Called for a septic tank inspection and pumping and within hours they had someone on site. Christian was our specialist and he did a great job. Very professional and had good advice on how to maintain the plumbing. Definitely would recommend and will be using them in the future. Price is VERY reasonable compared to other companies I called.

I cannot thank Jeff and Jordan enough. They resolved an impossible situation- significant root issues leading to a backed-up septic system at a remote mountainside cabin with limited access, steep elevations and an unknown tank location- within hours. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they locate the tank and clear it of the roots, but they found a way to pump it despite the change in elevation between the septic tank and road access. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by these two gentlemen! Highly recommend!

Our landlord hired them to come clear out pipes. Kayla was very prompt and professional. When she prepared to start clearing the blockage, she discovered part of the toilet had become damaged and replaced it. I appreciated how thorough she was and her great attitude; as a woman, Ive had plenty of talking-down-to from male plumbers and it was nice to just have someone talk to me as equals. When she was finished, she reviewed everything she had done with me and with the landlord. I cannot speak to price, as the landlord paid the company directly, but she was here hauling butt for 3 hours with no complaining, smirking or stomping gunk all over the house and our problems were resolved.

We had an issue with one of the drains and called. Roto Rooter was there the same day and worked to unclog the drain. They had to return the next business day and replace a toilet. The following week they came back to double check the same issue and fixed it again without a charge....So far so good. I would recommend Roto Rooter and their service person Kayla to anyone. They did a tremendous job!

I am so grateful for this company. I have been having plumbing/septic tank issues for going on 7 months. I have had 5-6 different companies come out. none have been able to locate my septic tank or fix my plumbing issue. roto rooter was my last hope and Im mad at myself for not calling sooner! they found my septic tank within 5 minutes. not only that but they also found a stoppage in our downstairs shower which was causing our main issue. they recommended we have our septic tank pumped. I scheduled another appointment and they came out today and took care of it. prices are reasonable and they work fast and efficiently! I dont plan on having anymore plumbing issues but if I do I know who to call!

I had a pipe burst under the house. Called several plumbers but none could come out for weeks and some didnt return call. Not even after pipe was repaired. I called Roto Rooter in Cleveland. The technician was here in less than 5 minutes. He happened to be in the area!! He fixed the pipe, gave us good news that there was no water damage as the leak was in a pipe under our vapor barrier, and considering it was after 5:00 pm when I called, the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!!

Our septic tank was pumped and had to located as well as dug up. This did take some time (thanks to Cleveland Utilities and Charter). Once the guys were here, everything went very smoothly. I truly appreciate the good work.

After a week of hard rain, our septic tank just couldnt hold another drop. I called the Cleveland office and they set us up for a pump out. Jeff came when expected. We have had our tank pumped out 3 or 4 times since living here. What Jeff did today amazed me. I had no idea the tank had two openings because previous companies only opened one—they would be here in only a few minutes! But Jeff cleaned the tank! After he pumped it out, he spray washed the inside and ran a line into the exit canal. I will never use another company. And I appreciate a man that does a good and through job!

Called for plumbing service of my water line leaking. They explainy.old galvinized pipes were closeing up an thats why i had rust coming out my faucets. Employees were every responsive and offered top quality professionalism. Quick work that was precise. Price was very fair and was not took advantage of. I and all my friends and family use them.
