Called and got a call back very soon and was able to come the next day. Showed up when they said they would. Wasnt sure if I had a septic tank issue or not and he gave a diagnostic check and advised it was my septic tank. I had a feeling that was what my issue might be but wanted to be sure. David Graham was very honest and professional in explaining it all to me. They are very reasonably priced. If I ever have any plumbing issue in the future I will definately call ServeStar Plumbing again. Was very pleased.

I got on the phone with someone really quick. I had an appointment made for the very next day. It was a holiday weekend and a Saturday so I wasnt expecting that. The person who made the house call was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed my plumbing issue and offered a solution that felt like a reasonable price given the labor spent and transportation to the store for parts. I was very satisfied and will use them again should I run into another issue. My card declined and they were nice about me having a late payment, even. This is a high recommendation based on my experience both for the work done and customer service.
