    Electric hot water heater issues. William and Javan spent hours here trying to figure out the issue. After much testing we came to conclusion a new tankless hot water heater was needed. Javan got right on that and had it installed and tested all faucets. He then found some build up in the pipes that reduced the water pressure and fixed as well. Extremely happy with the service and pricing was more than fair. Would recommend them any day of the week. They are my new go to plumbers.

    These guys are phenomenal. We have 40+ rental properties and have used many different plumbers over the years and Grizzly Plumbing is by far the best, most consistent, and fair economically.     We reviewed and got estimates from a number of companies to do plumbing for a new suite we were building in our basement.We were so glad we went with Grizzly Plumbing!!William was wonderful! He came out to the project, every step of the way, working with the builders to put in the original plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom with a tile shower, sink and macerating toilet. He assured it was done correctly and easily dealt with the challenges we were facing with underground plumbing.William was so courteous and easy to work with everyone. And to top it all off, he never left a mess, which is a lot to say when working with a new build.I give the highest referral to this company, and William, for the most professional work I have seen!

    We had William with Grizzly plumbing over because the water company had told us we had a leak, but it was outside in the yard between the meter and the house. He came over promptly and at the scheduled time, with plenty of notice, and had the line dug up, repaired, and re-covered inside of 3 hours. The only evidence there was even a hole is a little spot of mud in the yard. Very professional. Couldnt ask for better service.

    We contacted this company about coming out and doing some repair work for us, I cant say enough good about how well they communicate with you, as soon as you book the appointment you get an email and text from them. They also send a text letting you know when they are on their way, the gentleman that showed up had photo id on his badge and was so nice and so professional. He explained all of our options to us and the pricing.

    Appreciated the ease of scheduling online, as well as the email and text notifications updating us on the appointment.However, we ended up paying $85 to be told a toilet repair would cost $385, and still have a broken toilet. Can purchase a new toilet and install it cheaper than that. (We originally gave 2 stars)*UPDATE* - Javan reached out the same day as the initial service to inquire about the service call. He worked closely with me and the technician to determine that there was a mistake in the way the quote was made. He got us back on the books to complete the repair within a timely manner.We were very appreciative of their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. Look forward to trying their services again! Changed our 2 star review to 5 stars!

    Fantastic service. My water heater bit the dust on a Thursday afternoon before a holiday weekend, and grizzly plumbing was there the next day to remove and take away my old water heater and replace with a brand new one.     We were so impressed with the Grizzly team, we used them twice in less than 10 days. The first issue was a root blockage in our system. Javin and his assistant, came quickly and did a fabulous job! He even told us about a product that helps slow, and possibly prevent, another root call.Today, Javin returned to do multiple projects. He replaced and extended an outdoor faucet, installed a new faucet, added a laundry sink, installed a new ice maker line and valve, added a new dishwasher hookup, and added a water pressure regulator valve. All in record time. He is amazing!We plan on using Grizzly for all of our future plumbing!Thank you so much and blessings to all at Grizzly!

    Grizzly Plumbing did a great job! They replaced a kitchen sink and all of the piping below and fixed a water leak in the hot water line. I got a immediate answer when I called and an appointment in a couple of days. They texted when on their way and arrived during the two hour window that they had set. Wonderful to have a contractor that does what they say they will do. I would definitely recommend them and will use for all my future plumbing needs!!

    Javan was professional, communicative, and friendly throughout our whole project. He made quick work of updating all our 1989 sink and toilet stop valves, dropped a new toilet in, installed a kitchen drinking water faucet and new bathroom hardware, and set a tub for us before tiling. He went above and beyond expectations by going up on our roof (where most plumbers we spoke to before would not) to clean out the air vent that had blockage in it and even tuned up our PRV to get the whole home water pressure right. We highly recommend him for your next plumbing project punch list!

    Our recirculating pump went out and we hadHad called two other plumbers who cannot help us. I called Javan with Grizzly plumbing LLC and he came out that day.     Im so grateful for Grizzly Plumbing! I had an emergency when some pipes ruptured during the Christmas weekend freeze. Grizzly Plumbing actually answered their phone on the day after Christmas, which was a welcome change. They got me on the schedule within 48 hours and showed up on time, even a bit early. William Mortimer had my broken pipes replaced and the leak stopped within a few hours! I will use them again!

    Our plumbing job was a two part job. We had a new kitchen faucet installed with existing disposal which was a tear out one day and replacement a day after new countertop/sink was installed. Removal of old faucet/sink went well, but there was a glich on the reinstall. The plumber failed to shut off electricity before work began and shorted out a fuse, and the hot wires touched melting a hole in water supply to dishwasher. He repaired supply line, but this was a dangerous situation where he could have been injured.

    Javan Mortimer was excellent in his service! Punctual, and thorough to assess my water heater failure/leak. It was not the typical DIY fix. He was also very willing to answer a number of other questions regarding water pressure, drain intallation of the dishwasher, and a leaking vacuum breaker on my single outside hose bib . My only surprise was the current costs for a replacement water heater and labor...it is a new economic world today.
