I used Roto Rooter to remove an unwanted gas line to our fireplace. The gas line was removed within minutes and Vernon made sure to seal the siding of the house to ensure bugs and creatures didn’t come through the hole.Vernon spent the time to talk about my DIY flooring project and gave me helpful tips to execute my project professionally and beautifully.He also noticed our hot water tank was turned up to C, and turned it down to level A. He provided education on the safety of keeping our water tank at a level A.I’m incredibly grateful for Vernon’s knowledge and advice.

The plumbers were excellent, courteous and helpful. The cleanup not so much. They totally ignored an appointment day and I had to call to find out what was going on. Nobody knew! Made appt. the next a.m. for 10am. The young man calls to tell me he cant get here until 2pm. I threatened to cancel if he didnt show. He did. Its like the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing with these people.

Called Roto-Rooter about a leaking toilet flange. They sent Vernon over and he was able to fix my issue while saving me a load of money. I had called another company first and they tried to tell me I needed to spend more than $3,000 to replace a bunch of pipes. Vernon came over and was able to fix the issue for less than 1/5th of that price. Will definitely be using Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs moving forward.

Called Roto Rooter for a hot water tank leak on 8pm on a Friday night, they had a tech (Thomas) at the house by 8:45pm. He prepared a quote for a fix and a full replacement. We chose to have it fixed, Thomas ran out to get a part and by 10:30pm he was done, cleaned up, and out. Very happy with the response time and the work.

Compromised pipe in foundation. Water proofed basement flooded. Roto-Rooter to the rescue! They came out that day, found the issue, worked with me as far as what was discovered and how they would repair, as well as handle the water restoration. It was a hard pill to swallow considering I really love my house. Jason was a voice of reason and was able to get me the financing I would need to pay for repair and restoration. Thank god I qualified for financing (another lesson as to why its a necessity to maintain good credit). Kyle was 1st guy to come out and snake sewer line to discover the breach. He was very cool and professional. Mike, one of the plumbers (forgot the other plumbers names please forgive) was beyond cool (as where the others) extremely cordial, professional and timely - which at that time being in panic mode, was what I needed. Im happy that I wont see them again (hopefully lol), but well worth it in the end. Remember most back door or friend plumbers dont offer guarantees if something goes wrong in the future. Something to think about when you want to add or work on plumbing in your house. Thanks Again

John went above and beyond hyrdo jetting a very nasty tree root problem i had. John was very thorough, showing me my entire main line on the camera including all the spots where tree roots were hydroed away and where my problem really was (rotted out cast iron pipe that was inside my home). John did everything he could to fix the clog, this would have cost me a fortune through other plumbers but i only had to pay 1 flat amount where as other plumbers would have charged me by the hour. Im glad i got this done through them, amazing job as always guys 👍

We had water leaking from our basement ceiling and Roto-Rooter was at the house within 90 minutes. Nick diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate, and completed the work in a couple hours (toilet leaked due to a poor remodel job that the previous owners had done).Since there was water damage, Nick contacted their clean-up crew supervisor Rob and he came out to the house and put together an estimate to do the tear-down and clean-up while Nick finished up the toilet repair. It was after hours, so we couldn’t talk to an insurance rep, but Rob said he’ll assist us with that once we hear from them. Both guys were very professional and courteous.I know a lot of people are afraid to use a big chain due to the expense, but we’ve used local shops for other work that was just as expensive but was substandard, so we’re happy with the job that the folks from Roto-Rooter did (the lady we talked to on the phone was also terrific).

Great company that is always able to come when you need it. Had my hot water tank replaced by them last year, just had my basement drains cleared by them and my fridge water line replaced. They even fixed my drain on my kitchen sink for free! Excellent customer service, very professional company, everyone that has ever come to my house from them has been fantastic and knowledgeable. They usually won’t be the cheapest option on the market, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Honestly the price for this job today was extremely fair, and I don’t mind paying a little bit extra for top notch responsiveness, customer service, and high quality work that is all under warranty!I will continue to use Roto Rooter for any major plumbing issues that come up!

Doug was very professional and informed me of his plan to find the issue. He was able to find the issue, discuss it with my husband and I, explain his plan to get things back to normal and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and informative. He completed the tasks and made sure we were satisfied with the results. He cleaned up after the job was completed. He offered some very helpful tips to prevent “unwanted visits” in the future. Matt called back within 15 minutes of calling the main Roto Rooter phone number and he was over within an hour. He spent pretty much his entire afternoon and well into the evening addressing every question I had )(and I had A LOT!) and was so kind, respectful and patient throughout everything. Was lucky to get same day service for a garbage disposal replacement. Tech (Corey) was excellent. He came out, gave me a quote and was able to do the work in that visit. Matt was awesome and did really good work. What should’ve been an easy fix, turned into a much bigger job. We had a leak coming from the toilet which was the original reason we needed them to come out. The only reason this review is getting 4 stars is because they originally said the plumber would be there at 10am and he didn’t show up until about 2:30/3pm. We did call the company and everyone we spoke to was super helpful. As Matt worked he unfortunately found multiple other problems and instead of doing the bare minimum and fixing the first problem only, he fixed everything that he could. He had to come back for the second day and he showed up on time and worked quickly. He worked constantly and quickly when he was there and we eventually got everything fixed that we needed.

We had a large job for Roto-Rooter and all the technicians that we had at the house we all not only very professional but also very nice & friendly. I am so THANKFUL for this company and the associate I worked with ! I had a pluming emergency and I called them around 9pm at night and they were here bright and early at 7:30Am In order to get my problem solved . It was a tricky and difficult one so at the times that I became frantic and over whelmed Bryan reassured me that he was going to get the job done and he did JUST THAT ! Kyle is a true professional. He called me with an ETA and said he was downstairs earlier than he had predicted. The removal and disposal of the garbage disposal were labor intense and time-consuming, yet never once did he any indication that he was tired, frustrated, or overwhelmed. Each time that he needed to go back to his van for a part or a tool, he notified me android what he was bringing up and why. It was impressive how he laid the parts and pieces of the pipes out as if they were a giant jig saw puzzle. I checked in on him from time to time, and he answered all of my questions patiently and used terms I could understand without talking down to me. I appreciated that. What I appreciated the most was his clean-up. In my opinion, he went above, and beyond cleaning up, so nothing was left behind. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that I have a years warranty on the parts. Ill have to find a new home for the bucket that lived under my sink, catching the leaking water for months. I am a satisfied customer.I will recommend your company to neighbors, co-workers, family, and friends. Kyle did such a good job that I doubt that I will need a plumber here again. However, if I do, I will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter and request Kyle by name. Thank you very much. Five stars arent enough to express how confident I feel about a leak-free and garbage disposal-free kitchen. I thought I was going to hate my experience because they gave me a window of arrival 12-4 and I received a called at almost 9pm stating they had to reschedule. They gave me a 10% discount but the service was still pricey but overall I really like Kyle and his honesty.

Our technician, Caleb, was amazing. He was thorough and efficient with our free estimate, and even more so when we requested the work to be done in the same visit after we approved the estimate. Caleb was well-spoken, and made sure to explain every step of the process with care. He was able to run a new gas line from our existing main line to our kitchen as we convert from an electric to gas stove/oven, all in approximately 3 hours (well under the estimated time to completion). I would highly recommend Caleb and Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs.
