Seth came out very quickly. My backflow was hit and I didnt know how to turn the water off. He came out and got the water off and repaired the backflow very quickly. He even came back the next morning to make sure I turned the valve back on properly. Id recommend them to anyone!

Seth and his crew are one of the most amazing companies around the Cleveland area. The office staff is absolutely amazing and they are fast and affordable. Seth takes pride in his work and I would never recommend anyone else but them. Seth will explain everything in great detail to make sure that you understand it. Candy in the office is such a sweet girl every time you call a plumbing company. The office is usually extremely difficult to work with and that is just not the issue with this company, the reviews say it for itself and honestly if you see a review on here that isn’t five star. It’s 100% because they didn’t want good work or they could not afford it if you have the money to afford Emergency No More you’re going to get the most amazing work in elastic friendship. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone around the Bradley County area.If you want something done right this is the company to go for. We had low water pressure and went to looking for the problem. When our water meter was spinning out of control, we knew we had a major problem. When I called, Seth was kind and helpful. The crew arrived early the next day as planned, and went straight to work. Within a couple of hours the leak in the line between our meter and our house was fixed! They were courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job!

Staff were excellent and professional. They got the job fixed quickly and efficiently. That said, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the cost seemed high. I paid $755 dollars for what amounted to about 25 minutes of work. In fairness, it was after hours and they did travel to and from my house but that rate seems a bit high. All told I’m quite satisfied with the work and professional manner in which they took care of my problem but yikes on price.

Finding Seth and his company was such a wonderful experience. I had waited the previous week for a plumber that never showed or called. Frustrated I took to google and found this company that had sooooo many 5 star reviews that I knew I had to call. Called on a Monday morning and was promised someone would be here sometime between 2 and 4. At 3:30 I received a text that Seth was 15 minutes out. He showed up, researched the situation and promptly gave me an estimate. I accepted. He had to go and retrieve some special equipment from his warehouse and promptly came right back. He cleaned out the blockage and then ran a camera through all the pipes while I watched so I could see that they were all clean. He also gave me some tips for the future. He then increased my water pressure and showed me a cool way to clean my garbage disposal! (For no extra charge) For such a young man Seth was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and polite! Will definitely refer him to everyone that asks.

After another plumbing service sent by our home warranty failed to resolve our issue, we decided to bypass the warranty contractor list and find our own. Seth at Emergency No More was given to me as a recommendation from the local plumbing supply house. I left a voicemail and received a text within minutes. Seth was able to come the very next day and was able to resolve the issue after having discovered some significant drainage issues we were unaware of. He did great work and although plumbing can be expensive, I felt that the cost was reasonable for the security of having no plumbing issues. He has since followed up with me to check on things.Seth was up front about the estimate and stuck to it even after having to get into more than expected underneath my house. The whole transaction was transparent and above board. Just the way I like to do business.Seth and Candy have been refreshing to work with and we will keep them at the top of our call list for plumbing issues in the (hopefully distant) future.

Seth helped me get a water heater nightmare situation handled reasonably quickly after Choice Home Warranty and their plumber left me hanging for days. He did a great job of replacing and relocating a water heater that had created an unwanted sauna in my crawl space.
