    This was a big project for us, replacing entire line to new tap in street. Quick to respond. They worked with me to get rolling in a few days. Pricing was competitive. Owner took time to discuss specifics with me. Crew was professional and knowledgeable, and worked well with city water dept when they arrived on site. I would use and recommend again for big projects.

    Just bought our first family home and after a week of living there the drains all started to make gurgling noises. So I called up plunger plumber that next Monday and they made it out same day to fix what I thought to be a clog. Come to find out it was a venting issue all along and none of my drains were running correctly. So I asked if they could do a couple more things for me since they will be here adding a new bathroom shower head and running a line to my refrigerator. They got me a quote that day and came out the very next day to start the project and was done by Friday. The quote was very well priced compared to competitors. Brendan Wall did an amazing job. Definitely will be calling them for future plumbing work!The black bathtub doesnt do it justice. Its 100 times better.

    My mother resides in an older mobile home and needed to have all of her water lines replaced throughout the home. We had Plunger Plummer out to complete this huge job and I wanted to let your company know that your technician Matt that works for you was such a pleasure to work with. He provided impeccable service and the had the highest professionalism and patience with both myself and my Mom. He explained everything in full detail about he was doing and how long it would take. He made sure that she had water for the most part throughout the entire process, which is usually something that cannot be accomplished.     This is the third or fourth time we have used Plunger Plumber, and again they did not disappoint!! Timely service nowadays is unheard of. They were there same day to access the problem and two days later to repair it. What was supposed a not so lengthy job became one and Matt worked harder than any we see anymore. He was determined to make sure we could function as a business with minor interruptions. I could not commend him enough!!! Thank you for being a reliable contractor!!!     These guys have been great!! They replaced the soil stack in my duplex and the drain lines for both bathrooms. It’s a pretty invasive project especially in an 100+ year old building and they did it quickly and cleaned up well. Very aware and respectful of tenants. Very professional company.     The only thing I would have to say is I’m low income and I don’t have credit and I’m told that I should replace my lines because there quite old and it would be in my best interest but I don’t have that kind of money or credit to do so but I pay all my bills on time so I would pay my gas line bill if there was one being told it’s cheap financing payments you should try in house Financing because people that can afford it have to have gas in the Winerie just a fact he would help us out that don’t have credit thank you but your service was good and the people that are working for you is also good

    Professional and very timely service at a reasonable price. They arrived promptly and were able to quickly access the situation. They provided multiple options to correct my issue. After I decided on which option worked best for me they were able to get me scheduled for service quickly. Proper permits and inspections were performed.     This company came out in a very timely manner. They got the work completed in less than an hour. it was a pleasure having Nick A. as my plumber. he even threw the ball for my dog a few times. their rates were 1/3 of the price I was quoted by other companies. I will definitely call them again! Excellent customer service! Edit post: I had to get 3 quotes to repair my shower. These guys quote came in around the same as Mr rooter. We asked to get our garbage disposal replaced and because we already trust plunger plumber, they gave us an amazing discount for being repeat customers. I will never choose anyone else.     I am glad I found Plunger Plumber. Mr Rooter tried to price gouge me when trying to replace my water heater. I am a first time home owner and never had to deal with a situation like this, and Mr Rooters employee stressed me out more than I already was. So I called around and looked on Angi and found Plunger Plumber. They came out, gave us a free estimate, and their pricing was so much more affordable.Nick had to reschedule us a couple of times because of emergencies and other jobs, but I am glad I waited to have my water heater replaced with his company. He did the job for exactly what he quoted and did the job right. He was even able to speak with my home warranty company to ensure they would help comp the water heater. He was professional and patient.When I called the company with questions about replacing the water heater, Aris was patient and answered all my questions in great detail. He was really helpful and made me feel less stressed out about the situation. I really am thankful to have used Plunger Plumber.

    We had Matt and Aris out to help with our rental property. The basement drain was backing up and it smelled down there. They found that our old back water valve in our sewer had fallen in. They dug up the floor and replaced it quickly. They cleaned when they were done and my tenant is very happy. It’s nice to have a plumber you can trust when you are a landlord.     Had a problem with putting a shower handle back on after taking it off to clean it. I called Home Depot who referred me to Plunger Plumber. Plunger Plumber called this morning at 8:15AM and they were able to come out at 1030AM. Lance helped with the situation, explaining what happened. Lance also checked and suggested the cartridge get replaced also since the handle was hard to turn. I did this also. Lance was very easy to get along with and worked quickly to get the work done. Having a plumber out is always an expense since you have to consider the trip charge, diagonistics ,parts and labor charge. When told of the price I didnt think it was out of line in any way. Due to the fact that the company was so prompt, so respectful and did the job efficiently I would recommend them to others and will use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Thank you!I chose this company because of the 5 star reviews, so I was confident the job would be done properly.After the repair was made I was told my water meter was leaking and to call the city and have them replace it. I did so, and the city discovered it was not the meter, but rather the repair that was leaking. A rubber gasket was used where it should not have been. The city employees were kind enough to fix the problem for me while they were here, even though it was not their responsibility.So, I spent over $700 to have the job done incorrectly and had to waste the city employees time to fix it for me.Would not use again and will not recommend to anyone.

    I was having problems with a drain in my kitchen. I didnt realize that I had a major problem until I went down into the basement and water was everywhere. I contacted Plunger Plumber and they sent Kyle. He found the problem and repaired it but it didnt solve the problem. My house is old and there was a metal drain line that ran through the full extent of my basement. He figured out that this was the problem, gave me the cost to replace it. That pipe was completely blocked with years of waste. I am so glad that I called this company. Work was very professional and only took a few hours.

    We discovered a problem with a clogged and broken sewer line beneath a meticulously finished law library in a 100 + year old building on the square in Chardon, OH. Plunger Plumber came to our rescue by repairing and lining this damaged sewer line remotely from the basement of the building. Absolutely no damage was done to any part of the building and tenants experienced minimal interruption or inconvenience.Plunger Plumber did a fantastic job and will be recommended and used by us in the future.

    I have used plunger plumber a few times now and have been very impressed with the company! Matt and Aris most recently did a descale for me. They were both very personable and friendly. Their character really established trust making me confident in their abilities. Aris also came out the following day and with much determination helped us with a persistent problem. He didnt waiver and remained optimistic throughout the process. He was honest with his findings and showed a solid base of knowledge. He has got solid problem solving skills and is a straight shooter.Call plunger plumber if you want excellent service from someone you can trust.
