    We had a pressure reducing valve issue Friday night and made 3 calls to a plumber with no returned phone calls. We called Hulsey and had a returned call from Jonathan in less than 30 minutes. He dispatched the repair to Armand Leone who called us immediately and said he would be here in 1 1/2 hours to make the repairs. He was here in record time and did a great job rerouting the old piping system and added an expansion tank to our water heater. Armand was so courteous, efficient & thorough. We really appreciate his expertise in getting our water back on!

    Armand and Matthew did a great job on an emergency repair over the weekend that involved a busted pipe in the slab. They were both very professional, organized and cleaned up after each day. They also arrived both days at exactly the times they said they would be there! Highly recommend!

    I had one emergency issue and three other things that needed attention. I called Hulsey on Friday late afternoon, and Armond was at my house Saturday morning. What a nice guy! He was professional and did quality work. And he showed attention to my dogs which is a plus! When I had a question about my bill after the service, he responded immediately. Plumbing isn’t cheap, and he helped to offset the cost for my benefit. Thank you Armond!

    This weekend I was trying to replace my shower hardware and caused a crack in a pipe inside the wall. Saturday I spent all day trying to fix it myself and when that didnt work I called Hulsey Plumbing on Sunday morning. I was without water all this time since there was no way to stop the leak inside the wall. I called another company (twice) and their tech didnt call me back until 5 hours later. By that time Hulsey was already here working. My plumber was Armond and I couldnt have asked for better service. Not only did he call me back within 10 minutes, but he was here in an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and after getting the parts had everything done in record time. He explained everything and gave me a quote up front and asked for my approval when he finished. The repair is top notch as you can see from the pictures. Many thanks for your fast, professional service. I highly recommend Hulsey Plumbing and specifically Armond!

    Keith and Bricio came out, located the septic tank, dug, and worked in the pouring rain to get it emptied. I was a last minute call to make the schedule and I was their last call of the day but they were still awesome and determined to get it done. This company went above and beyond for us, from Mr. Andrew Veal commenting on my post to the office staff being so sweet to me as I had a melt down on the phone 😢 to Jason and Jack being the kindest, sweetest, most knowledgeable, understanding, timely, caring, gentleman who put our hot water heater in. They work quickly but patiently to make sure everything was done properly and securely and left no stone unturned.     Had a plumbing emergency at my home. Called Andy at Hulsey and he responded and within one hour he was at site. He got me set up with the repairs needed to be done. Once the team showed up I was very amazed and grateful that I got the best team. Jim, Josh and Andy worked with extreme efficiency and professionalism to return my water service….:. This involved re piping my entire house from the water service to every fixture . They then took the time to explain the complete system of my home. They made sure everything was functioning properly and didn’t leave until I felt secure that everything was in good shape. The environment was safe and clean when they left. Compared to all the other companies I have used, their pricing and work is unmatched. Make sure you ask for these three guys when using Liquid Services. You will not be disappointed.ANDY. JIM.     We had Hulsey plumbing come and remove our old trashy sink and install this stainless steel Cadillac of a sink for us. Reeves and Mandy showed up promptly in the morning and slaved away for three hours resulting in one happy wife and a grateful husband. It was worth every cent and was even nicer than we imagined it would be. Normally I only reserve a full five star review for those times when all expectations were met and exceeded and top of all that they didnt even mind me watching.(I just love watching this kind of thing). We would definitely recommend Hulsey and will use them again. Thanks guys for a job well done.

    They were excellent with communication, follow through and customer service. They contacted the county and helped with outside contractors for trees etc. They made a difficult situation easier to deal with. I highly recommend. Jonathan was a great help.

    Keith and Bricio came out to pump my septic tank since it had been almost 5 years since the last pumping. Hulsey expanded my septic drain lines 5 years ago when I moved here. The system was working properly but after 5 years I figured I should have it pumped. My tank was full of sludge and it was quite an effort for Keith and Bricio to remove the sludge and the liquied as well as clean the filter. Keith even took the time to explain the system and why he was leaving a small amount of sludge in the bottom for proper operation. They were both professional and left the area as they found it after covering the tank. The price was reasonable and the work excellent. I know for a fact the tank was properly cleaned and it was not a case where only the liquid was removed which may end up being the case from some of the bottom end companies.

    After calling a large company out to our house who couldn’t find our septic tank, dug our lawn up, wanted $500 just to use a camera to locate the tank and said we would probably need new field lines and a new tank and that it would have to be relocated to our front lawn, my husband called Andy and corky from liquid services formerly known as Hulsey environmental services. Thank god he did. They came right away found our tank without digging and cleared the clog all within 40 minutes. I cannot recommend these gentlemen enough, two good honest men who are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and most importantly fair. Any plumbing issues you’re having call them. Commercial or residential. I wish I could give more stars.

