely use HEP in the future. We actually had two different calls going at once. Tyler did an amazing job on the water heater replacement. He went above and beyond. Patrick worked on our hvac pump.
