I am so thankful to have discovered The Plumbing Source and Al. We were able to get a same-day service call for a mysterious smell. Al found a cost effective and immediate fix. Only wish I had called sooner! We were so impressed we had Al come back the next day for a sump pump replacement. Not only did he install it promptly, but he also took the time to explain other things in our home (like main water shutoff location). Very pleased!

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with The Plumbing Source. From the friendly and helpful scheduler through the very friendly, professional, and efficient plumbers who worked on my issues, it was a pleasure working with them. They did their best to keep my costs down while letting me know all of my options, and even fixed a secondary issue caused by another companys miscommunication at no cost to me since it was a quick and simple fix. The Plumbing Source is our experienced choice for all our Plumbing needs. We had two of our toilets replaced to higher models that were more comfortable for the elderly. Recently, on a Holiday, our kitchen sink backed up. We tried everything to clear it with no success. We called the Plumbing Source and they were out the next day and handled our New Year crisis in a professional, timely manner. John also left the areas he worked in tidy. Its wonderful knowing we can rely on their expertise.

Had a kitchen sink stopped up December 24th. Was able to go online and schedule appointment for early December 26th. They came out and was able to clear everything within 30 minutes (including snaking the drain 30 feet to make sure everything was clean). Sink has never drained as well as it does now. As always they were professional and efficient. Will use again and highly recommend.

This review is long overdue. Remodeling Source redid our upstairs bathroom last winter. We are extremely happy with the results. We had used The Plumbing Source for several issues in our house, so we were familiar with the quality of their work. We contacted Remodeling Source and Scott came out, took a look, and gave us our quote. Communication through out the whole project was great. Scott kept us up to date on the delivery dates. During the installation they explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was going on, what time they would be back the next day, etc. My husband and i were very happy with the results. My only regret is why I waited so long to redo the bathroom.

I needed a separate water turnoff valve for the refrigerator. I had a quote from A-Z which was $675.00. I called The Plumbing Source and Luke was the technician that came to my home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. He gave me a quote. After he started working on the problem, he realized he didnt have to do any soldering. He then told me the cost would be reduced. Most technicians would not change the original cost. I appreciated Luke being very honest and not taking advantage of me. I called another local plumbing company who I have used before and they were backed up 2 weeks just to come out. Since my kitchen sink faucet went haywire and was unusable, I wanted to try and get it fixed as quickly as possible. After leaving messages for several other plumbing companies, some of which called back (or the next day) later, I decided to call The Plumbing Source. They picked up the phone, I explained the problem and asked if they were backed up a week or two and they said they could send out the next day, which I wasnt expecting. The office called the enxt day and said the plumbing tech (Maciej) was on his way, right on schedule. When Maciej arrived, he introduced himself, put booties on and asked about the issue. I showed him the new kitchen faucet I bought and he evaluated the current, broken faucet which he quickly evaluated and fixed in less than 1 minute. He said he would be happy to put in a new faucet, but felt the current faucet would last and left it up to me to decide. He explained how warranties worked with Kohler, Moen, etc., and all of my options. I then explained another issue I was having with a bathroom faucet which became harder to operate. He quickly determined it was a cartridge issue and could easily be replaced to restore optimal functionality. He also noticed the old-style shutoff valves had a small leak when operated and ideally, those should be replaced. When I approved this task, he noticed the supply lines werent up to normal operating and also replaced those. Maciejs communication skills are unsurpassed by orders of magnitude vs. every other plumber I have ever interacted with. I had also purchased a new showerhead (a cheap, plastic version) and Maciej explained the pros/cons and how to extend the useful life of it due to plastic parts as well as saved the previous one along with a cleaning technique to get it to perform better. Maciej has an encyclopedic knowledge about all things plumbing and can communicate it in a way that consumers can easily understand. No high-pressure sales tactics, no upselling, but simply the pros/cons of each element and leaving it to me to decide. Before any work was started, he even recapped the list of work to ensure we were on the same page as we also talked about other potential future work with toilets. Maciej is a gem of a person as well as a top-notch plumber. I could not have asked (nor expected) a better experience. Beyond professional, so happy. The quick turnaround was an added bonus.

Scott Ulm came and took measurements and discussed possibilities. He is NOT a salesperson and didnt behave as one. He didnt try to sweet talk me into something that I didnt want, nor did he waste his (and my) time with an elaborate presentation. To top it off, he covered his shoes when he came in the house. I had a different company come in earlier that same day and I did not receive the same consideration. Most recently they took care of a problematic drain in a bathroom sink and managed to get our exterior gas lamppost functional after years of being dormant. He left me with a quote to replace my 24 year old Well Pump. Of course my Well Pump failed 4 mos later, beyond the 90-day protected quote, but they still honored the quote and completed the work the very next day after I called for help. While there Mike noticed an issue with my 4 year old Water Heater and made all the arrangements to handle the repairs, replacing the defective gas valve that was still under warranty. Weve used the plumbing source for several years now and I feel like they are a dependable company. We have an old house with hot water radiators and they have replaced valves, an expansion tank, and an air purger. Theyve also replaced larger parts of other old pipes that had begun to leak. Their work is solid, I appreciate the time they will take to explain how things work and what needs to be done (and also when certain things DONT need to be done). Their office is also on top of it in terms of scheduling, reminders etc. Definitely recommend them.

They are the only pluming company I will call for pluming problems. Great customer service an great technicians. The technician came an gave me an estimate was very nice. They gave me a call the day they were going to do the work an told the tech would be there 9:15 am. An they were did a great job an then pluming source called me 2 days later to make sure I was happy with the job.

Al S. came to our rescue Saturday morning. A previous plumber did not complete the job from Friday. What started out as a small drip turned into a large leak. Al was able to repair the previous plumbers errors and make additional corrections. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge put my mother at ease immediately. (She felt that she was taken advantage by the previous plumber.) Al made several recommendations which will be completed in the future.Thank you The Plumbing Source for individuals like Al! We will be using him for all our plumbing needs.
