WE LOVE MAYER PLUMBING! They have been servicing our home for years and always do an AWESOME job!! Most recently we needed to have the pipe that connects the toilets in two bathrooms repaired. This was a major job requiring removing the toilets, cutting a hole in the drywall of one bathroom, and replacing the original pipe in the basement. To say we are pleased with the results is a huge understatement. Lance not only did all that work in record time, he was unbelievably pleasant the entire time (I dont know if I would have been so jovial making all those trips up and down the stairs!). To top it off, he left the bathrooms and basement cleaner than they were before he started and temporarily fixed the drywall hole so well that we dont feel compelled to get it permanently repaired before Christmas. One major household repair in the December is plenty!We also want to compliment Leo, a young man who joined Lance towards the end of the project to assist with completion and clean up. Leo was also very personable, courteous and hardworking. Kudos to both guys for a job well done!!

Lance, from Mayer Plumbing did a fantastic job! Very professional, explained the work to be done (replacing a leaking garbage disposal, and fixing the plumbing connection). He gave me a price before work even started. Plus Lance is the most personable installer/contractor Ive ever had do work for me (over 30+ years). Will definitely use Mayer Plumbing again, and will be sure to ask for Lance.

We needed to have an outside faucet replaced, I saw Mayer Plumbing from a tv commercial, reviewed all the reviews and called them up. Lance came out to the property, he was right on time, did excellent work and was very personable. Would definitely use Mayer again and hopefully get Lance again.

Blake came out again a few days ago to replace a number of shut off valves for me and again did a great job. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work. Blake came out and did some work for me recently. He was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job making sure that what he did was done correctly the first time. I am going to ask for him again when I have other plumbing projects, and would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work.

We have used Mayer Plumbing multiple times at both of our homes (for installations and repairs). Most recently we had them come out and move the water hookup for our washer and dryer to be able to use the first floor laundry room. Adam has helped us with every project and is always very friendly and professional. Fair prices and good service keep us coming back. Highly recommend.

My mom just had some plumbing work done at her house and I was the one that was home during the appointment for her. Blake came by and was extremely professional, courteous, honest and made sure everything was good to go before he left. He wore shoe coverings at all times inside and was very respectful. My Wife Catherine and I wanted to thank you for your plumbing svcs.We had several plumbers and home improvement companies quote us on providing a solution to our leak in the bathroom down to the kitchen. Many of them gave us solutions that ranged from Tub Replacement to entire Bathroom remodels. Jason came to speak with me and listen to our issue and worked with us on finding an economical solution for us to fix the issue we were having.Jason simply gave us what we were asking for and did not try and upsell us on more than we needed.Adam was the plumber that came in and did the job superbly. He was professional, efficient and thorough.We thought we had a major unplanned investment with tub replacement and thought the job would take several days. Until Jason spoke with us and explained he can fix this in 1 day for us.We now have the leak fixed, new fixtures and our bathroom back on a 1 day job.We are so glad we called Mayer PlumbingThank YouShaun and Catherine Rook

I love Mayer plumbing! I can’t recommended them highly enough. I’ve had so many sewer/ heating and cooling issues since I bought my house and Mayer plumbing has taken care of everything. They’re hard workers and it shows. They are very friendly and professional. Very efficient. A sewer repair that was schedule for three days they finished in one. I had missed an appointment for my AC and they offered to come out the next day. Amazing customer service as well. Again, I recommend Mayer plumbing for anything you might need.

Mitch was her on Friday unclogged bathroom sink, today 2 other guts came in a fixed broken pipe in basement shower an installed fixture. They were all great, cleaned everything when done. Polite, professional. An they worked with my home warranty which is great hard to find a company that will work with home warranty.

We just used Mayer plumbing for an extensive outside drain and water proofing job for us after receiving several quotes they were the most reasonable. The owner himself gave us the quote and was very professional and upfront. The entire process of the job went very smooth. Would highly recommend.

Had our clay pipes replaced from the house to the sidewalk approximately 6-7 years ago. In Spring 2020, our mainline backed up again. I called them to repair and the technician told us we were out of warranty (work done over five years ago) and it was going to cost us the full price to repair. I was unhappy with this, so I got in touch with Jason, who offered to work with us on the pricing since the repair failed. While working things out with Jason, I found my original paperwork, which demonstrated the work had a 10 year warranty. After being provided with this information, Jason honored the warranty and completed the repairs for free. We added some additional work to be done at the time and the price was competitive. They showed up on the date scheduled and on time.

Weve hired Mayer for a variety of services, and theyve been wonderful. Theyre knowledgeable, honest, and do excellent work! Ive had sewer line repair, gas line repair, reverse flow preventer valve installation, tankless water heater service, HVAC service, fixture installations, and Im sure some other things Im forgetting. They do it all, professionally, honestly, and stand by their work. Their pricing is reasonable, and they always have some advice on how to save a few bucks. If youre in Parma, get that valve put in and use these guys!

I had many companies over for estimates. I used to be in the business years ago when I was younger so I knew what to look for. This one had Kevin doing the job. He was polite, professional and especially honest. He and Jason came in and did a remarkable job in a time that I thought could not be done. During this time I had Covid-19 concerns and they rescheduled without any problem. I want to thank the office personnel for calling me on a Sunday to confirm. They ware remarkable. I think this is the best company in the business . Hats off to Kevin for being so forthcoming.
