We had a perennial plumbing/drainage issue that Royal Flush looked into fully and diagnosed. It turned out to be kind of a major problem - aged out, cracked/collapsed clay pipe below the basement floor - and Royal Flush fixed it completely and professionally in as neat, clean and timely a manner as possible. The fix took about a half day. And in the end, we were very happy with the repair, their work process, and the relative good value for what had to be done. (we had a quote from another company that was so much higher!) Major repairs are never pleasant or inexpensive - but Royal Flush made it all as tolerable as possible. They have become our go-to plumber.

Great communication and honest people. Extremely fair prices but more importantly you know youre never paying a dollar more than whats needed. My first few times using them was after getting multiple quotes and them always being the most competitive, but now I dont waste my time, I just go straight to them.

Chris, the owner, came out to repair our garbage disposal. He was really great to work with and was exceedingly professional. Being a newer homeowner, he also gave us information my husband and I did not know prior and we are extremely grateful for the learning opportunity (as both of us did not have a garbage disposal growing up - we didnt know). I will be using Royal Flush again in the future and we appreciate their services.

We called Royal Flush on the recommendation of our realtor Chris Bergin. We had a sump pump issue last night and Mike talked us through the issue and ended up coming out to replace our sump pump. He was polite and respectful and we are so appreciative to have them available on a Saturday night like that! We will have them out to complete a few more things but are so relieved to not have to worry about getting water in our basement. I highly recommend!

I had an emergency leaky main shutoff valve in my home, and Royal Flush was the only one available to rescue us. Mike, was ably to stop the leak, but ultimately needed the City of Cleveland to unblock our main shutoff at the curb. He called the city for us, and he didnt charge us until he could come back and replace our valve. I appreciate how quick, courteous and professional everyone was with us. I would definitely recommend them again.

To truly capture my gratitude for Royal Flush Plumbing, my review would be the length of a small novel, so Ill just provide the highlights.My husband and I tried replacing our kitchen faucet, without knowing one of our shut off valves was broken. Mid replacement, we had water exploding out from underneath our sink. Panicked and with a 1 year old running around, we called Royal Flush and within 10 minutes (honestly, it could have been 5) the owner was at our house on a Sunday at 5:30pm, no less.He quickly fixed the problem, and properly replaced our faucet. He was professional and kind, and didnt make us feel silly for royally screwing up what should have been an easy DIY.This is the third time Royal Flush has been to our house for a repair, and have had the same great experience each time. We will continue to use Royal Flush for all our future (hopefully limited!) plumbing issues!

Great service from Mike! I didn’t realize I had a time window and kinda got confused so royal flush came out while I was gone. I called and they were so kind enough to come back. I had three toilet issues with different problems and thought they were huge, and one sink that would not drain or dispose. All were quick fixes and got done with everything within 30min! Mike was very kind and informative with tips. The best thing of all was the fair price.

It is so good to know that there are good people still on this planet who help others in a time of need. This place helped me out with a plumbing issue on one of the hardest days of my life. The day of my dads funeral, someone clogged the toilet 2 hours before I was expecting a house full of people. The lady I spoke to (Sue) couldnt have been nicer and Mike was at my house and took care of everything in no time. I appreciate it very much and highly recommend Royal Flush!

The attention to detail that was given to the project we needed completed (replacement of entire drain pipe from third floor to the basement) was incredible! Not only did they finish the job in under 3 hours but they cleaned up everything as well! I highly recommend this company to all with the upmost confidence.

The company from OWNER down to those in the field are GREAT!! My issues came two weeks before Christmas over a year ago. After dealing with a crooked company for a week and bwing told i need a full replacement of my sewer line. The Owner of Royal Flush came to my house the day before Christmas eve and worked until almost 8pm to make sure I would have no issues thru the holiday. He followed up as he said he would the following week on time. They got me back up and running without a replacement. No issues since and have witnessed them help neighbors and Family after again a crooked National company said otherwise.Pricing was very very fair considering the circumstances and timing. Saved us over 7k!! Will not ever recommend anyone else besides ROYAL FLUSH!!

The absolute best ever. Ive been using Royal Flush for 12 years with never any complaint. Chris Bauer goes above and beyond the call of duty. I called him recently about a blockage in my sewer line. When he came to my home to tend to that, he walked into my house and proclaimed that he smelled gas big time. He checked my gas lines and found the one on my furnace was totally loose. He fixed it, ran the test again, and it was now sealed. Had he not found that gas leak there is no doubt my house would have blown up sooner than later. Good thing I dont smoke. I was so used to the smell, I didnt notice it. There is no doubt that he saved my life.His work is always impeccable. He never cuts corners. Most importantly, he can be trusted to fix the problem correctly and fairly.

The Best plumbing company around!!!!! I had a clogged drain and called to make an appointment. The Owner OF THE COMPANY SHOWED UP !!!!! 40 minutes later clogged drain cleared and new part inside of toilet replaced. The pricing is absolutely fair, they dont try to take you to the cleaners.
