Everyone I have dealt with at Roto Rooter has been so friendly and knowledgeable. In August we had to have our main sanitary line replaced due to blockage. Rick 6313 was our go to employee. He was very friendly and helpful. Josh 5833 was our tech and was wonderful. Then on 1/2/25 we had a call back issue. That was resolved immediately. Matt 1489 did that work and was so nice and personable. Roto Rooter is definitely 5 stars for me. I havent met anyone from Roto Rooter that wasnt very nice and knowledgeable.

Daemari was very professional. We had a stopped up kitchen drain and he snaked it 4 times and kept trying but it did not unclog. He said it was one of the toughest clogs hes seenIt was about 10:30pm and i asked if he could come back the next day as my elderly mother in law was trying to get ready for bed.He agreed no problem and cleaned the area very well, packed up his tools and left.In the meantime when he returned the clog worked itself out. He did his routine check to ensure the water was indeed draining to the septic tank and it wasAgain he was very courteous and professional. We highly recommend.

While we appreciate that, today is not the day we would be open to that visit and there is supposedly no way to cancel that visit. Had we been informed previously of roto rooters standard practice, we wouldve declined the offer.

I had a recent experience with John from the company, and I must say he was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything in a simple and understandable way. However, my overall experience with Roto-Rooter has been disappointing. On multiple occasions, they provided a time window for their visit, but they failed to call or show up within that window. On one occasion they didn’t show up at all!! This lack of punctuality has been frustrating and inconvenient. I hope they can improve their scheduling and communication to provide a better customer experience in the future.

Not inexpensive. But he did provide some discounting options. And you get what you pay for… I’m pleased with the results and quality of the work.

Steven did an amazing job going through my entire natural gas piping from meter to each appliance. I had several leaky fittings, two of which were able to be LOOSENED BY HAND! These guys are the best! They show up on time, they get the work done fast and well! They had proprietary technology that next to no-one else has so I didn’t need to dig up my yard. And they replaced all my old valves, installed faucets, an expansion tank for my water heater and fixed the sharp bites on it. I will not use another plumber as they are local and good people. Unfortunately I was hearing low popping noise in my 3 year old hot water tank. I also was getting a loud thumping noise (several thumps at once) at times when turning faucets on.Matt from Roto-Rooter solved my problem. He used a special machine to help break up the chunks of sediment that had formed on the bottom of my water tank. He flushed/drained tank and refilled. I appreciate the knowledge and explanation and the pride he had for his job. Thank you Matthew.I was very frustrated with the loud noises so I went on line to investigate.Yes, I did find a site that described my problem. And surprisingly a couple of weeks later I received an email from Roto-Rooter also confirming for me that water tanks sometimes needs to be drained/flushed out to get rid of the sediment. That’s when I called to have my tank flushed/drained.Only complaint is I thought it was quite pricey $340.00 wow, for a 45 minute flush.
