    Marco showed up on time, with phone notice ahead of time. Explained the work clearly and accomplished it in good time. We will see how the follow-up work goes. (Sewer line replacement.) Dave who did the camera work and provided the estimate for sewer line replacement is knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. I’m pretty floored at the cost, but I don’t suppose good plumbing work has ever been cheap!

    The Tech that responded TJ English was very professional and resolved the issue by power snaking my main drain. He was very polite and cleaned up very nice. My wife was impressed!     Spoke to a rep of Rescue Rooter on Thursday and he arranged the installation of a new 50-gallon hot water heater on Friday. The installer arrived at the appointed time. The installation was interesting to watch as several adjustments had to be made to the piping. The installer explained what he was doing and why. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend Rescue Rooter.

    Fantastic service!! I had a leaky pipe in base.ent and Ralph came out same day. I received a very reasonable quote and the work was done efficiently. Ralph was very courteous, great communication and the work he did was 2nd to none. Thank you Ralph and ARS Rescue Rooter! I will be using this company for all my future home improvement needs. Latest visit from ARS, Seth did an AMAZING JOB! New pipes and shut off valves look great. I used copper so Ill never have to worry about this area of water flow in my home again new wash tub fixture.     My experience with ARS was awesome 👌 The technician Jace was awesome. He was very thorough ! Explained what he was going to be doing. When he was done explained the components on the water tank and how to use them if needed. They also gave me a price I was comfortable with. Would recommend their services for hot water tanks.

    Ryan D Murke, your tech, arrived on time, reviewed our problem and got to work quickly. He understood the issue and began to clear the obstruction in our pipe. He thoroughly ran the power snake through our blocked pipe until it was clear. We tested the pipe with water from the sink and water flowed easily, with no obstructions. I would recommend Ryan to anyone with blocked drain. Very friendly and efficient. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

    Our hot water heater went out this morning, we went to Lowes and got a phone call from this company before we left the store. The guy that came out within the hour was very friendly and helpful. He ordered a new tank and in about 1 more hour the installer show up and we had a new hot water heater in before dinner time. I was impressed how fast the work got done.

    Very fast! I called in a Sunday and my call was returned in ten minutes. Set up for them to be there Monday between 8-12. Plumber arrived at 8:30. Super nice and helpful. We will definitely be calling them if we ever have problems with our main line again!

Their availability for a Plumber to come onsite was within the hour of my call! About 15 minutes later I received a call stating the tech was in route; I really appreciated the immediate response and open availability. I worked with Joe, who was more than patient with my millions of questions. As he worked to clear the block, he did an excellent job explaining how the drain system works and what he was doing to remedy the issue.     The first tech that was sent out did a great job clearing a bad clog in our shower but left a horrible mess - ARS made it right though and sent out two techs for two days to clean up the mess and attempt to unclog our sink.     Technician Jason snaked our basement drain and pulled out a lot of roots. We tested it with a toilet flush and drained the sanitary tubs. Worked great! Jason was thorough, knowledgeable and so very friendly and polite. If we ever have another problem, well ask for Jason! Thanks!

    If you’re looking for an alternative to Roto Rooter, this should be it. I had an issue with the sewer line two weeks ago. The guy they sent was super polite and helpful. We tried one way of solving the issue which turned out to be helpful but not the full fix. When there was another issue a few weeks later, he not only fixed the issue but charged me very fairly and answered all my questions. Also, the people who answer the phone are local people who are super nice. To have both plumber and intake be such good communicators is extremely rare. Could not be happier… honestly they knocked it out of the park.

    I hired ARS Rescue Rooter to do run sanitary and water lines to an old house undergoing renovations. I could tell that Jon was taking my project more seriously than some of the others that came to give estimates, which I appreciated, in addition to being at or below the others prices. After a plan was in place, the gentleman leading the work, Mark, offered recommendations on some ways that might work better in real life. I really valued the fact that they did not just stick to the plan, but wanted to give us the most efficient and maintainable end-product. Jason came after to connect some plumbing inside the house- he was professional and worked quickly. We have yet to load the lines (to avoid freezing), but so far I am very pleased with the work done.

    The office called to let us know the installer was on his way. He was a little later than estimated time but within reason. They had called the day before to confirm.The installer had a few challenges in draining our old tank based on the age of the tank.. He had to get creative but he was successful and was able to remove the old tank from our home. The new tank looks great. He gave us the information we needed to have for this new tank. He was doing the hauling of the new one in and the old one out in 14 degree weather.The office called to check on progress and handled the payment paperwork and we immediately had an email receipt. They gave us the discounts they could. Pricing was reasonable.

    Was in need of a plumber of the middle of last week our kitchen sink wasnt draining past the P Trap Pipe, scheduled for a plumber to come out Friday evening, they called and said the techician couldnt make it, so I rescheduled for Saturday but we were on a tight schedule and they were suppose to come out between 12-4 but we had to reschedule for monday morning. they bumped me to make me girst priority and Joseph was sent out, He was very up front about the flat rate being $375 but since i had waited for 2 days they tool off $100, so it would only be $275 which was very nice somw may feel its too much but when you use your kitchen sink for a household of 6 its a necessity, plus you are payong for the machinary and for them to get paid. He officially started at 9:30 am with snaking our kitchen sink, he finished snaking 9:50. All fixed up! He even wiped up all his mess up from the machine rolling in. Joseph was very nice, personable, and effeciant. Will definitely be calling them again. Thank you for helping us put we appreciate it.
