Michael was very pleasant to deal with. Told him the problem we were having with tree roots and he had the sewer line flowing again within an hour and a half. We had been ripped off by another company 2 days prior saying that there was nothing they could do, they didnt have the equipment and that we needed a $30,000 emergency repair. (They still charged me a hefty fee for doing NOTHING and DEMANDED that I show up at there office the following morning to discuss the emergency. The entire situation was very fishy to say the least.) Michael reassured me that yes, there is a problem which has been there for many years and will need to be repaired eventually but at this point, we did not need a $30,000 repair. He also said that the repair that would eventually be needed would not be $30,000. I am very happy that the price Sewer Cleaning Company quoted for this job was the price charged. Michael was great and I have already recommended Sewer Cleaning Company to friends. Thanks for a positive experience.

This company is fantastic to work withFirsts off, I was given a fixed price quote over the phone so I knew exactly what the worst case scenario would cost. Other big name sewer cleaners wouldn’t give me even an idea of what the cost would beSecond, their Technician Kenny was polite, knowledgeable and very capable. The job was far bigger than I thought and they cleared a mountain of root pockets. It took close to 2 hours, camera showed the full extent of issue. It was apparent that the owner was very familiar with what needed to be done. An estimate was provided in an extremely timely manner. The work was scheduled. I was fortunate enough to have Dan as my technician who came out to complete the work. He arrived on time. Upon completion, he asked for me to come out to inspect the work and explained to me what was done. Dan was polite and certainly represented his company well. I had Dan Brown out from Sewer Cleaning Company this afternoon to send a camera into our main sewer line to diagnose any potential issues in our lines. Dan was very knowledgable, and efficient during this job, explaining to me the steps as we viewed my sewer line. He was able to locate the clean out outside and diagnose the problem very quickly, giving me a couple of different options to consider on a fix. The cost for this servie as well as the quotes on the options to fix the problem were very fair and there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. I highly recommend utilizing their service for your plumbing needs. We will definitely be keeping their card handy for the future. Great job Dan! Thanks!

I have nothing but admiration for Anthony, Rick and the Sewer Cleaning Company.We recently bought a house, we had water issues and decided to get our basement waterproofed. The company that came out knocked rocks down into our sanitary line and the line began to clog and back up through our basement. After months of trouble trying to get the waterproofing company out we called another local company to jet our lines only to be told that we have to pay around $6000 to dig up our yard to replace the pipe.From pure luck I found the Sewer Cleaning Company and got in contact with Anthony and explained my situation. He walked me through what he felt was the best solution for my issue and arranged to have someone come out. My home is very far from Cleveland but he was adamant in helping me out. It felt great to have someone on my side for once in this situation.The technician, Rick, was scheduled to be at our house and sent text notifications when he was on his way. He even called to tell me he could be a bit early if that was ok. He came out and let us know exactly what he was going to do and he was much better equipped to help us than the other company. He jetted the line and also found a root system near the road that was also causing backup. He saw that the drains in the house were backed up and even cleaned them as well.If you need jetting or any other service I would advise you to call the Sewer Cleaning Company first. They take pride in their work and are the most considerate company I have ever hired.

I asked for a free video drain inspection as offered in a local services publication, and received an excellent assessment of both my sanitary and storm sewer systems. I made an appointment with Anthony. Michael gave me a heads up call with his estimated time of arrival. He was polite and exceptionally easy to work with. He explained everything we were seeing on the live video feed. Based on the video and my memory of previous waterproofing work, he identified a problem - a surface water drain system was improperly tied into footer drain tiles. I highly recommend the Sewer Cleaning Company for video drain inspections.

Although the situation was not solveable through jetting, identifying the problem and the solve kept the project on track. Friendly, great service.