    Talked to Andy about installing a flow detection device in our church, 2 copper line. He was very helpful, prompt and accommodating of our schedule for water shutdown. He sent Armand Leone to do the work. Armand was professional, friendly and exactly what you would hope for in a person to do this work. This process from first contact to finished job could not have been any better. Ive always been pleased with Hulsey. My first contact with them was about 2004.

    I had some drainage pipes leak and the floor was saturated. Hulsey plumbing responded quickly and put me in touch with who i needed to talk to. My plumbers where great.Armand and Nelio where very amicable. They identified the problem and took the necessary course of action. Armand was very understanding about pricing and gave his honest opinion and recommended that I finance with my bank. They installed a new water heater for me.     I appreciate Hulsey/Liquid Services & Logistics for coming out and giving me a honest assessment of the situation regarding my drain and PRV issues. The drain was particularly troublesome since we couldnt tell what was obstructing it. They took the time to scope it out and determine the issue without charging me extreme costs for the diagnostic/repair. Some plumbers might attempt to escalate this into a major repair (Ive experienced this) but they found a way to solve the problem without that which shows me theyre more interested in solving problems than milking customers for all their worth. Thanks to Andy and Corky for solving the problem! Great to have a reputable plumber in the North Georgia area.

    Have been using Hulsey for greater than a year now. Live in older home that has required everything from rebuilding toilets, new faucet install and most recent new septic tank and field lines. All work has been great. Most recent Armand and Matthew came to complete some inside work and I must say though I had been pleased before these gentlemen stood above all others. It started with them being the first ones to treat inside of my parents home with respect, they put shoe covers on before entering. No others have done that.     Our hot water started leaking. It was about 5:15 in the evening. Jason Reeves called us within 15 minutes of leaving a message to let us know if he needed to come now to fix it. We told in the morning would be fine. He arrived at 8:30 and had a new one installed in 2 hours plus did a few piping repairs. I would recommend Jason Reeves and Hulsey Plumbing for your plumbing needs

    We had a problem with a large root that had grown into the septic tank. Hulsey (Kevin and Johnathan) completely cleaned out the septic tank, removed the root, dug a hole on the outside of the tank where the root was growing into the tank and filled it and the hole with hydraulic cement. The total price was very reasonable considering the amount of work done. Very satisfied and will continue to use them.

    Came home to a water leak between the 1st and 2nd floor. I called Hulsey that night and returned my call within minutes, offering to come out that evening. Since it wasnt a dire emergency, they came out the next day and had the leak fixed in less than 24 hours of us finding it.Great customer service and follow-up.     I know I depend a lot on these reviews when looking for service providers. Since I had such good service I decided to write one. I recently had my basement flood and needed a plumber so I called the Hulsey office. My house is on a mountain straight up a steep gravel road but Armand was out the same day. The house was built in 2005 and everything was original so almost 25 years old. Needless to say the hot water heater, pressure tank and well pump all needed replaced. Andy came out next day and looked over the confusion the previous owner had made with the plumbing. There are tons of pipes for radiant floor heating. Also the water line ran all the way from the pump to a garage apartment then back to the house. He had everything ordered and the team came out and replaced it all. This was no easy endeavor. The well need a new submersible pump. We thought it was 360 feet deep and turned out to be 500 feet. The team of Armand, Jason, Emilio, Zach and Matt worked hard to get it done quickly. They went above and beyond on this job. It was not easy and had quite a few issues to overcome. They were all handled and I now have great water pressure even on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend Hulsey Environmental for any plumbing needs you may have.

    We have used Hulsey Environmental Services a couple of times and they continue to provide great service! We called them out about a small leak on our hot water heater - Andy came out same day, found the 50 gallon tank we wanted to replace it with and installed it the next day. We also had them replace our other tank and added a whole house water purifier - this was done at our request, no high pressure sales!I should have written a review after the 1st time they came out - it was shortly after we moved into our house and our septic tank collapsed. Andrew was awesome explaining what was going on, what had to be done and the cost.On both occasions, they are nice people and provide excellent service. I highly recommend Hulsey Environmental Services.

    What an awesome experience, called this morning for a plumbing issue, they were here within 90 minutes, this appeared to be a “big” problem, Andy and his crew dug in and determined that a simple fix was all that we needed.     Yesterday was the 2nd time we’ve used Hulsey and it was just as great an experience yesterday as it was a few weeks ago. Joel and Bricen were very friendly and respectful. They explained the entire process of why we were having the issues we were having and fixed the problem! I appreciate the fact that they took their time and didn’t leave until they were assured the problem was fixed. Joel even went down in our basement to make sure nothing was leaking and everything was in tip top shape! We will most certainly use their services again!     A customer needed their pump station pumped out in a hurry and Hulsey was able to deliver! The team is professional, experienced and efficient. Keith did a great job pumping the wet well out and was able to situate the truck safely as access to the station was impeded by a washed out road. He was able to answer any questions we had and provided updates and pictures each day. Above and beyond service, highly recommend!

