Kenny was very thorough and professional. He walked through with me the whole process and explained in detail everything he found and let me view his camera while it was in the main line he was working to unclog. He had no problem answering questions I had on my property as well as other questions I had about how they go about repairing collapsed lines and how they sleeve clay tile sewer lines. He wasn’t able to get our drains opened but he gave it numerous tries without duct so we have to have additional work including replacing some PVC pipes.Hoping this is all that is needed to get our kitchen drain running smoothly

This is the second time I’ve used Sewer Cleaning company. Rick came out after hours and repaired the clean out that was clogged. We were unable to flush the toilet or take a shower without water backing up. They were really busy that day but Rick came out and did a good job. Took care of the problem and I was thankful it’s a rental property and I didn’t want them to be without a toilet. Called this company after Roto Rooter (RR) came and said it’d cost 11k to fix a clogged sewer line. RR claimed the clean out pipe out front was directional and that they couldn’t snake the pipes except from inside. RR spent 2 hours snaking without success. I asked multiple times to try another drain that was actually clogged, but they refused. They brought in a camera afterwards and said that they couldn’t see the source of the clog, and that the only way forward was to dig up the floor, replace valves and pipes, and then hydro flush AFTER, then go back in with camera.Sewer Cleaning Company was able to fix everything from the outside clean out. Knew ahead of time it was NOT directional, and was able to bring a camera in first to see the clog. Hydro flushed, cleared, ran smoothly after for only $500. RR sat in their truck down the street waiting to see who came in after them.Thanks SCC

We needed immediate help because our 2 bathrooms and laundry room were not functional due to a damaged sewer line. The crew came out the same day with all the excavation equipment and repair parts needed, and got the drain fixed and repaired within a few hours. They knew exactly what to do, worked like a well-oiled machine, and had the issue repaired, fixed, running, and the area cleaned up within just a few hours. That fact that they also came out on a SUNDAY afternoon on top of it was all that much more impressive. They instantly realized how serious the situation was to our ability to just live in our house, and they bent over backward to make sure we were back up and running as quickly as possible, with no scrimping or cutting corners on their work. I would absolutely give them the highest possible A+++ report card and the highest personal recommendation I could to anyone who needs to have a job done NOW, and for a very reasonable fee.
