Chuck is awesome! Dory Jo is always quick to answer and schedule whatever services you need. Chuck is thorough and knowledgeable! Always willing to go the extra mile. He installed a new shower trim set with valve, new bathroom faucet, installed my new kitchen sink with faucet and hooked up my garbage disposal and dishwasher. Most importantly is the value for the money, extremely affordable! I have used him several times in the past and will continue to call on him in the future!

When we noticed our bathroom tub leaking into our hallway we new we had a problem, and Cleveland Plumbing handled it immediately, even though they were on vacation!! Chuck is an authority when it comes to plumbing, he handled snaking out the main sewer line and repaired the leak in the tub drain. This company knows plumbing and they do it with character and integrity, don’t look any further, just call them 😊

My hot water tank blew while I was on vacation. I came home to no hot water & my stove did not work. I thought I was out of propane so be I called Suburban. They came out & said I had enough propane. Then I suggested the hot water tank might be bad. When we went down where the tank was, water was spraying in all directions. So they shut off the propane & locked it down. I was told there was water in the propane line. I called a popular plumping company. They came out & to get a new tank it would have been $5,000. Then I talked about putting in a tankless heater. They quoted me $10,000. Since I am on a fixed income I literally cried. I said a prayer & went back to the internet to find someone else. Cleveland Plumbing jumped out at me. I called & told her my story & she said she would get right back to me. Within 20 min. he called. He said he would be over later that day. Guess what ? He actually showed up. He looked at the mess everything was in & I told him about the water in the line. He said he had only heated of that once. He gave me a quote for a tank & a tankless which was so much less then the Big Guys. He came back the next day & put in a tankless hot water heater. He was professional, clean & knowledgeable. He picked up after himself.He was amazing. I love my new tankless hot water heater. Thank you Cleveland Plumbing. Much love to you & your wife. 💙

Chuck is great! I had a leaky pressure reducer valve and chuck took the time to diagnose it properly, finding that it was just the Union that was bad. He replaced it with a leftover part that he had in his truck and had it fixed in minutes. Any other plumber would’ve sold me a new valve cause they would make more money. Instead, Chuck did what was best for the customer and gained my respect.

Wow - I got a live person to speak with and she right away scheduled an appointment for Chuck to come fix my leaky drain. Chuck made sure there were no leaks there and no leaks in my water lines, which he tightened as well. He asked if there were any other issues and I showed him my kitchen sink (leaks a bit when filled with water) and I could clearly see what the problem was when he pointed it out. SO when I’m ready with new counters & sink - I’m definitely going to call Cleveland Plumbing! So thankful to have dedicated people to be there when I need them!

I called in Cleveland Plumbing because Chuck came highly recommended, I was not disappointed. I needed a pump installed in my basement for a washing machine. Chuck did a stellar job. The pump works beautifully. He has fixed my toilets, installed sinks and is now remodeling my guest bathroom. If you are looking for a plumber you can trust then Chuck is the one to call, he will do an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy.

Nowadays, its hard to find professional people who knows what they are doing, communicates well with you, does good work and is reasonably priced. Chuck installed a Tank less water heater for me and he was very professional and reasonably priced. Four months later I was not getting any hot water so I called Chuck, he came out no problem and found the problem. I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and the contractor did not install the valve in the shower correctly and the hot water was mixing with the cold water. It was an easy fix for Chuck and a live saver for me. Thanks Chuck!. I would highly recommend Chuck and Cleveland plumbing.

Great customer service and quality of work! They scheduled our appointment for about a week out - everyone is super busy these days - but got us in within just a few days. We had several leaks in our master bath and Chuck fixed them all. I needed a copy of my invoice emailed to me and they got that over quickly too. So glad I called Cleveland Plumbing! I’ve referred them to several other people over the past month since using them. We’ll always give them a call in the future.

Chuck IS my plumber and has been since we moved to Cleveland. He has done everything from new outside water lines, to new gas lines from outside/in for my new stove and gas logs. Theres NOT a task I wouldnt let him complete. The latest job he completed was a Whole house water filtration system along with running a water line to a downstairs fridge. He is always fast, efficient and reasonably priced for the tasks performed. If you are in need of any plumbing, sewer and Yes gas lines, Cleveland Plumbing is who you want to call.

We’ve used this company a couple of times. We like that we can talk with someone personally and we don’t have to wait for a call back. They provide prompt service, usually within 30-45 minutes. The tech was very professional and provides advice and tips to prevent future issues. The price is fair and seems to compares to other companies. Cleveland Plumbing is very trustworthy and we would refer them to any of our family or friends.

Chuck was our hero today. On Christmas Eve, a pipe in our bonus room froze and flooded garage and utility room. No water on Christmas Day is awful. Chuck came around noon and about 1 1/2 hours later we were back in business. Never expected such incredible and prompt service. Chuck is our only plumber from now on.

I had an emergency exterior faucet blowout. Called because they were close to my home but boy, did I get lucky! Chuck Forsythe, the owner, was able to work me into his schedule the same day. He replaced the bad faucet and even tightened up another exterior faucet that had been leaking. Very pleasant and professional. We called Cleveland Plumbing one day over a year ago, when we had a substantial leak and had already called three more people, none of whom could come to fix it. Chuck was there in about an hour, fixed the problem, and weve used them many times since. We inherited faulty plumbing when we bought our house in 2017 (extremely brittle pipes) and have had a lot of random leaks. Chuck just completely re-plumbed the entire house, installed a new toilet and vanity, and did a great job without charging us a fortune. Hes honest, trustworthy and very fair with pricing. Wouldnt think of calling anyone else.