    We had our pressure regulator valve fail in the middle of the night leaving our first floor flooded. Hulsey responded immediately and sent their guys out to assess the problem. Joel and Andy diagnosed the issue, found the leak, and discovered that the failure had caused other issues in our system. Andy immediately fixed the PRV. He and Joel came back the next morning to replace the water heater and resolve the other issues. They provided all documentation for our insurance adjuster to aid in resolving our claim quickly and fairly. Their office staff is pleasant to work with and their folks in the field are top notch. A huge shout out to Andy and Joel!!!

    I can’t explain how amazing this company is I had tried to call many companies to come fix a broken water line at an elderly man’s house today with no one able to come. They were hit hard from the storms Sunday and the tree service ppl hit a water line. They not only answered the phone right away but we’re there with in an hour! And got them fixed right up. With the fact that the wife is bed bound this was a blessing!! If your looking for an amazing plumber this is the company you need !!     We had a plumbing emergency where our septic water was backing up into the bathtub. Hulsey Plumbing got us in touch with Jason who handles Septic Tanks. He came out very quickly the same day (even though it was a holiday weekend) took care of the problem and went above and beyond to assure that it wouldn’t happen again. Very professional, great service. We have also had a long time drainage problem with our septic tank that causes our toilets to back up when it rains a lot. To fix this issue, they quoted us much less than many other competitors have quoted us in the past. We paid exactly what they quoted us, and the work was all completed in one day, very well done. Where they had to dig up the yard, they made sure to put everything back and made it look much nicer than it had before. It rained for a few days after the work was completed and we didn’t have any problems with our toilets. We highly recommend Hulsey Plumbing and will definitely be calling on them for any future plumbing needs.

    I contacted one of those low price Atlanta plumbers first. Once they added in all the extras I decided to find someone else. I checked some people at my work but no one had any suggestions. Then I saw one of Hulsey Plumbing trucks at the office. I asked the office manager if they were any good. He said they always used Hulsey. I called them. They didnt give me a price over the phone but said someone could come out and take a look at it and give me a price and if I didnt like it I would just pay $85. I thought I had already wasted my time with the other company so I told Hulsey to send someone out. Jay came out and gave me a total price without any extras. He setup a day convenient for me to do the work. They came out and did the work without any additional cost. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely call Hulsey.

    Our kitchen sink drain clogged on a Saturday! We did everything we could but couldnt get it unclogged. We left a message on the web site and got a call back in about 5 minutes. The dispatcher was very nice and helpful. We gave her our information and she said she would have someone out here in about an hour. In 45 minutes Corky was here. He went to work right away. He worked on the drain for a while and then went down to the basement. He was able to show us exactly where the clog was. We went back upstairs and he worked on the drain some more. Finally - success! He showed us what we need to do in order to prevent clogs like this in the future. He was efficient and friendly. The price was a little more than we had expected it would be, but it was on a weekend. We were very satisfied with HES and will definitely call them again when we have a plumbing problem.

    My husband normally does our plumbing repairs but this job had occupied him for several days without resolution. It involved a failing main water shutoff valve and leaking water connections to a toilet. Eventually, there were cracks/breaks in several fresh water pipes that were very hard to get to. Dave Paton took our service call, listened to the problem description, inspected the problem areas, then gave us an estimate which was honored. When Dave mixed a concrete patch to fix chipped out concrete, that was the cherry on top of the whipped cream. Dave was friendly, courteous, and professional.     Have had two issues over the past few months and these guys have been amazingly responsive and helpful. First issue was a septic backup. Called late on a Friday before holiday weekend, and they had people there to address it first thing the next morning. Second issue was a broken water line associated with the line running from the street into the house. Another plumber was there on a Monday morning, said hed be back to fix in the afternoon, then that office called to say he wouldnt make it and they couldnt have anyone until Thursday. I called Hulsey Monday late afternoon, and they had people there by early evening who worked on it past 9 p.m. to get us fixed up. Really appreciated it. Give them a try!!

    I had a dreadful backup of my septic system into my bathtub, it was gross. I will be sanitizing it for weeks with bleach. Hulsey septic arrived quickly and when promised. They evaluated the problem, and determined there was a blockage using some kind of hi tech sewer camera. They jetted out my drain pipes with some sort of jetting device and then informed me that my blockage was caused by the type of detergent I was using to wash my clothes. Guess I will have to stop buying my detergent at Sams Wholesale. Too bad I like to buy in bulk. Overall I am totally pleased, they probably were not the cheapest, but often in life you get what you pay for. I will gladly pay just a bit more to make sure its done right. I would recommend them, and will use them again as the need arises.
