Herb’s Plumbing replaced a leaky hot water tank. Arrived on time and the job was done quickly. Cost was reasonable. Everyone was very professional. Will definitely use them again.

1st they responded to my email and respected that I wanted to communicate that way.They were able to come out within a few days and WERE ON TIME! They diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate, and were in and out within a few hours. Both my wife and I felt respected throughout the process. A BIG THING US QUEER WOMEN!Herb, the owner, was the one that made our house call along with a newer staff member, Brandon. I could overhear them speaking to each other. I was very pleased with how Herb was instructing and guiding Brandon, Herb was very respectful.If I need a plumber again, Ill be calling them.

Was quoted $750 to replace a section of my main stack which I felt was reasonable. They got done faster than expected and only charged $580. Great, honest service. Highly recommend these guys.

I called for a site visit to fix a main water inlet valve and piping but they were able to give me a great quote from just texting a picture of the corroded pipe area. I called the city to have the water shut off at the street and after that was done, they came out the next day. It was discovered that the city water was not fully shut off after the piping system was disassembled so it had to be reassembled as soldering couldnt be done.When water was presumably shut off a few days later, I called back and they came out later that day to finish the job. Again water kept leaking from city water valve so a different system was installed that will completely fit my needs. It was a pleasure working with Shane
